Additional safety warnings for angle grinders
•The machine has been designed for use as a grinder or cut-off machine. The ma-chine is not
suitable for operations such as sanding, wire brushing, polishing, etc. Risk of personal injury.
•Do not use accessories which are not specifically designed and recommend-ed by the
manufacturer. Risk of personal injury. Inspect the machine and the ac-cessories before each use. Do
not use accessories which are bent, cracked, or otherwise damaged. If the machine or one of the
accessories is dropped, inspect the machine or the accessory for damage. If necessary, replace the
accessory.
•Let the machine run at no load in a safe area after mounting the accessories. If the machine
vibrates strongly, immedi-ately switch off the machine, remove the mains plug from the mains, and
try to solve the problem.
•Make sure that the maximum speed for the grinding disc is larger than or the same as the
maximum speed of the machine. Refer to the rating plate on the machine.
•Only use grinding discs with the correct thickness and outside diameter. Refer to the rating plate
on the machine.
•Make sure that spindle diameter of grinding discs, spacers, tension nuts, etc. correspond to the
diameter of the spindle on the machine. Make sure that the grinding disc is properly mounted.
Do not use adapters or other aids to mount grinding discs with another spin-dle diameter.
•Only use grinding discs that are recom-mended by the manufacturer. Only use guards that are
specifically designed for the grinding disc.
•Only use grinding discs that are suitable for the application. For example: do not grind with the
side of a cut-off disc.

•Do not use the machine without the guard.
•Securely mount the guard for maximum safety. Make sure that the user is pro-tected from the
grinding disc as much as possible.
•Make sure that the workpiece is prop-erly supported or fixed.
•Wear safety goggles. Wear hearing protection.
•Wear a dust mask. If necessary, use other protective means, such as safety gloves, safety shoes,
etc. Risk of per-sonal injury.
•Keep bystanders away from the work area.
•Make sure that all persons in the work area wear protective equipment. Risk of personal injury.
•Keep the mains cable away from the rotating grinding disc. If the mains cable touches the rotating
grinding disc, your hands or arms may come in contact with the grinding disc. Risk of personal injury.
•Hold the machine by the insulated grip-ping surfaces where the grinding disc may contact hidden
wiring or the mains cable. If the grinding disc contacts a’live’ wire, the exposed metal parts of the
machine can also become ’live’. Risk of electric shock.
•Do not use the machine while carrying it at your side. Risk of personal injury.
•Do not use the machine on workpieces requiring a maximum grinding depth that exceeds the
maximum grinding depth of the grinding disc.
•Do not use accessories that require liquid coolants. Risk of electric shock.
•Do not use the machine near flammable materials. Risk of fire.
•Do not work materials containing as-bestos.
•Asbestos is considered carcinogenic.
•Do not work metal with a magnesium content of more than 80%.
•Beware that the grinding disc continues to rotate for a short period after switch-ing off the
machine. Do not attempt to bring the grinding disc to a standstill yourself.
•Never put the machine down on a table or a workbench before it has been switched off.
•Regularly clean the ventilation slots. Risk of electric shock.

Kickback is a sudden reaction to a pinched, bound or twisted grinding disc, which causes the
machine to lift up and out of the workpiece towards the user. If the grinding disc is pinched or
bound tightly by the cut, the grinding disc jams and the machine is rapidly driven back towards the
user. If the grinding disc is twisted in the cut, the back edge of the grinding disc can dig into the top
surface of the workpiece, which causes the grinding disc to climb out of the cut and jump back
towards the user.
Kickback is the result of incorrect use of the machine and/or incorrect operating procedures or
conditions. Kickback can be avoided by taking proper precautions:
•Firmly hold the machine with both hands.
•Position your arms to resist kickback forces. Position your body to either side of the grinding disc,
but not in line with the grinding disc. Kickback can cause the grinding disc to jump backwards. If
proper precautions are taken, kickback forces can be controlled by the user.
•Be extra careful when using the ma-chine on corners, sharp edges, etc. Make sure that the
grinding disc does not become jammed. Risk of kickback.
•If the grinding disc jams or if you inter-rupt a cut for any reason, release the on/off switch and
hold the machine mo-tionless in the material until the grinding disc comes to a complete standstill.
Never attempt to remove the machine from the workpiece or pull the machine backward while the
grinding disc is in motion. Risk of kickback.
•Do not use blunt or damaged grinding discs.
•Unsharpened or incorrectly mounted grinding discs produce narrow cuts, which causes excessive
friction and kickback and increases the risk of the grinding discs becoming jammed.
•Do not use toothed saw blades. Do not use woodcarving blades for saw chains. Risk of personal
injury.
Electrical safety
Always check that the voltage of the power supply corresponds to the voltage on the rating plate.
•Do not use the machine if the mains cable or the mains plug is damaged.
•Only use extension cables that are suit-able for the power rating of the machine with a minimum
thickness of 1.5 mm². If you use a extension cable reel, always fully unroll the cable.
Vibration level

The vibration emission level stated in this instruction manual has been measured in accordance with
a standardised test given in IEC60745; it may be used to compare one tool with another and as a
preliminary assessment of exposure to vibration when using the tool for the ap-plications
mentioned
•Using the tool for different applications, or with different or poorly maintainted accessories, may
significantly increase the exposure level.
•When the tool is switched off or when it is running but not actually doing the job, may
significantly reduce the exposure level.
Protect yourself against the effects of vibration by maintaining the tool and its accessories,
keeping your hands warm, and organizing your work pat-terns.

Description
Your angle grinder has been designed for grinding and cutting masonry and steel.
This machine, in combination with the included grinding guard, is only suitable for grinding
operations.

Assembly
Before assembly, always switch off the machine and remove the mains plug from the mains.
Mounting and removing the guard (fig. B)
Do not use the machine without the guard.

Mounting
•Place the machine on a table with the spindle (3) facing upwards.
•Keep the spindle lock button (2) pressed and remove the flange (7) using the flange key (8). If
necessary, remove the grinding disc (9). Remove the flange (10).
•Mount the guard (4). Secure the guard (4) by tightening the screw (11) and the nut (12). Mount
the flange (10).
•If necessary, mount the grinding disc(9).
•Keep the spindle lock button (2) pressed and
•mount the flange (7) using the flange key (8).

Removing
•Place the machine on a table with the spindle(3) facing upwards.
•Keep the spindle lock button (2) pressed and remove the flange (7) us-ing the flange key (8).
•If necessary, remove the grinding disc (9).
•Remove the flange (10).
•Remove the guard (4) by loosening the screw(11) and the nut (12).
•Mount the flange (10).
•If necessary, mount the grinding disc (9).
•Keep the spindle lock button (2) pressed and mount the flange (7) using the flange key (8).

Mounting
Tighten by rotating the auxiliary grip clockwise (6) into one of the mounting holes (13).
Removing
Loosen by rotating the auxiliary grip counter-clockwise (6) from the mounting hole (13).
Hints for optimum use
•Clamp the workpiece. Use a clamping device for small workpieces.
•Draw a line to define the direction in which to guide the grinding disc.
•Hold the machine with both hands.
•Switch on the machine.
•Wait until the machine has reached full speed.
•Place the grinding disc on the work-piece.
•Slowly move the machine along the pre-drawn line, firmly pressing the grinding disc against the
workpiece.
•Do not apply too much pressure on the machine. Let the machine do the work.
•Switch off the machine and wait for the machine to come to a complete stand-still before putting
the machine down.
Cleaning and maintenance
Before cleaning and maintenance, always switch off the machine and remove the mains plug from
the mains.
Regularly clean the housing with a soft cloth. Keep the ventilation slots free from dust and dirt. If
necessary, use a soft, moist cloth to remove dust and dirt from the ventilation slots.

Replacing the grinding disc
(fig. B)
Worn or damaged grinding discs must be replaced immediately.
Only use sharp and undamaged grinding discs.
•To remove the old grinding disc (9), proceed as described in the section”Mounting and removing
the grinding disc”. To mount the new grinding disc (9), proceed as described in the section”
Mounting and removing the grinding disc”.
Carbon brushes
•If the carbon brushes are worn, the carbon
•brushes must be replaced by the cus-tomer service department of the manu-facturer or a
similarly qualified person.
Environment
DisposalThe product, the accessories, and the packaging must be sorted for environ-mentally
friendly recycling.

Avertismente pentru siguranta
ATENTIE
Cititi avertismentele de siguranta, avertismentele de siguranta suplimentare si instructiunile anexate.
Nerespectarea avertismentelor si instructiunilor de siguranta poate provoca socuri electrice, incendii

Avertismente suplimentare de siguranta pentru polizoarele unghiulare
• Masina este conceputa pentru a fi utilizata ca polizor unghiular sau masina de debitat. Masina nu
este potrivita pentru operatiuni precum slefuire cu nisip, periere, lustruire, etc. Risc de accidentare.
•Nu utilizati accesorii care nu sunt special proiectate si recomandate de catre producator. Risc de
accidentare. Verificati masina si accesoriile inainte de a le folosi. Nu utilizati accesorii care sunt
indoite, crapate sau deteriorate intr-un fel sau altul. In caz de scapare a masinii sau a unuia dintre
accesorii, verificati daca aparatul sau accesoriul sunt deteriorate. Daca este necesar, inlocuiti

accesoriul.
•Lasati masina sa functioneze fara incarcare intr-o zona sigura dupa montarea accesoriilor. In cazul
in care masina vibreaza puternic, opriti imediat, scoateti stecherul din sursa de alimentare si
incercati sa rezolvati problema.
• Asigurati-va ca viteza maxima a discului de slefuire este mai mare sau egala cu turatia maxima a
masinii. Vezi placuta de identificare a masinii.
• Utilizati numai discuri de slefuire cu grosime si diametru exterior corespunzator. Vezi placuta de
identificare a masinii.
• Asigurati-va ca diametrul interior al discurilor de slefuire, separatoarele, piulitele de tensionare si
altele corespund diametrului axei masinii. Asigurati-va ca discul de slefuire este corect pozitionat. Nu
utilizati adaptoare sau alte accesorii auxiliare pentru a monta discuri cu diametre interioare diferite.
• Utilizati numai discuri de slefuire, care sunt recomandate de catre producator. Utilizati numai
aparatoare care sunt proiectate special pentru disc de slefuire.
• Utilizati numai discuri de slefuire, care sunt potrivite pentru aplicatia respectiva. De exemplu: nu
slefuiti cu disc pentru debitare.
• Nu folositi masina fara aparator.
• Fixati bine aparatorul pentru o siguranta maxima. Asigurati-va ca utilizatorul este protejat cat se
poate de bine de discul de slefuire.
• Asigurati-va ca piesa supusa la prelucrat este bine sprijinita sau fixata.
• Purtati ochelari de protectie. Purtati echipamente de protectie pentru urechi.
• Purtati masca anti praf. Daca este necesar, utilizati echipamente de protectie, precum manusi de
protectie, incaltaminte si altele. Risc de accidentare.
• Tineti persoanele din jur la distanta de zona de lucru.
• Asigurati-va ca toate persoanele din zona de lucru poarta echipament de siguranta. Risc de
accidentare.
• Tineti cablul de alimentare departe de discul rotativ de slefuire. In cazul in care cablul de
alimentare atinge discul rotativ sau mainile dvs. acesta poate intra in contact cu discul de slefuire.
Risc de accidentare.
• Tineti masina de suprafetele izolate, deoarece discul poate intra in contact cu firele ascunse ale
cablului de alimentare. In cazul daca discul intra in contact cu cablu sub tensiune, componentele
metalice ale masinii deasemenea pot intra sub tensiune. Risc de electrocutare.
• Nu utilizati masina timp in care o purtati lateral. Risc de accidentare.
• Nu utilizati masina pe detalii care necesita o adancime maxima de slefuire, care depaseste
adancimea maxima de slefuire a discului.
• Nu folositi accesorii care necesita racire cu lichid. Risc de electrocutare.
• Nu utilizati masina in apropierea materialelor inflamabile. Risc de incendiu.
• Nu lucrati cu materiale care contin azbest.
• Azbestul este considerat a fi cancerigen.
• Nu lucrati cu metale cu continut de magneziu mai mare de 80%.
• Atentie, discul continua sa se roteasca pentru o perioada scurta de timp dupa oprirea masinii. Nu
incercati sa-l opriti.
• Nu lasati niciodata masina pe masa sau banca de lucru inainte de a o fi oprit.
•Curatati in mod periodic orificiile de ventilatie. Risc de electrocutare.
Reculul este o reactie brusca de impact, prindere sau rasucire a discului de slefuire, fapt care face
masina sa se desprinda si sa sara de pe piesa de prelucrat catre utilizator. In cazul in care discul de
slefuire este lovit sau prins in taietura, discul blocheaza si masina sare rapid catre utilizator. In cazul
in care discul de slefuire este rasucit in taietura, muchia posterioara a discului poate lovi suprafata

superioara a piesei de prelucrat, fapt care poate provoca discul sa iasa din taietura si sa sara catre
utilizator.
Reculul este rezultat al utilizarii necorespunzatoare a masinii si / sau a unor proceduri sau conditii de
exploatare necorespunzatoare. Reculul poate fi evitat prin luarea masurilor de precautie adecvate:
• Tineti foarte bine masina cu ambele maini.
• Pozitionati-va mainile astfel incat sa poata faca fata fortei de recul. Pozitionati-va corpul pe oricare
ar fi parte a discului, dar intr-o linie cu acesta. Reculul poate provoca sarirea discului de slefuire spre
spate. In cazul in care sunt luate masuri de precautie adecvate, forta de recul poate fi controlata de
catre utilizator.
• Fiti extrem de atenti atunci cand utilizati masina pentru colturi, muchii ascutite si altele.
Asigurati-va ca discul de slefuire nu se blocheaza. Risc de recul.
• In cazul in care discul de slefuire sa blocat sau a fost intrerupta debitarea, dintr-un motiv sau altul,
eliberati comutatorul de pornire / oprire si tineti masina in pozitie stationare pana cand discul se va
opri complet. Nu incercati niciodata sa indepartati masina de pe piesa de prelucrat sau sa trageti de
masina, timp in care discul de slefuire se roteste. Risc de recul.
• Nu folositi discuri de slefuire uzate sau deteriorate.
• Discurile de slefuire uzate sau fixate in mod necorespunzator creeaza taieturi inguste care
genereaza o frecare si recul suplimentar si maresc posibilitatea de blocare a discului.
• Nu folositi lame zimtate de tip fierastrau. Nu utilizati lame pentru sculptura in lemn si pentru
taierea lemnului. Risc de accidentare.
Siguranta electrica
Verificati intotdeauna daca tensiunea sursei de alimentare corespunde tensiunii mentionate pe
placuta cu date tehnice.
• Nu utilizati masina daca cablul de alimentare sau stecherul sunt deteriorate.
• Utilizati numai cabluri prelungitoare care sunt potrivite pentru puterea nominala a masinii, cu o
grosime minima de 1,5 mm². Daca utilizati cablu prelungitor pe tambur, desfaceti pe deplin cablul.
Nivelul de vibratii
Nivelul emisiilor de vibratii specificat in prezentul manual este masurat in conformitate cu testele
standardizate, mentionate in IEC60745; acesta poate fi utilizat pentru a se compara un instrument
cu altul si ca evaluare preliminara a expunerii la vibratii atunci cand se utilizeaza aparatul pentru
aplicatiile mentionate.
• Folosirea dispozitivului pentru diferite aplicatii sau cu accesorii diferite sau neacceptate poate
creste semnificativ nivelul de expunere.
• Atunci cand dispozitivul este oprit sau atunci cand acesta functioneaza fara a efectua vreo
operatiune, poate reduce semnificativ nivelul de expunere.
Protejati-va singuri impotriva impactului vibratiilor prin intretinerea dispozitivului si a accesoriilor
sale, mentineti-va mainile calde si organizati-va modul de lucru.
Purtati echipamente de protectie pentru urechi si ochi.
Descriere
Polizorul dvs. unghiular este conceput pentru slefuirea si debitarea ipsosului si a otelului.
Aceasta masina, in combinatie cu aparatorul inclus este corespunzatoare numai pentru operatiunile
de slefuire.

Asamblare
Inainte de asamblare deconectati intotdeauna masina si stecherul de la reteaua de alimentare.
Montarea si demontarea aparatorului (Figura B)
Nu utilizati masina fara aparatorul montat.

• Pozitionati masina pe masa cu axa (3) indreptata in sus.
• Mentineti apasat butonul pentru blocare axa (2) si inlaturati flansa (7), folosind cheia pentru flansa
(8). Daca este necesar indepartati discul de slefuire (9). Indepartati flansa (10).
• Montati aparatorul (4). Asigurati aparatorul (4) prin strangerea surubului (11) si a piulitei (12).
Montati flansa (10).
• Daca este necesar montati discul de slefuire (9).
• Mentineti apasat apasat butonul pentru blocare axa (2) si
• Montati flansa (7) folosind cheia pentru flansa (8).

Demontare
•Pozitionati masina pe masa cu axa (3) indreptata in sus.
•Mentineti apasat apasat butonul pentru blocare axa (2) si indepartati flansa (7), folosind cheia
pentru flansa (8).
•Daca este necesar indepartati discul de slefuire (9).
• Indepartati flansa (10).
• Indepartati aparatorul (4) prin desprinderea surubului (11) si piulitei (12).
• Montati flansa (10).
•Daca este necesar montati discul de slefuire (9).
•Mentineti apasat apasat butonul pentru blocare axa (2) si montati flansa (7) folosind cheia pentru
flansa (8).
Montarea si demontarea discului de slefuire (fig. B)
Nu utilizati masina fara aparatorul montat.
Montare
•Pozitionati masina pe masa cu aparatorul (4) indreptat in sus.
•Mentineti apasat apasat butonul pentru blocare axa (2) si indepartati flansa (7) folosind cheia
pentru flansa (8).
• Montati discul de slefuire (9).
•Mentineti apasat apasat butonul pentru blocare axa (2) si montati flansa (7) folosind cheia pentru
flansa (8).
Demontare
•Pozitionati masina pe masa cu aparatorul (4) indreptat in sus.
•Mentineti apasat apasat butonul pentru blocare axa (2) si indepartati flansa (7), folosind cheia
pentru flansa (8).
• Demontati discul de slefuire (9).
•Mentineti apasat apasat butonul pentru blocare axa (2) si montati flansa (7) folosind cheia pentru
flansa (8).
Montarea si demontarea manerului auxiliar (Figura C)

Insurubati prin rotirea manerului auxiliar in sensul acelor de ceasornic (6) intr-unul din orificiile de
montare (13).
Demontare
Desurubati prin rotirea manerului auxiliar in sens invers al acelor de ceasornic (6) din orificiul de
montare (13).
Sfaturi pentru utilizarea optima
• Fixati piesa supusa la prelucrat. Pentru detalii mici, utilizati cleme.

• Trageti o linie pentru a marca directia in care veti ghida discul de slefuire.
• Tineti masina cu ambele maini.
• Porniti masina.
•Asteptati pana cand masina va atinge viteza maxima.
•Pozitionati discul de slefuire asupra piesei de prelucrat.
•Deplasati usor masina de-a lungul liniei trasate in prealabil, apasand fix discul pe piesa de
prelucrat.
• Nu aplicati forta de apasare foarte mare asupra masinii. Lasati masina sa lucreze.
• Opriti masina si asteptati aceasta sa se opreasca complet inainte de a o lasa la o parte.
Curatare si intretinere
Inainte de curatare si intretinere deconectati intotdeauna masina si scoateti stecherul din reteaua
de alimentare.
Curatati in mod periodic carcasa cu o carpa moale. Pastrati orificiile de ventilatie libere de praf si
murdarie. Daca este necesar, utilizati o carpa moale pentru a indeparta praful si murdaria din
orificiile de ventilatie.
Schimbarea discului de slefuire
(Figura B)
Discurile uzate sau deteriorate trebuie inlocuite imediat.
Utilizati numai discuri ascutite si nedeteriorate.
• Pentru a indeparta discul vechi de slefuire (9), procedati asa cum este descris in sectiunea
“Montarea si demontarea discului de slefuire”. Pentru a monta noul disc (9), procedati asa cum este
descris in sectiunea “Montarea si demontarea discului de slefuire”.
Perii de carbon
• Daca periile de carbon sunt uzate, acestea trebuie inlocuite la departamentul de service pentru
clienti al producatorului sau de catre persoana calificata.
Protectia mediului
Eliminare
Produsul, accesoriile si ambalajele trebuie reciclate in mod ecologic.

• Не използвайте машината без предпазител.

• Уверете се, че работния детайл има здрава опора или е добре фиксиран.
• Носете предпазни очила. Носете защита за слуха.

в контакт със скрити проводници на захранващия кабел. Ако диска влезе в контакт с
проводник под напрежение, откритите метални части на машината също могат да попаднат

• Не използвайте машината, докато я носите отстрани. Риск от нараняване.
• Не използвайте машината върху детайли, които изискват максимална дълбочина на

Откатът е внезапна реакция на удар, захващане или усукване на диска за шлайфане, която

кара машината да се вдигне и да отскочи от детайла към потребителя. Ако диска за
шлайфане бъде ударен или захванат от сряза, диска се блокира и машината бързо отскача
към потребителя. Ако дискът за шлайфане е усукан в сряза, задният ръб на диска може да
задере в горната повърхност на детайла, което да накара диска да излезе от сряза и да
отскочи към потребителя.
Откатът е резултат от неправилно използване на машината и/ или неправилни
експлоатационни процедури или условия. Откатът може да бъде избегнат като се вземат
подходящи предпазни мерки:
• Дръжте здраво машината с две ръце.
• Разположете ръцете си така, че да устоят на силите на отката. Разположете вашето тяло от
която и да е страна на диска, но в една линия с него. Откатът може да накара диска за
шлайфане да отскочи назад. Ако са взети подходящи предпазни мерки, силите на отката
могат да бъдат контролирани от потребителя.
• Бъдете изключително внимателни, когато използвате машината върху ъгли, остри ръбове
и други. Уверете се, че диска за шлайфане не се блокира. Риск от откат.
• Ако диска за шлайфане бъде блокиран или ако прекъснете рязането по някаква причина,
освободете прекъсвача за включване/ изключване и задръжте машината неподвижно в
материала докато диска спре напълно. Никога не се опитвайте да отстранявате машината
от детайла или не теглете машината назад, докато диска за шлайфане се движи. Риск от

• Не използвайте притъпени или повредени дискове за шлайфане.
• Притъпените или неправилно монтирани дискове за шлайфане създават тесни срезове,
които създават допълнително триене и откат и увеличават риска от блокиране на диска.
• Не използвайте назъбени трионовидни остриета. Не използвайте остриета за дърворезба
и верижни триони. Риск от нараняване.
Електрическа безопасност
Винаги проверявайте дали напрежението на захранването съответства на напрежението на
табелката.
• Не използвайте машината, ако захранващия кабел или щепсел е повреден.
• Използвайте само удължители, които са подходящи за номиналната мощност на

машината с минимална дебелина 1.5 mm². Ако използвате удължител на ролка, винаги
изцяло развивайте кабела.
Вибрационно ниво
Нивото на вибрационните емисии, посочено в настоящото ръководство е измерено в
съответствие със стандартизираните тестове, посочени в IEC60745; то може да се използва
за сравнение на един уред с друг и като предварителна оценка на експозицията на

• Използването на уреда за различни приложения или с различни или неподдържани
аксесоари може съществено да увеличи нивото на експозицията.
