During assembl of this aircraft, ou will be asked to use sharp knives and hobb adhesives. Please follow all
safet procedures recommended b the manufacturers of the products ou use, and alwa s follow these
important guidelines:
ALWAYS protect our e es when working with adhesives, knives, or tools, especiall power tools. Safet glasses
are the best wa to protect our e es.
ALWAYS protect our bod , especiall our hands and fingers when using adhesives, knives, or tools, especiall
power tools. Do not cut toward exposed skin with hobb knives. Do not place hobb knives on tables or benches
where the can roll off or be knocked off.
ALWAYS have a first-aid kit hand when working with adhesives, knives, or tools, especiall power tools.
ALWAYS keep hobb equipment and supplies out of the reach of children.

Safety in Flying

Section1. Servo and Wing Installation
Step1. Use a hobb knife to cut a notch on the wing
for bur ing the aileron servo lead.
Step2. Press the wire lead into the slot.
Step3. Use hot glue to glue the servo into the wing.
Step4. Insert two wing tubes into the wing panel.
Step5. Attach two panels together through the wing
tube and hot glue.
Note: there is 1.5 degree dihedral angle.
Step6. Appl the thin CA to the slots for the two wing
tubes.

Step7. Cut off the excess wing tube protruding from
the wing.
Section2. Aileron Servo inkage
Installation
Step1. Use a drill bit to enlarge the hole in the control
horn.
Step2. Install a pushrod connector to the servo arm.
Step3. Install the servo arm to the aileron servo.
Slide the one end of the pushrod wire through the
connector and install the z bend to the control horn.
Once the pushrod wire is 90 degrees aligned with
servo arm, and the aligned with the hinge line.
Use hot glue to install the control horn to the aileron.
Step4. Finish the installation of the other aileron
servo linkage.

Section3. Horizontal Tail and Vertical
Tail Installation
Step1. Use a ruler to make the center line in the
horizontal tail.
Step2. La the plane upside down and place the
fuselage in position. Don’t push the stabilizer against
the fuselage to make sure the elevator can move up
and down freel .
Step3. Appl the thin CA to the joint between the
fuselage and stabilizer.
Step4. Insert the vertical tail into the slots in the
fuselage. Make sure the tail is vertical with the
horizontal stabilizer, and then glue it to the fuselage.
Section4. Elevator and Rudder Servo
Installation
Step.1 Connect a servo extension to the servo lead.
(rudder and elevator servo)
Step2. Install the rudder and elevator servo to the
pre-cut slot in the fuselage.

Step.3 Install the servo arm to the rudder servo.
Install the z bend to the control horn and slide the
pushrod wire through the pushrod connector.
Position the control horn on the rudder to make the
pushrod wire is 90 degree aligned with the servo arm
and the holes on the control horn is aligned with the
hinge line.
Once satisfied, press the control horn through the
rudder into the back plate.
Step4. Center the control surface, tighten the set
screw on the pushrod connector and cut off the
excess the pushrod wire.
Step5. Finish the elevator servo installation.
Step6. Position the tail skid mount on the
horizontal stabilizer to make it to be on the center
of the stabilizer.
Then glue it to the stabilizer.
Step7. Use a M3*12 self-tapping screw to install
the tail skid to the mount.
Step8. As shown, glue one pl wood plate to the
mount to stop the tail skid from moving left or
right.

Section5. anding Gear Installation
Step1. Slide one wheel collar onto the wheel axle,
then the wheel and then the remaining wheel
collar. Tighten the set screws to hold the wheel on
the center of the axle.
Step2. Insert the landing gear into the slots.
Step3. Inset the pl wood spacer into the slots and
use thin CA to secure the landing gear to the
fuselage

Section6. Installing the Wing to
Fuselage
Step1. Glue the two carbon fiber strips to the wing
as shown.
Step2. Slide the 100mm carbon fiber rod into the
pre-drilled hole in the front of the fuselage. Center
the rod so it extends equall from the both sides of
the fuselage.
Use thin CA to glue the rod to the fuselage.
Glue the wood retainers to the rod as shown.
Step3. Repeat the same process to install the
second rod.
Step4. Use two rubber bands to secure the wing to
the fuselage.

Section7. Motor Installation
Step1. Install the motor onto firewall using four
blind nuts and four m3*15mm socket head screws.
Section8. CG and Control Throws
The recommended CG is 56mm (2.2in) from the
leading edge of the wing.
Control throws
Aileron 25 degrees up and down
Rudder 25 degrees left and right
Elevator 25 degrees up and down
