ASSEMBLY
1. Carefully turn the appliance upside down to fit the castors.
2. Slide the wheel plate at the right position.
3. Secure the wheel plate by lightening the butterfly nut.
4. Put the appliance in the upright position.
5. Take out the cable from the cable bracket backside.
OPERATION
1. Switch the heater to one of the following power settings:
•I –low heating power;
•II –high heating power;
NOTE!
This device will cool slowly after the power is shut off. Allow the heater to cool prior to any
movement. The built-in carry handle should be used for easy movement.
When this device is overheated it is automatically turned off by a special security system. Unplug the
device and let it cool down before activating it again.

2. Once you finished using the heater, turn the power switches to the “OFF” position, then unplug
the main power supply.
CLEANING
1. If not used for a long time, clean the heater’s surface and keep it in the original packing. Keep
the heater in airy place and pay attention to avoid dampness.
2. Use a damp cloth to clean the surface of appliance, avoid water going inside the appliance, and
dry the appliance before use or store.
STORAGE
1. Save the original packing for the off-season storage.
2. Clean the heater according to the cleaning instructions above.
3. Remove the wheel base assemblies.
4. Place the heater and the wheel assemblies in the original packing and store in dry place.
SAFETY REGULATIONS
1. The heater should be put and used in the suitable place, forbid putting the heater under the power
socket.
2. In the range that can be radiated around the heater, forbid putting flammable, in accordance with
explosion articles. The occasion that can’t be used which is full of flammable gas and dust either.
3. The heater should be more than 1 meter away from the flammable material, and avoid the fixed
irradiation for a long time.
4. The heater should be put on a smooth solid tabletop or ground to work.
5. The cable should be put well, and avoid tripping over the heater while walking, the cable must keep
away the top part of the heater, forbid the cable touch the radiation cover and the net cover, forbid
being heated by the infrared closely.
6. Can't hang the clothes dripping or drench with rain above the heater, avoid entering water and
leaking electricity dangerously, avoid covering flammable things on the radiation cover and the net
cover, avoid taking place the fire and get an electric shock dangerously.
7. The socket cable should keep in touch the ground well, should select the qualified socket.
8. The voltage of the power, frequency should accord with the technical parameter request of the
heater.
9. Ammeter and cable connecting up inside must load the power of heater, also should consider of
loading other electric appliances at the same time.
10. Forbid touching the radiation cover when it is working, in order to prevent the high temperature from
scalding the skin.
11. Forbid working when pull down the net cover.
12. When stop using, should pull out the plug carefully, and turn off the heater before pulling out, don't
draw cable with hand.
13. Should pack the machine well when won’t use it for a long time, prevent the dust, deposit to a dry
and ventilate place.
14. When only child, animal, people lack for self-control or difficulty moving themselves in the room, and
nobody nurse them, should avoid using it.
15. This heater is not equiped with device to control the room temperature, don’t use this heater in small
room where they are occupied by person not capable of leaving the room on their own unless
consistent supervision is provided.
16. If the machine couldn’t work normally, please contact the after-sale service for repair, avoid breaking
it down and change the fittings without permission.
17. When it is covered or furnished in a incorrect position, it may catch fire, so please don't set the
heater as starting automatically; It must be turned off when the electrical power is cut, avoid working
automatically when the incoming electricity and nobody in the room..

18. When the heater which deposit in -20℃severe cold place, must intensify it above -20℃before using
it, prevent material from changing the characteristic in the low temperature.
19. Do not use this heater with a programmer, timer or any other device that switches the heater on
automatically, since a fire risk exists if the heater is covered or positioned incorrectly.
20. Do not use this heater in the immediate surroundings of a bath, a shower or a swimming pool.
21. WARNING: In order to avoid overheating, do not cover the heater.
22. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly
qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
23. The appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory
or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision
or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
24. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

SAFEGUARD AND MAINTAIN
1. Please pull out the plug and cool it to the normal temperature before safeguarding and maintaining.
2. It’s easy to accumulate of dust on the appearance, should clean it frequently with soft cloth. Must
pull down the screws and nut, take off the net cover before cleaning the inner surface of the
radiation cover. Avoid using a wet or flammable soft cloth to clean the heat device, also avoid
hanging soft cloth or other flammable things on it. It must set up the net cover and fix the screws
after cleaning.
3. When the surface is too dirty, could be polished with water lower than 50℃and mixed with neutral
detergent, then dry it.
4. When do cleaning, avoid using the petrol, diluent, sour things or any other chemical things and the
materials which may damage the heaters’ surface easily.
5. Should cool it to the normal temperature, dry it, and pack it carefully, then deposit to a dry and
ventilative place.
OBSTACLE ELIMINATE
1. If the heater don’t heat up after starting the machine, please check whether the power is normal,
whether the socket is good, retry it after checking carefully.
2. Please send it to the service department for other obstacles.
3. There is safety switch at the bottom of the heater, and when it fall down, the switch would cut off
the electricity automatically, and it stop working, make it perpendicularity and turn on the machine, it
would be working normally.
