Welcome to Vector
First of all, thank you for buying a Vector product. We are proud to have you as our customer. The
Vector e-bike is a new concept, the e-Bike that you will enjoy in a way you have never dreamt of before.
Vector proposes a whole new way to understand and live the two wheels. A striking combination
between the worlds of the motorcycle and the bicycle.
In order for the vehicle to serve you better, please do read the manual carefully before riding. Fully
understanding the vehicle's performance, usage and maintenance methods will enable you to properly
ride the vehicle with the best performance, less malfunctions, and longer lifetime.
Please do not lend the electric vehicle to the people who do not know how to ride it. The helmet must
be worn when you ride the electric vehicle. Please follow the traffic rules.
Please drive slowly in snowy days or on slippery roads, and keep a certain distance to ensure safety.
Due to the continuous improvements of our electric vehicle, it may have certain differences for different
production batches.
Please consider that in case of ambiguities in understanding current manual, the final right to interpret it
belongs to Vector.

Below you can find most important information that will help you to enjoy your Vector.
We recommend you read this user manual carefully before using your Vector for the first time and
consult it again every time you have any problems or questions.
Your Vector is a powerful and fun vehicle that can be used in many ways. Mishandling it may cause
danger to life, health and put you at risk of serious injury. Always ride with caution using a helmet,
gloves and protective clothing.
Be aware that you will be moving in a fast and quiet vehicle, so take care when around people and
animals.
In this manual we will give you advice and warnings so you can take full advantage of your Vector and
keep it as good as new. We recommend using original parts /accessories and getting them fitted at a
Vector Official Dealer or Official Service.
You must pay very close attention to our safety warnings, because we consider them essential to
prevent falls and injuries.
If after reading this manual you have any doubts or need further information, please contact your
Vector Official Dealer or Official Service.
This user manual:
- contains important technical and safety information.
- describes the most important features of your Vector in general terms.
- is intended for private users, and is not prepared for use by professional staff.
- reflects the version described at the time of printing, so there may be small differences, due to
the continuous improvement of our Vector products.
All information in this manual is non-binding. Vector reserves the right to:
- introduce, without notice and without disclosing the reasons, changes in the technical data,
maintenance services, colors, design, equipment and vehicle materials.
- adapt their vehicles to local conditions in certain markets and to stop production of a particular
model without prior notice.
Vector assumes no liability in connection with difficulties in the availability of vehicles, with differences
between images or descriptions and particular vehicles, or with errors or omissions in this manual. The
models portrayed contain some special equipment which is not standard.

CHANGES MADE TO THE VEHICLE MAY AFFECT YOUR SECURITY AND CAUSE INJURY.
Any modification made to the vehicle without the Vector dealer’s approval will have the following
effects:
- Loss of warranty rights granted by the manufacturer.
- Possible need to obtain another certification.
- Risk of accident or serious injury.
BEFORE USING YOUR VECTOR PLEASE CHECK ANY LOCAL REGULATIONS RELATED TO THE USE OF
ELECTRICAL AND MOTOR VEHICLES.
THE VECTOR, AS IT DOES NOT HAVE THE REQUIRED APPROVAL FOR CIRCULATION, IS NOT SUITABLE
FOR USE ON PUBLIC ROADS.
Contact one of our Vector Official Dealers if you have any questions.
For your information, applicable laws may include some of the following items:
- Age requirements for vehicle use.
- Equipment required to travel on certain roads.
- Need for a special license to use the vehicle.
- Areas of restricted use for the vehicle.

General Warning
You are the only person responsible for the use of this motorbike. Do not allow other people to ride the
vehicle without having received appropriate instructions and/or reading this manual. Remember that
the owner of this Vector e-bike can be held responsible for the misuse or negligence when using it.
Your Vector is not a competition vehicle and it is not designed for such use. Therefore, its use in
competition will mean the loss of the warranty provided by Vector.
Follow the inspection and maintenance periods indicated here, that along with a good riding technique
will help you to enjoy your Vector safely and reliably. Make sure you understand the importance of
checking all vehicle components carefully before riding.
Before each ride, you should check the condition of the vehicle as well as the battery charge level.
Remember that the power components of your Vector should be handled only by Vector’s service team.

Operational Safety
Listed below are several things to keep in mind regarding the operation of the vehicle.
Whenever you are not using your Vector, put the key in the OFF position. It is easy to forget when it is
ON and an accident could occur when getting on or off the bike.
Similarly, to move the vehicle without riding it, make sure the key is in the OFF position.
In order to optimize the battery life and safety, when the Vector is not in use for more than 30 days, we
recommend:
- charging the battery up to 80% (80V).
- after charging, disconnecting the bike from the battery charger.
- If exceeding 30 days of storage with the bike disconnected, please connect it to the charger and charge
it up to 80% (80V) again.
In case you want to achieve the maximum performance of the Vector, we recommend you charge the
battery before the ride.
IF ANY ABNORMALITY OR DAMAGE ON THE BATTERY IS DETECTED, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR VECTOR
OFFICIAL DISTRIBUTOR.
If you do not follow the instructions for charging and storing the battery described in these operating
instructions you will lose the warranty on it. These guidelines have been rigorously tested to ensure the
maximum efficiency and durability of the battery.
FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR BATTERY CHARGING AND STORAGE.

Warnings
BATTERY AND CHARGER
Do not handle the battery.
Never leave the battery or any electrical components near heat sources.
Keep this and any other battery out of the reach of children and/or pets.
Do not dispose of the battery in any container. Check your local recycling point. If in doubt, contact a
Vector Official Service to provide you with the necessary information for recycling.
Do not use the charger if any part of it is damaged.
Do not open or remove the charger cover. Repairing and/or handling may only be carried out by
qualified personnel.
The use of extension cords, multiple plugs and sockets, surge protectors or similar devices may increase
the risk of electric shock and other hazards. Do not use this type of device with a charger.
Using the charger with a damaged or worn AC outlet may result in burns or fire. Periodically check the
plug to the AC outlet and charger while charging. If the plug is heated, disconnect the charger and have
a qualified electrician replace the AC outlet.
Replace the charger if the plug for the AC outlet or the cord is damaged. You must go to a Vector Official
Service provider.
Do not use a portable or fixed generator to load the Moto-Bike. It could damage the charging system of
the Moto-Bike, which should only be charged with the power supplied by the power grid.
The AC outlet must have a grounded connection and be of exclusive use. No other large electrical
appliances should be connected to the same circuit. If it is not a dedicated circuit, it could exceed the
current of the circuit breaker in the outlet and cause it to jump or to open.
If you manipulate any electrical component of your Moto-Bike, there is a risk of electric shock which can
lead to personal or even fatal injury.
Never open the battery or the charger.
Do not destroy the battery or immerse it in any liquid.
Do not drop the battery (if this happens, or if the Moto-Bike falls down) please check if the battery
has any external damage. If it is not working properly, switches off prematurely or overheats, please
proceed to your Official Service provider. In this case do not use it or charge it again. Do not store the
e-bike inside.

TIRES
If you drive with incorrect tire pressure you can lose control, which could result in serious personal
injury or fatal accident.
Tire pressure must be checked and adjusted with cold tires (when the tire temperature equals ambient
temperature).
If tires are excessively worn, have them changed at a Vector Official Distributor or Service provider. The
use of the vehicle with excessively worn tires is illegal, reduces stability and you could lose control.
Drive at a moderate speed after changing a tire. A new tire must allow time to bed in before its
optimum characteristics are available.
BRAKES
The malfunction of the brake lever indicates a dangerous flaw in the brake system. Do not use the
Moto-Bike until a Vector Official Service has checked or repaired the brake system.
TRANSMISSION
The transmission chain should be lubricated periodically, after washing the Moto-Bike or using it in rainy
or wet areas.
DRIVING AND TRANSPORTATION
The maximum authorized weight for your Moto-Bike is 120 kg (passenger + luggage) and 190 kg (Moto-
Bike + passenger + luggage).
This Moto-Bike is designed for one driver. Do not exceed the maximum authorized weight.
This Moto-Bike is not designed to have a child chair luggage rack. If you wish to add any accessories to it,
please ask your Vector Official Distributor.
This Moto-Bike is not designed to tow a trailer or have a sidecar attached. This Moto-Bike is not
designed for extreme use.
Do not immerse this Moto-Bike in rivers, lakes, marshes or a large body of water.

Do not drive the Moto-Bike with the side stand lowered or if it cannot be raised correctly, otherwise the
side stand may touch the ground, with the risk of losing control. Therefore, check this system regularly
and if it does not work properly, repair it at a Vector Official Service.
If you do not become familiar with the controls you could lose control, with the consequent risk of
accident or personal injury.
This Moto-Bike must be moved on a platform. It cannot be towed or pushed from vehicle to vehicle.
Incorrect transport of the Moto-Bike may cause damage. If the Moto-Bike is damaged, it should be
carried on a platform.
The original Moto-Bike, driver and accessories can never exceed the maximum authorized weight.
No animal can be transported.
Never overload the vehicle. The overloaded vehicle could cause an accident.
Make sure your Moto-Bike including the original accessories does not exceed the maximum authorized
weight.
Make sure the vehicle load is properly secured. Items may move around and cause personal injury or
damage to the vehicle.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
If you use a brush, chemicals or strong detergents for cleaning, the parts could get scratched or
damaged. Also, avoid applying wax to the outer parts.
Do not use wheel cleaners with a high acid content. If you use these products, do not leave the cleaner
on the affected area for longer than indicated in the instructions. Also, rinse the area thoroughly with
water, dry it immediately.
Improper cleaning can damage plastic parts. Only a soft clean cloth or a sponge with water to clean the
plastic. However, if the plastic parts cannot be cleaned well with water, a mild detergent can be diluted
in it. All detergent residue must be removed with plenty of water, as this is detrimental to plastic parts.
Do not use chemicals products for plastic parts. Do not use cloths or sponges that have been in contact
with strong or abrasive cleaners, solvents or thinners, fuel (gasoline), deoxidants or antioxidants, brake
fluid, antifreeze or electrolytes.
Do not use pressure washers or steam cleaners; water could enter and deteriorate elements or
electrical components of the Moto-Bike.
If service maintenance is not carried out or if it is performed incorrectly, it can increase the risk of
personal injury or a fatal accident during the maintenance or use of the Moto-Bike.
Always perform the service maintenance of your Moto-Bike at a Vector Official Service provider.
If you do not have the original tools or experience to perform a particular job, you should give it to a
Vector Official Service provider.
Turn off the Moto-Bike and disconnect the battery for any maintenance work. With the engine running,
moving parts can damage parts of the body and electrical components can cause shock, eye injury,
burns or fire.
If you notice any damage to the front fork or it does not work smoothly, it must be checked or repaired
by a Vector Official Service provider.
To avoid personal injury or damage in the Moto-Bike, firmly support the vehicle.

To avoid damage or fire in the electrical system, do not use a fuse with a higher amperage than
recommended. To repair it you must go to a Vector Official Service provider.
Avoid damaging the headlight optics: Do not stick any colored film or adhesives on the headlight optics.
Do not handle any electrical components.
This Moto-Bike is designed to use Official Vector accessories and spare parts only.
If you suffer any damage contact the emergency services in your country.
Please follow every indication and follow the recommended maintenance schedule. If you do not follow
this, you may lose your warranty.
Pay special attention to every warning described in the manual, it will avoid personal fatal damage and
assure the good functioning of your Moto-Bike.
In case of fire (on the vehicle or near it), immediately contact fire service and inform them that the fire is
on/near a vehicle that contains Ion Lithium batteries.
Do not approach the vehicle if it is on fire. Cells could be projected due to the fire.

Power Components’ location
The power components handle voltages up to 84V that can be hazardous to health and risk potential
serious injury:
Their handling (except for assembly / disassembly and charging the battery and engine disconnection to
handle the rear wheel) must only be carried out by a Vector Official Service provider.
Any damage to any of the power components must be repaired immediately by a Vector Official Service.
POWER PARTS WILL REMAIN ACTIVE FOR A PERIOD OF TIME AFTER THE VEHICLE HAS BEEN SWITCHED
OFF.
NEVER CUT WIRES OR HANDLE THE POWER COMPONENTS.

Controller remote has 4 buttons. +, -, Menu, Power
3 speed switch has 3 positions. It is a part of twist throttle.

By pressing the Menu button on the controller remote you can switch between Real time speed,
Average speed and Maximum speed.

By pressing the Power button on the controller remote you can switch between Trip meter, Odometer
and Time.

By pressing and holding the Menu button on the controller remote you will enter a Settings menu. You
can navigate by pressing + and –buttons. Pressing the Power button will open the Basic setting menu
page. To exit the menu, go to Exit and press the Menu button.

How to prepare the bike after delivery.
You will receive the bike in a wooden/carton box.
