Welcome to the Venga! family. We’re happy to have you as our customer and
hope to make your life easier with our carefully selected product range.
This robot vacuum cleaner has been in the market for over 3 years. This means that
we have over 26 thousand hours of experience during which our team and our
customers helped us make this item even better over time.
Here are a few tips to optimize your experience with your robot vacuum cleaner:
•Let’s take a quick look at how your RVC 3000 sees the world: its sensors bounce
infrared rays off the floor and walls to measure the distance to them. If the
robot detects a sudden increase in the distance to the floor, for example on
stair edges, it will stop and turn around. Please note, very dark floors or strong
direct sunlight can trick the cliff sensors because infrared rays may not return to
the sensors. An easy solution is closing the curtains to block strong sunlight –or
simply using the robot later.
Similarly, the robot may have difficulties detecting dark walls, sharp corners
and thin furniture feet. In this case, the front bumper will guarantee a smooth
contact.
•Keep cables out of the robot's pathway! Cables are very difficult for the robot
to detect. The robot can easily push into them and pull the appliances they
are connected with.
•The RVC 3000 navigation system consists of a series of programs to move in
space. It may pass over the same path several times and seem to avoid some
spots. But don’t worry: your robot is very thorough and will clean every spot it
can reach.
•Prevent the robot from entering spaces that are too tight or too low for it to pass
through, as it may get stuck.
•The closer the robot is to the charging dock, the easier it can return to it. If the
robot is far away from the charging dock and out of signal reach, it will use a
customized pattern until it reaches the signal again. Please be patient while it
finds its way back.
•Clean the brushes on a regularly basis. As for all robot vacuum cleaners, long
hair can quickly block the side brushes, the rolling brush and even the wheels.
Also, remove the dust in the filters as often as possible to ensure consistent
performance –your robot does the dirty work but likes to stay clean!
In a nutshell: for an optimal Venga! experience, keep your house “robot vacuum
cleaner friendly”(no loose cables or other things that could hinder its movement).
Let it work while you are sleeping or enjoying some time off and come back later
to be amazed by the cleanliness of your house and the unexpectedly large
amount of dust your robot was able to collect.

HOME CLEANING
AUTOMATIC CLEANING
•To start the automatic cleaning mode, press
the “AUTO” button on the remote control or
press the power button
To maximally clean the surface, the robot
alternates between cleaning modes in the open
areas:
•Zigzag mode: the robot moves in a back-
and-forth pattern.
•Random mode: the robot moves in random
directions.
•Edge cleaning mode: the robot cleans along
walls and around furniture legs.
SPOT CLEANING
When you select spot cleaning, the robot cleans a
defined area by spiraling about 1 metre in
diameter outwards, and then back inwards.
When you use this mode, the robot boosts its
vacuum power to provide the best possible
cleaning results.
To start, place your robot on the spot you want it to
clean and press the spot cleaning button on the
remote control.
EDGE CLEANING
Use edge cleaning mode to clean along walls and
around furniture legs.

11
VG RVC 3000
ROOM CLEANING
When a specific room needs to be cleaned, please
press the room cleaning button on the remote
control. The robot will combine spiral cleaning,
random cleaning and edge cleaning. It will stop
after 30 minutes and switch to return to charging
dock mode.
MAXIMUM SUCTION
The robot increases its suction power to provide a
deeper cleaning process when you press the
“MAX” button on the remote control. Maximum
suction is off by default. You can activate it at any
point during a cleaning program.
Please be aware that this extra boost of power will
consume more energy and that the robot will have
to return to the charging dock more often for
charging.
MOP CLEANING
The robot is equipped with a water tank that
enables it to mop floors.
Attach the cloth and fill the tank with water.
Remove the dust bin. Place back the water tank
and start the desired cleaning mode.
When finished, empty the water tank, rinse it with
clean water and store it in a dry environment or it
may become cloggy and smelly. Check that the 4
water drainage holes are not blocked. If necessary,
unblock them with a small needle.
RETURN TO CHARGING DOCK
When at any point the robot’s power drops below 20%, it will go into return to charging
dock mode by lowering the rotation speed of the brushes and using a customized
movement pattern to return to its charging dock.
The maximum signal range from the charging dock to the robot is 6 metres, but it can be
considerably shortened by any obstacle in front of the charging dock. Make sure the the
area around the charging dock is open and uncluttered - cf. Charging dock position.

•Avoid overdischarge of the battery.
•If the robot does not have to operate for more than 3 days, we advise to fully charge
it and turn off the main power switch on the bottom.
