Open xLsystemwill requirean Open xLHSC-IPModule tocommunicatewiththe HSC-IPReceiver.
AregularIPModule (nonHSC-IP) can be usedbyan Open xL,MonitorxLorISMsystemiftheyareonly
communicating tothe MonitorxLorOpen xLDirectorSoftware.
OnlyMonitorxLDirectorSoftwarecan be usedwithaMonitorxLSecuritySystem.
OnlyOpen xLDirectorSoftwarecan be used withan Open xLSecuritySystem.
Confirmthat the correctfirmwareisused when upgradingasecuritysystem’sfirmware. Upgradingan
Open xLsecuritysystemfirmwarewithMonitorxLfirmwarecandisrupt operationson asystemwide
scale. AnOpen xLsystemmust be upgraded withOpen xLfirmware. Thesameappliestoonlyusing
MonitorxLfirmwaretoupgradeaMonitorxLsystem.
