1. This appliance is designed for private, domestic use only. No responsibility is
accepted for damage resulting from use non-compatible with the instructions.
2. The appliance is not intended to be used in the following applications, and
the guarantee will not apply for:
•Any commercial use.
•Staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments.
•Farm houses.
•By clients in hotels, motels and other residential, bed and breakfast type
environments.
3. This appliance is used only for mixing and blending pieces of food.
4. The appliance is only intended to be used indoors and not outdoors.
5. Do not operate the appliance if the power cord shows any signs of damage.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be repaired by a qualified person in
order to avoid a hazard. Improper repairs may place the user at serious risk.
6. Always handle the power cord with care. Do not pull or strain the power cord.
The power cord may never be folded or pinched. Always pull the plug to
disconnect the power cord, never pull the cord to disconnect it.
7. Do not use the cord as a handle.
8. Do not let the cord wedged between a closed door.
9. Do not pull the cord near sharp corners.
10. Do not let the cable resting on a hot surface or hanging on the edge of the
table.
11. Do not fold the power cord around the handle.
12. Do not use any accessories not recommended by the manufacturer. It may
cause injury and device destruction.
13. Do not use with a voltage converter.
14. Do not use an extension cord with the appliance.
15. Do not place the appliance on or near a microwave oven, electric oven, gas
oven or washing machine.
16. Keep the appliance away from flammable objects or other heat source.
17. Do not use outdoors or where aerosol spray products are being used or
where oxygen is being administrated.
18. The socket must be easily accessible at any time to ensure that the unit can
be disconnected quickly from the electricity supply.
19. Never use the appliance in the bathroom near a swimming pool, or any other
place with humidity and high temperature.
20. The appliance should not be exposed to extreme weather conditions (rain,
etc.) or any wet conditions.
21. Do not place or store the appliance where it can fall or be pulled into a tub of
sink.

22. Always leave enough space around the device when it is in use among other
items. Do not place the device near flammable materials.
23. Do not operate the appliance with wet hands.
24. Do not use while you are in contact with water.
25. Do not immerse the appliance in water or any other liquids.
26. Do not touch an appliance that has fallen into water. Just pull the plug off.
27. Do not use the device when it is empty.
28. Never overfill the bowl to avoid overflowing during mixing and unnecessary
loading of the motor.
29. Do not drop or insert any objects into any opening.
30. Do not place knives, metal spoons, forks or spatulas etc. into the bowl when
operating.
31. Never contact moving parts (beaters) with your fingers or any other objects
(hair, clothes, cooking utensils, knives etc.) when the appliance is connected
to the power supply.
32. Do not touch any part of the device, other than the handle and control
switches when you use the appliance as there is a risk of injury.
33. Never use the appliance if all parts are not installed properly. If any part of
the appliance is damaged, be sure to replace it before using again the
appliance.
34. Do not add ingredients in the bowl while the appliance is operating.
35. Do not move the appliance while it is operating.
36. The device should always be disconnected from the mains when not in use.
Always switch OFF (“0” position) and unplug the appliance if it is not in use
before moving, cleaning, when changing fittings and storing it.
37. Before disconnecting the device from the socket, set the control switch in
position ”0”.
38. Please note that the device is powered up when connected to the power
supply, even when the control switch is in position ”0”.
39. The device should be used only by adults.
40. Keep the appliance away from children. Children must be under supervision
when they are near the device.
41. The device is not a toy. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do
not play with the appliance.
42. Always supervise the device when it is in use.
43. The appliance should only be stored indoors in a dry place away from
moisture and high or very low temperature. Avoid direct exposure under
ultraviolet.
44. Always make sure the appliance is clean and dry before storing it.
45. Do not store the appliance while it is still warm.

capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they
have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of
the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play
with the appliance.
CAUTION - RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK!
To reduce the risk of electric shock do not open this device,
there are not serviceable parts for customers. Please refer
any maintenance or repair to qualified personnel.

BEFORE USE
1. Ensure the packaging of this appliance is disposed of properly as all materials
are recyclable.
2. Keep plastic bags away from babies and children.
3. After you remove the device from its packing, clean it with a damp cloth.
4. Never put the appliance under running water in order to clean it.
5. Wash all detachable parts (beaters, rotating bowl) with warm, soapy water
using a dish cloth after you uninstall them from the appliance. Rinse
thoroughly to remove any soapy residue. Do not use abrasive cleaners or
scouring pads. Do not put the accessories in dish washer machine or
disinfector machine.
6. Place the appliance on a flat, stable and dry surface.
7. Before using the device unfold the cord completely and make sure that it does
not show any signs of damage.
8. Ensure that the main voltage rating of your power supply corresponds to the
voltage requirements of the appliance.
9. Make sure that all parts of the device are properly mounted before using the
appliance.
10. Do not switch the appliance on without the beaters in place.
11. If you notice that there is a little smell or smoke going out of the appliance
during the first use, do not worry, it is normal.
WARNING!
Do not use the device for more than 5 minutes continuously.
Be sure to always do a pause of 10 minutes between each use.
If you use the device for more than 3 times a break is
necessary to allow the unit to cool.
WARNING!
Let hot ingredients cool down before you mix them.

INSTRUCTIONS
Please follow the instructions below in order to use the appliance.
The appliance can be used in 2 ways:
a) Operation as a hand mixer (without the base and rotating bowl).
b) Operation with the base and rotating bowl.
Preparation of the appliance for use - Installation of beaters & dough hooks:
Install the beaters or dough hooks and prepare the appliance for use according to
the following details:
Operation of the appliance as a hand mixer
•Make sure that the appliance is NOT connected to the power supply.
•Hold the appliance with one hand from the handle (6) and with your other
hand install the beaters/dough hooks in each corresponding opening you will
find at the bottom of the main unit (5).
•Press the beaters/dough hooks until they "click" into place.
•The device is ready for use as a hand mixer (without the base and the
rotating drum).
Operation with the base and rotating bowl:
•Make sure that the appliance is NOT connected to the power supply.
•Hold the appliance with one hand from the handle (6) and with your other
hand install the beaters/dough hooks in each corresponding opening you will
find at the bottom of the main unit (5).
•Press the beaters/dough hooks until they "click" into place.
•Place the hand mixer base (7) on a dry, stable and non-slip surface.
•Lift the swivel arm (8) by pressing the swivel arm opening button (9).
•Position the bowl (10) in the middle of the stand.
•Place the main unit (5) onto the swivel arm (8) and make sure it "locks"
firmly into place.
•Lower the swivel arm (8) so that the beaters/dough hooks (4) will be located
inside the rotating bowl (10).
•The device is ready for use with the base and the rotating bowl.

Using the appliance
•Prepare the materials you want to mix and pour them in the bowl (10) (or
another bowl when using the device as a hand mixer).
•Connect the appliance to the power supply.
•Begin to operate the mixer starting at low speed position "1" and gradually
choose higher speed until you reach the desired level from 1 to 5.
•Pressing the turbo switch (2) will accelerate the level adjusted as long as the
turbo button is kept pressed.
•After completing the mixing procedure set the control switch (1) to position
"0" and then unplug the appliance from the power supply.
•Lift the swivel arm (8) by pressing the swivel arm opening button (9).
•In order to detach the main unit (5) from the swivel arm (8) press the Unlock
Button (11).
•To disconnect the beaters/dough hooks (4), press the disconnect button (3).
ATTENTION
ATTENTION: Use low level only when dispersing dough! High speed
levels can cause overheating!
Never try to mix very hard objects. The unit is not designed for that!
Never in any way obstruct the rotation of the bowl during operation as this
can cause destruction of the internal components.

MIXING GUIDE
1 (Fold)
This is a good starting speed for bulk and dry foods such as flour, butter and
potatoes
2 (Blend)
Best speed to start liquid ingredients for mixing salad dressing.
3 (Mix)
For mixing cakes, cookies and sugar, beating uncooked candy, desserts, etc.
4 (Cream)
For creaming butter and sugar, beating uncooked candy, desserts, etc.
5 (Whip)
For beating eggs, cooked icings, whipping potatoes, whipping cream, etc.
Tips for use
Always immerse the beaters or dough hooks into the food before switching
on. This can avoid splashes.
Use the beaters for processing egg white, cream, mayonnaise, pudding,
puree and light pastries.
The dough hooks are intended for dispersing dough.

CLEANING
•Clean the appliance each time after using it.
•Unplug the appliance and let it cool down before you clean it.
•Clean the external surface of the main unit of the appliance with a damp
cloth.
•Clean the base also with a damp cloth.
Do not put the main unit of the appliance and the base in water, neither
rinse it under tap
water or any other liquid.
Do not put the main unit of the appliance and the base in dish washer
machine.
•Wash all detachable parts (beaters, rotating bowl) with warm, soapy water
using a dish cloth. Rinse thoroughly to remove any soapy residue.
Always make sure to remove detachable parts (beaters, rotating bowl) from
the appliance before washing them.
The detachable parts (beaters, rotating bowl) can also be washed in dish
washer machine.
Do not put the detachable parts (beaters, rotating bowl) in disinfector
machine.
Make sure that all parts of the device are completely dry before you
reassemble the device.
Do not use sharp objects, hard brushes or oven cleaners to clean any part of
the device.
