4.1 Product description and type

5 Preparing the product for
use
Any change that is not expressly approved
by the manufacturer will invalidate the
guarantee.
5.1 Unpacking
When the product is delivered, make sure that the
package is intact and that there are no signs that it
has been dropped or scratched.
If there are obvious signs of damage, contact the
supplier immediately.
When returning a faulty product we recommend
using the original packaging for shipping.
Keep the packaging in case you need to send the
product for repairs.
5.2 Safely disposing of packaging
material
The packaging material can all be recycled. The
installer technician will be responsible for separating
the material for disposal, and in any case for
compliance with the legislation in force where the
device is to be used.

6 Usage
Before carrying out any type of
intervention, read carefully the product
manual.
6.4 Product opening (MAXIMUS
MBX)
During product opening and closing
operations, be careful not to damage the
flameproof joint.
The safety grub screw is used to prevent
the unscrewing of the threaded cover from
the connection compartment. Remove the
safety grub screw before unscrewing the
cover.
Couple the lid using the two slots on the manoeuvre
key. Unscrew the lid working in an anti-clockwise
direction.

6.5 Product closure (MAXIMUS
MBX)
During product opening and closing
operations, be careful not to damage the
flameproof joint.
Before closing the cover, check the O-ring
gasket. If the sealing is damaged replace it
with the one supplied.
Verify that there is no dirt or debris.
Lubricate the threads with grease compliant with IEC/
EN60079-14 to facilitate screwing the cover on.
Tighten the lid with the manoeuvre key. Ensure there
is no space between the lid and the body of the box.
To prevent unwanted unscrewing fasten the safety
grub screw.

per l'utilizzo
Qualsiasi intervento non espressamente
approvato dal costruttore fa decadere la
garanzia.
5.1 Disimballaggio
Alla consegna del prodotto verificare che l'imballo
sia integro e non presenti segni evidenti di cadute o
abrasioni.
In caso di danni evidenti all'imballo contattare
immediatamente il fornitore.
In caso di restituzione del prodotto malfunzionante
è consigliato l'utilizzo dell'imballaggio originale per
il trasporto.
Conservare l'imballo qualora fosse necessario inviare
il prodotto in riparazione.
5.2 Smaltimento in sicurezza dei
materiali di imballaggio
I materiali d'imballo sono costituiti interamente da
materiale riciclabile. Sarà cura del tecnico installatore
smaltirli secondo le modalità di raccolta differenziata
o comunque secondo le norme vigenti nel Paese di
utilizzo.
5.3 Contenuto
Controllare che il contenuto sia corrispondente alla
lista del materiale sotto elencato:

6 Utilizzo
Prima di effettuare qualsiasi tipo di
intervento leggere attentamente il manuale
del prodotto.
6.4 Apertura del prodotto
(MAXIMUS MBX)
Durante le operazioni di apertura e
chiusura del prodotto prestare attenzione a
non rovinare il giunto antideflagrante.
Il grano di sicurezza è utilizzato per
impedire lo svitamento del coperchio
filettato dal vano connessioni. Rimuovere
il grano di sicurezza prima di svitare il
coperchio.
Agganciare il coperchio utilizzando le due asole
presenti sulla chiave di manovra. Svitare il coperchio
operando in senso antiorario.

6.5 Chiusura del prodotto
(MAXIMUS MBX)
Durante le operazioni di apertura e
chiusura del prodotto prestare attenzione a
non rovinare il giunto antideflagrante.
Prima di chiudere il coperchio verificare la
guarnizione o-ring. Nel caso la guarnizione
sia danneggiata sostituirla con quella
fornita in dotazione.
Verificare che non vi sia la presenza di sporcizia o
residui.
Lubrificare i filetti con un grasso conforme alla IEC/
EN60079-14 al fine di agevolare l'avvitamento del
coperchio.
Serrare il coperchio con la chiave di manovra.
Assicurarsi che non vi sia spazio tra il coperchio e
il corpo della cassetta. Per prevenire lo svitamento
indesiderato fissare il grano di sicurezza.

Toute modification non approuvée
expressément par le fabricant entraînera
l’annulation de la garantie.
5.1 Déballage
Lors de la livraison du produit, vérifier que
l’emballage est en bon état et l’absence de tout signe
évident de chute ou d’abrasion.
En cas de dommages évidents, contacter
immédiatement le fournisseur.
En cas de retour du produit défectueux, il est
conseillé d'utiliser l'emballage original pour le
transport.
Conserver l’emballage en cas de nécessité
d’expédition du produit pour réparation.
5.2 Élimination sans danger des
matériaux d’emballage
Le matériel d’emballage est entièrement composé
de matériaux recyclables. Le technicien chargé de
l’installation est tenu de l’éliminer conformément aux
dispositions en matière de collecte sélective et selon
les normes en vigueur dans le pays d’utilisation.
5.3 Contenu
Contrôler que le contenu correspond à la liste
matériel indiquée ci-dessous:

6 Utilisation
Avant tout type d'intervention, lire avec
attention le manuel du produit.
6.4 Ouverture du produit
(MAXIMUS MBX)
Durant les opérations d'ouverture et de
fermeture du produit, faire attention de ne
pas endommager le joint antidéflagrant.
La vis sans tête de sécurité est utilisée pour
empêcher le dévissage du couvercle fileté
du compartiment des connexions. Enlever
la vis sans tête de sécurité avant de dévisser
le couvercle.
Fixer le couvercle à l'aide des deux œillets présents
sur la clé de manœuvre. Visser le couvercle dans le
sens inverse des aiguilles d'une montre.

6.5 Fermeture du produit
(MAXIMUS MBX)
Durant les opérations d'ouverture et de
fermeture du produit, faire attention de ne
pas endommager le joint antidéflagrant.
Avant de fermer le couvercle, vérifier le
joint torique. Si le joint est endommagé, le
remplacer par celui fourni en dotation.
Vérifier l'absence de saleté ou de résidus.
Lubrifier le filetage avec une graisse conforme à la
norme IEC/EN60079-14 afin de faciliter le vissage du
couvercle.
Serrer le couvercle avec la clé de manœuvre. S’assurer
de l'absence d'espace entre le couvercle et le corps
du boîtier. Pour éviter que le couvercle se dévisse,
fixer la vis sans tête de sécurité.

1 Allgemeines
Vor Installation und Anwendung der Einheit ist die
gesamte gelieferte Dokumentation aufmerksam zu
lesen. Zum späteren Nachschlagen das Handbuch in
Reichweite aufbewahren.
1.1 Schreibweisen

5 Vorbereitung des
Produktes auf den Gebrauch
Jede vom Hersteller nicht ausdrücklich
genehmigte Veränderung führt zum Verfall
der Gewährleistungsrechte.
5.1 Entfernen der Verpackung
Bei der Lieferung des Produktes ist zu prüfen, ob die
Verpackung intakt ist oder offensichtliche Anzeichen
von Stürzen oder Abrieb aufweist.
Bei offensichtlichen Schadensspuren an der
Verpackung muss umgehend der Lieferant
verständigt werden.
Im Falle der Rückgabe des nicht korrekt
funktionierenden Produktes empfiehlt sich die
Verwendung der Originalverpackung für den
Transport.
Bewahren Sie die Verpackung auf für den Fall, dass
das Produkt zur Reparatur eingesendet werden muss.
5.2 Sichere Entsorgung der
Verpackungsmaterialien
Die Verpackungsmaterialien sind vollständig
wiederverwertbar. Es ist Sache des
Installationstechnikers, sie getrennt, auf jeden
Fall aber nach den geltenden Vorschriften des
Anwendungslandes zu entsorgen.
5.3 Inhalt
Prüfen Sie, ob der Inhalt mit der nachstehenden
Materialliste übereinstimmt:

Bevor Arbeiten durchgeführt werden, ist
das Produkthandbuch aufmerksam zu
lesen.
6.4 Öffnen des Produkts
(MAXIMUS MBX)
Während der Öffnung und Schließung des
Produktes ist darauf zu achten, dass der
zünddurchschlagsichere Spalt dadurch
nicht unbrauchbar wird.
Der Sicherheitsgewindestift wird
verwendet, um zu verhindern, dass
sich der Gewindedeckel vom Bereich
mit den Anschlüssen löst. Den
Sicherheitsgewindestift entfernen, bevor
der Deckel abgeschraubt wird.
Den Deckel befestigen. Hierzu die beiden am
Schraubenschlüssel vorhandenen Langlöcher
verwenden. Den Deckel lösen, indem entgegen dem
Uhrzeigersinn gearbeitet wird.

6.5 Schließen des Produkts
(MAXIMUS MBX)
Während der Öffnung und Schließung des
Produktes ist darauf zu achten, dass der
zünddurchschlagsichere Spalt dadurch
nicht unbrauchbar wird.
Vor dem Schließen des Deckels den O-Ring
überprüfen. Falls die Dichtung beschädigt
ist, muss sie durch die mitgelieferte ersetzt
werden.
Sicherstellen, dass kein Schmutz oder Rückstände
vorhanden sind.
Die Gewinde mit einem Fett schmieren, das der Norm
IEC/EN60079-14 entspricht, um das Anschrauben des
Deckels zu erleichtern.
Den Deckel mit dem Schraubenschlüssel
festmachen. Sicherstellen, dass kein Platz zwischen
dem Deckel und dem Kastenkorpus verbleibt.
Den Sicherheitsgewindestift befestigen, um ein
ungewolltes Loslösen zu vermeiden.

5.1 Распаковка

6 Использование
Перед выполнением какой-либо
операции внимательно прочитайте

6.4 Открытие изделия
(MAXIMUS MBX)
Соблюдайте осторожность во избежание
повреждения взрывозащищенного
соединения при открытии и закрытии
устройства.
Используется предохранительный винт
с плоским концом и шестигранным
углублением под ключ. Данный винт
не позволяет снять крышку с резьбой
с соединительного отсека. Перед
тем как снять крышку открутите
предохранительный винта с плоским
концом и шестигранным углублением
под ключ.
Подцепите крышку, используя два паза на ключе
в виде планки. Открутите крышку против часовой
стрелки.

6.5 Закрытие изделия
(MAXIMUS MBX)
Соблюдайте осторожность во избежание
повреждения взрывозащищенного
соединения при открытии и закрытии
устройства.
Проверьте уплотнительное кольцо перед
закрытием крышки. При повреждении
уплотнения замените его на новое из
комплекта поставки.
Убедитесь в отсутствии грязи и инородных частиц.
Нанесите на резьбу смазку, соответствующую
