Die Akku LED Handleuchte ist sehr energiesparend, langlebig
und vielseitig einsetzbar in:
Werkstatt, Garage, Automobil, Lager, Haushalt und anderen Bereichen.
Funktion und Beschreibung:
1. 3,6 Volt DC; 2,4 Watt mit Ladegerät
2. 28 LEDs und wiederaufladbarem NiMH-Akku
3. Mit Ein-/Aus-Schalter
4. Einklappbarer Kunststoffhaken oben, 360 Grad drehbar
5. Mit Magnethalter

Anhand der obigen Abbildung können Sie den Akku nach folgender Anweisung aufladen:
• Ladestecker (2) in die Aufladebuchse der Leuchte (3) einstecken.
• Ladegerät (1) in eine Steckdose (100-240 Volt AC, 50/60 Hz) einstecken. Die LED Anzeige am
Ladegerät leuchtet rot.
• Nach einer Aufladezeit von 5 Stunden wird die LED Anzeige am Ladegerät grün. Danach muss
die Aufladung noch 1 bis 2 Stunden fortgesetzt werden, bis der Akku vollständig aufgeladen ist.
• Ladegerät zuerst aus der Steckdose ausstecken und dann den Ladestecker aus der Leuchte aus-
stecken. Die Leuchte ist nun betriebsbereit und kann mit dem Schalter (4) eingeschaltet werden.
• Wird der Akku zu schwach, beginnt die Leuchte zu blinken. Dann muss der Akku erneut aufge-
laden werden.
Magnethalter:
Auf der Rückseite der LED Handleuchte ist ein Magnethalter montiert. Mit diesem kann die
Leuchte sehr einfach auf jedem eisernen Untergrund angebracht werden. Um diesen Magnet-
halter herum ist Gummimaterial angebracht, zum Schutz der Oberfläche.
Hinweise:
• Die Aufladezeit des Akkus beträgt mindestens 5 bis 6 Stunden. Die Betriebszeit der Leuchte be-
trägt 4 bis 5 Stunden. Sobald die Leuchte anfängt zu blinken, muss der Akku erneut aufgeladen
werden. Sollten Sie die Leuchte blinkend auffinden, ist es besser den Akku 24 Stunden aufzula-
den. Auf diese Weise behält der NiMH-Akku seine lange Lebensdauer.
• Um die Funktion des Akkus beizubehalten, empfehlen wir den Akku einmal im Monat aufzula-
den und wieder zu entladen, wenn die Leuchte nicht gebraucht wird.

• Der Akku darf nur mit dem mitgelieferten Ladegerät des Herstellers aufgeladen werden. Um
Beschädigungen zu vermeiden, verwenden Sie bitte keine anderen Ladegeräte.
• Bei Nichtgebraucht, muss das Ladegerät aus der Steckdose ausgesteckt werden.
• Leuchte möglichst im Trockenen verwenden. Keinesfalls dauerhaft in feuchter oder nasser Um-
gebung einsetzen.
• Zur Entsorgung muss die Leuchte und der NiMH-Akku dem jeweiligen öffentlichen Recyc-
lingsystem zugeführt werden.
Warnhinweise
Elektrische Energien können schwere Verletzungen verursachen.
Zum Schutz gegen elektrischen Schlag, Verletzungs- und Brandgefahr sind folgende grundsätz-
liche Sicherheitsmaßnahmen zu beachten:
• Anschlusskabel und Gehäuse dürfen nicht beschädigt sein. Leuchten/Ladestationen, die fallen
gelassen wurden oder beschädigt sind, müssen vor Wiederinbetriebnahme von Fachpersonal
geprüft werden.
• Verlegte Kabel dürfen keine heißen oder scharfen Teile berühren oder in einer anderen Weise be-
schädigt werden. Kabel sind so zu verlegen, dass sie für Personen keine Stolpergefahr darstellen.
• Ladestation und Arbeitsleuchte nicht Wasser oder anderen Flüssigkeiten aussetzen. Dabei kön-
nen gefährliche Spannungsentladungen entstehen.
• Alle Service- oder Reparaturarbeiten immer durch Fachpersonal ausführen zu lassen. Um die
Betriebssicherheit auf Dauer zu gewährleisten, dürfen nur Originalersatzteile verwendet werden.
• Ladestation und/oder die Arbeitsleuchte nicht selbst zerlegen/öffnen. Unsachgemäßer Zusam-
menbau kann zur Beeinträchtigung der Funktionstüchtigkeit, zu Feuer, zu einem elektrischen
Schlag und / oder zu Verletzungen führen.
• Schutzvorrichtungen dürfen nicht entfernt werden.
• Niemals direkt in die Leuchte sehen, die Lichtstärke ist geeignet, Verletzungen am Auge hervorzurufen.
• Verlängerungskabel müssen für die Ladestation ausreichend dimensioniert sein. Kabel, die nicht
für die betreffende Stromstärke ausgelegt sind, können überhitzen.
• Die Arbeitsleuchte und die Ladestation erwärmen sich während des Ladevorganges leicht. Dies
stellt keine Beeinträchtigung der Funktion dar. Bei der Handhabung ist entsprechende Vorsicht
geboten.
• Die Arbeitsleuchte nur an Orten verwenden, die durch geltende Verordnungen für Arbeitsbe-
reiche und elektrische Anlagen bestimmt und vorgeschrieben werden.
Gewährleistung
Bei nicht bestimmungsgemäßer Verwendung erlischt die Gewährleistung. Nicht bestimmungs-
gemäße Verwendung liegt vor:
• Für Produkte, die von Personen verändert, modifiziert oder repariert wurden, die nicht Vigor-
Equipment angehören,
• Bei Missbrauch, unsachgemäßer Handhabung, Fahrlässigkeit und Abweichung von normalen
Verfahrensweisen oder den Anweisungen und Spezifikationen von Vigor- Equipment oder
• Bei Verwendung in Zusammenhang mit einem anderen Produkt, Gerät, Bauteil oder System,
das entweder defekt, die Ursache für einen Defekt oder nicht für den Gebrauch in Zusammen-
hang mit diesem Produkt vorgesehen ist.

The accumulator LED hand lamp is very energy saving and long-lasting.
It can be used very versatile in:
Workshop, garage, motor vehicle, storage, household and other areas.
Function and Description:

With the aid of the above figure, you can charge the accumulator to the following intruction:
• Insert charging plug (2) into the charging socket of the lamp (3)
• Insert charging device (1) into a socket (100-240 Volt AC, 50/60 Hz).
• After a charging time of 5 hours, the LED-signal of the charging device lights up green. After this,
charging has to be continued for another 1 to 2 hours. until the accumulator is fully charged
• At first, take the charging device out of the socket and then remove the charging plug from
the lamp. The lamp is now ready for operation and can be switched on with the switch (4).
• When the accumulator charge is too low, the signal lamp starts to flash. Then, the accumulator
has to be recharged.
Magnet Holder
A magnet holder has been fitted to the back of the LED-hand lamp. With this, the lamp can be
easily attached to any iron background. The magnet holder is surrounded with rubber material
to protect the surface.
Notice
• The charging time of the accumulator is at least 5 to 6 hours. The operating time of the lamp
is 4 to 5 hours. As soon as the signal lamp starts flashing, the accumulator must be recharged.
Shoud you find the lamp flashing, it will be better to recharge the accumulator for 24 hours. In
this way, the Nimh-accumulator keeps his long life.
• To maintain the function of the accumulator, we recommend to charge and discharge the
accumulator once a month, if the lamp is not used.

• The accumulator must only be recharged with the charging device supplied by the manufac-
turer. Do not use any other charging devices in order to avoid damages.
• If the lamp is not used, the charging device must be removed from the socket.
• If possible, use the lamp in dry locations only. Under no circumstances use it continously in moist
or wet locations.
• For disposal, the lamp and the Nimh-accumulator must be handed over to the respec-
tive public recycling system.
Caution
Electrical energy can cause serious injuries. In order to avoid electrical shock, injuries or fire the
following safety instructions have to be observed and respected:
• Ensure cable and housing are not damaged. Lights and charging stations that have fallen
down or that are damaged, must be checked by qualified personnel before restarting operati-
on.
• When laying the power supply lead, ensure it does not come into contact with hot or sharp
parts and that it cannot be damaged in another way. The lead is to be laid in such a way that
it does not constitute a risk of stumbling.
• The charging station and work light must not be exposed to water or other liquids. Dangerous
voltage discharge may occur.
• Service and repair work should be carried out by qualified technical personnel only. In order
ensure the working reliability in the long term, always use original spare parts.
• The charging station and/or the work light must not be disassembled. Inappropriate assembly
can lead to a reduction of the functionality, to fire, to electrical shocks and/or to injury.
• Do not remove any safety devices.
• Never look directly into the light – the light intensity is strong enough to cause eye injuries.
• If an extension cord is necessary, it must be sufficiently dimensioned for the charging station.
Cables which are not appropriate for the necessary amperage may overheat.
• When recharging, both the work light and the charging station slightly warm up which does not
reduce their functionality. When working with the work light, appropriate caution is required.
• Only use the work light within the prescribed places, and governed under the current regulati-
ons relating to the working environment and to electrical systems.
Warranty
Any claims against the manufacturer and/or its authorized agents because of damage caused
by improper use of the tool are void. Improper use of the tool is defined as:
• products which are altered, modified or repaired by anyone other than Vigor-Equipment;
• subject to abuse, improper use, negligence,accordance with normal practices or the instruc-
tions and specifications of Vigor- Equipment;
• used in conjunction with any product, device, component or system, that is either defective,
the source of a defect, or not reasonably intended to be used in conjunction with this product.
