GENERALINSTRUCTIONS

DANGER!
–Always disconnectthepowersupply cable whenthe machineisnotinuse,beforeperformingmaintenance
procedures, beforereplacingthe brush/pad-holder and beforeopening anyaccesspanel.
–Thismachine mustbeused byproperly trained andauthorisedpersonnelonly. Childrenor disabled peoplecannot
use this machine.
–Donotwearjewelswhen workingnearelectrical components.
–Donotworkundertheliftedmachinewithout supportingit with safety stands.
–Donotoperate the machinenear toxic,dangerous, flammableand/or explosive powders, liquidsorvapors.

–The machine power supply cableis groundedand the relevantplug is groundedtoo.In case ofmachine malfunction
or breakdown, groundingconnection reducestherisk ofelectric shock.
–The powersupplycableplug must beconnectedto anappropriateoutlet, which isgroundedaccordingtolaw in
force.
–Thisapplianceisnotintended for use bypersons(includingchildren) with reducedphysical,sensoryormental
capabilities, or lackofexperience andknowledge,unlessthey have beengiven supervisionorinstructionconcerning
use oftheappliance byaperson responsiblefor theirsafety.
Childrenshouldbe supervisedtoensure that theydonotplay withthe appliance.
ifthe supplycordis damaged,itmustbe replaced bythe manufacturer, its serviceagent orsimilarlyqualifiedpersons
inorder toavoidahazard.

grounded.
–Donottamper withthe powersupply cableplug. If the powersupplycable plugcannot beconnected totheoutlet,

–Beforeconnecting thepower supplycable totheelectrical mains,checkthatfrequencyandvoltage,shown on the
machineserial number plate,matchtheelectricalmains voltage.
–Regularlycheck thepower supply cablefordamages, cracks, cuts, etc. If thepowersupplycable isdamaged, replace
itimmediately.
–To avoidanyrisk,if the powersupplycable is damaged,contactVIPERService Centeror aqualified technician.
–Donotpull orcarrythemachine by thepower supplycable and neverusethe powersupplycableasa handle.Do not
closea dooronthepower supplycable, or pullthe power supplycable aroundsharp edgesorcorners. Donot run
themachineon the power supplycable.
–Keep the powersupply cableawayfromheatedsurfaces.
–Toreducetherisk of fire,electric shock,orinjury, do not leavethemachineunattendedwhenit ispluggedin.
Disconnect themachine from the electrical mains when not inuse andbefore performingmaintenance procedures.
–To avoidelectric shock,donot expose the machine to rain orotherbadweatherconditions.Storethemachine
indoors, inadryplace.
–Donotallow tobe usedas a toy.Close attention isnecessary whenusednearchildren.
–Useonly as shownin this Manual. Use onlyVIPER's recommendedaccessories.
–Takeall necessaryprecautionstopreventhair,jewelsand loose clothesfrombeingcaughtby themachinemoving
parts.
–Donotleave the machineunattended without beingsure thatit cannot moveindependently.
–Donotusethemachine inparticularly dustyareas.
–Whileusingthismachine,takecare not tocausedamagetopeopleorobjects.
–Donotbump into shelves or scaffoldings,especiallywhere there is arisk of falling objects.
–Donotputany can containing fluidsonthe machine.
–The machine workingtemperaturemust bebetween 0°Cand +40°C.
–The machine storage temperaturemust bebetween0°C and +40°C.
–VIPER machinescanbeusedincombinationwith standarddetergentswhichcan not damageanymaterialsofVIPER
machines (no useofsolventsorotheraggressiveliquid materials). VIPERwillnot payanyclaims regardingusing
aggressivedetergentsin VIPERmachines.Ifyouneeda special detergentforcleaningpurposes, please contact your
VIPER dealer.
