DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY
Where applicable Vision products are certified and comply with all known local regulations to a
‘CB Certification’ standard. Vision commits to ensure all products are fully compliant with all
applicable certification standards for sale in the EU and other participating countries.
The product described in this owner manual is in compliance with RoHS (EU directive
2002/95/EC), and WEEE (EU directive 2002/96/EC) standards. This product should be returned
to the place of purchase at the end of its useful life for recycling.
WARNINGS
During installation take care to adhere to workplace health and safety laws:
•Attach this product to a rated load-bearing structure.
NEVER MOUNT BRACKET DIRECTLY TO A FALSE CEILING!
•Do not cut or drill any parts above head height. This should all be done using the correct
safety equipment at floor level.
•Avoid overstretching which might result in the ladder tipping over.
•SWL (safe working load): 10kg
•Ensure it is installed in an appropriate place – for example not obstructing an emergency exit.
•Ensure it is at least 2000mm above the ground to prevent accidental injury.
•Check stability after installation.
•Installation must be done by a specialist audio-visual installer
•Allow 500mm x 500mm space around the bracket.
•Avoid installing in a moist environment, or in direct sunshine, or near corrosive gas or liquid.
•Routing of cables through the bracket must comply with local regulations.

INSTALLATION:
1. FIX WALL PLATE When fixing to stud wall you need to position the plate over stud. The
projector lens should be at least 300mm above the top edge of the screen. Check projector
manual for the best position.
Ensure the correct fixtures are used to attach the Techmount to the wall or
ceiling. The fixtures provided are M8x50 anchor bolts for attachment to
masonry. They are not suitable for timber studs and may not be suitable for
your application.
2. ATTACH SPIGOT TO WALL PLATE Thread cables through then attach.

3. OPTIONAL: CUT BOOM
a. If boom too long, cut shorter as required. It may be necessary to cut through both
poles.
b. Attached drilling jig from TM-1200 and re-drill holes in outer pole.
4. ATTACH BOOM TO SPIGOT Thread cables through boom then attach boom to spigot.

LIFETIME RETURN-TO-BASE WARRANTY
This product comes with a lifetime return to base warranty. If you have a problem you are
required to provide a DETAILED DESCRIPTION of the fault.
Some Vision products are very technical and require troubleshooting all elements of the
installation as it may not be the Vision product at fault. Because of this the manufacturer may
refuse to replace the item if an adequate description is not provided.
•This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
•This warranty protects you against the following:
oFailure of any components, including the power supply.
oDamage when the product is first removed from its packaging if reported within
24 hours of purchase.
•If the product is DOA (dead on arrival), you have 21 days from purchase date to notify the
national distributor via your AV reseller.
•The original purchaser is responsible for shipment of the product to the Vision’s appointed
service centre.
•The liability of Vision is limited to the cost of replacement of the faulty unit under warranty
except for death or injury (EU85/374/EEC).
•If the product is end of line (EOL) the Vision will provide a credit instead of replacement.
•This warranty does not protect this product against faults caused by abuse, misuse,
incorrect installation, unstable or faulty power input, or modification.
Vision aims to send a replacement item within 5 working days however this may not always be
possible, in which case it will be sent as soon as practicably possible. UK End users and resellers

Vorschriften der Normen für „CB-Zertifizierung“. Vision verpflichtet sich sicherzustellen, dass alle
Produkte mit allen anwendbaren Zertifizierungsnormen für den Verkauf in der EU und anderen
teilnehmenden Ländern in vollem Umfang übereinstimmen.
Das in dieser Bedienungsanleitung beschriebene Produkt erfüllt die Anforderungen von RoHS

Bringen Sie dieses Produkt nur an geprüften Tragstrukturen an.
HALTERUNG KEINESFALLS AN ABGEHÄNGTEN DECKEN ANBRINGEN!
Beim Sägen oder Bohren niemals über Kopf arbeiten. Nur mit einwandfreien
Sicherheitsvorrichtungen und Schutzausrüstung in üblicher Arbeitshöhe arbeiten.
Wegen Kippgefahr auf der Leiter niemals überlehnen.
Zulässige Belastung: 10kg
Stellen Sie sicher, dass sie an einem geeigneten Platz positioniert ist –beispielsweise darf sie
keine Fluchtwege behindern.
Stellen Sie sicher, dass sie sich mindestens 2000 mm vom Boden entfernt befindet, um eine
Unfallverletzung zu vermeiden.
Prüfen Sie nach der Installation die Stabilität.
Die Installation muss von einem audiovisuellen Montagespezialisten vorgenommen werden.
Lassen Sie um die Halterung 500 mm x 500 mm frei.
Vermeiden Sie die Montage in einer feuchten Umgebung oder in direkter Sonneneinstrahlung
oder in der Nähe von schädlichen Gasen oder Flüssigkeiten.
Die Kabelführung durch die Halterung muss den lokalen Vorschriften entsprechen.

GESCHIRMT IST!

INSTALLATION
1. ANBRINGEN DER WANDPLATTE Beim Anbringen an eine Ständerwand müssen Sie die
Platte über dem Ständer positionieren. Die Projektorlinse sollte sich mindestens 300 mm
über dem oberen Rand des Bildschirms befinden. Informieren Sie sich im Handbuch zum
Projektor über die beste Position.
Stellen Sie sicher, dass die korrekten Haltevorrichtungen verwendet
werden, um das Techmount-Produkt an der Wand oder der Decke zu
befestigen. Bei den im Lieferumfang enthaltenen Vorrichtungen handelt es
sich um M8x50 Ankerschrauben für die Befestigung an einem Mauerwerk.
Sie eignen sich nicht für Holzständerkonstruktionen und möglicherweise nicht
für Ihre Anwendung.
2. ANBRINGEN DES FÜHRUNGSZAPFENS AN DIE WANDPLATTE Führen Sie die Kabel durch
den Führungszapfen und bringen Sie ihn an.

3. OPTIONAL: KÜRZEN DES TELESKOPARMS
a. Falls der Teleskoparm zu lang ist, kürzen Sie ihn auf die erforderliche Länge. Es ist
möglicherweise erforderlich, beide Stangen zu kürzen.
b. Legen Sie die Bohrschablone der TM-1200 an und bohren Sie erneut Löcher in die
äußere Stange.
4. ANBRINGEN DES TELESKOPARMS AN DEN FÜHRUNGSZAPFEN Führen Sie die Kabel durch
den Teleskoparm und befestigen Sie diesen anschließend am Führungszapfen.

Dieses Produkt hat eine lebenslange Garantie für die Rücksendung ins Werk. Sollte ein Problem
auftreten, müssen Sie eine DETAILLIERTE BESCHREIBUNG des Fehlers angeben.
Einige Produkte von Vision sind technisch äußerst kompliziert, weshalb eine Fehlersuche an allen
Elementen der Anlage erforderlich ist, da die Fehlerursache möglicherweise nicht im Produkt von
Vision liegt. Aus diesem Grund kann der Hersteller den Austausch eines Teils verweigern, wenn
keine angemessene Beschreibung beigefügt wird.
Diese Garantie gilt nur für den Ersterwerber und ist nicht übertragbar.
Die vorliegende Garantie umfasst:
oAusfall von Komponenten, einschließlich des Netzteils.
oSchäden beim Auspacken des Geräts, wenn diese innerhalb von 24 Stunden
gemeldet werden.
Wenn das Produkt bereits bei Auslieferung defekt ist, haben Sie innerhalb von 21 Tagen
nach dem Kaufdatum über Ihren Einzelhändler den nationalen Vertriebspartner zu
informieren.
Das Versandrisiko zum von Vision zugelassenen Kundendienstzentrum geht zu Lasten des
Ersterwerbers.
Die Haftung von Vision ist mit Ausnahme von Tod oder Personenschäden auf die Kosten
des Austauschs der fehlerhaften Ware beschränkt (EU85/374/EEC).
Wenn es sich bei dem Produkt um ein Auslaufmodell handelt, bietet Vision eine Gutschrift
anstatt eines Austauschs an.
Diese Garantie umfasst keine Produktschäden durch missbräuchliche oder fehlerhafte
Nutzung, fehlerhaften Einbau oder eine instabile bzw. defekte Stromzufuhr oder Änderung.
Vision ist bemüht , innerhalb von fünf Arbeitstagen einen Ersatzartikel zu senden. Sollte dies
einmal nicht möglich sein, so wird das Produkt baldmöglichst zugesandt.
HAFTUNGSAUSSCHLUSS: Da wir unsere Produkte fortlaufend verbessern, können sich die oben
genannten Angaben ohne vorherige Ankündigung ändern. Diese Bedienungsanleitung wird ohne
Gewähr veröffentlicht. Etwaige Verbesserungen oder Änderungen an der Bedienungsanleitung
zur Beseitigung typographischer Fehler und redaktioneller Ungenauigkeiten sowie aufgrund von
