When using electrical appliance, basic safety precautions should always be
followed including the following:
1. Read all instruction.
2. To protect against risk of electrical shock, do not put power unit, cord or
plug in water or other liquid.
3. Keep electrical appliances out of reach from children or infirm persons. Do
not let them use the appliances without supervision.
4. Unplug the unit from outlet when not in use, before putting on or taking off
parts, and before cleaning.
5. Avoid contacting moving parts. Never feed food by hand, always use food
pusher.
6. Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the
appliance malfunction or is dropped or damaged in any manner. Return the
appliance to the nearest authorized service facility for examination, repair,
or electrical or mechanical adjustment.
7. The use of attachments not recommended or sold by the appliance
manufacturer may cause fires, electric shock or injury.
8. Do not use outdoors.
9. Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter, or touch hot surfaces.
10. To avoid injury, do not use fingers to remove food from cutting plate while
appliance is running.
This appliance in intended for household use only. Any servicing other than
cleaning and user maintenance should be performed by and authorized
service representative.
1. Do not immerse power unit in water.
2. To reduce the risk of fire or electrical shock, do not dismantle the unit.
No user serviceable parts inside, Repair should be done by authorized
service personnel only.
3. To avoid damage, do not attempt to grind bones, nuts or other hard items.
4. Cutting blade and cutting plates should be coated with cooking oil after
washing to keep them lubricated and rust free.

ASSEMBLY
Note:
HOW TO USE
NOTE:
1. Insert the feed screw into the grinder tube with the long end of the spindle
first.
2. Position the cutting blade onto the feed screw with the flat cutting side
facing you.
3. Position the desired cutting plate onto the feed screw against the flat sides
of the cutting blade. Ensure the notched of the cutting plate fit into the slots
of the grinder tube.
4. Securely attach the screw ring to the end of the grinder tube.
5. Insert the grinder head into the motor unit opening, Turn it slowing and
push it in until it is firmly seated.
you may need to loosen the locking knob to allow the grinder head to
be fully inserted.
6. Secure the grinder head by turning the locking knob until tight.
7. Position the feeding tray on the feeding tube.
8. Use the food pusher to push food gently, one piece at a time into the
feeding tube. Do not force the food into the tube.
1. Place the assembled appliance on a stable work surface so that the air
vents at the bottom and back remain unblocked.
2. Make sure the on/off switch is in the off position. Insert plug into wall outlet.
3. Place a wide, shallow bowl or plate beneath the grinder tube to catch the
food.
4. Switch appliance ON, The grinder must always be on before adding food.
5. Place the food in the feeding tray and use the food pusher to feed the food
one piece at a time down the tube.
6. After use, switch grinder to off and unplug from the wall outlet.
7. Disassemble and clean all parts immediately after use.
If the motor slows or stops, this may be due to jammed food,
immediately switch the grinder off, Press the reverse switch to push the food in
the opposite direction. Release the reverse switch and turn grinder on again. If
the grinder should get jammed again, you may need to switch it off, unplug,
disassemble the grinder head and clean the internal parts.

CUTTING PLATES SUGGESTIONS
AFTER USE:
HOW TO CLEAN
HELPFUL HINTS:
These are suggested uses for each of the cutting plate. Experiment to choose
the plate that best meets your taste or recipes.
Coarse cutting plate: use for ground meat used for making chili or for
vegetables.
Medium cutting plate: use for ground meat in making soups or for relished.
Fine cutting plate: use for ground meat for spreads, pates, baby food,
hamburger.
1. Grind stale bread pieces may help to remove food residue left in the grinder
after use
2. Switch the appliance off and unplug from the wall outlet.
3. Disassemble and clean all parts immediately after each use.
1. Unplug motor housing and remove parts.
2. Never immerse power unit in water or other liquid.
3. Wash all parts except motor unit, in hot soapy water, be very careful when
handing the sharp cutting blade.
4. Rinse these parts with clear hot water, dry thoroughly. DO NOT wash parts
in a dishwasher. The cutting blade and plates will rust if not dried and
stored properly. To protect these parts, dry then coat with cooking oil; wrap
in oil-proof paper before storing.
Tip: To protect from rust, vacuum package the parts using a food saver
vacuum packaging system.
5. Wipe motor housing with a damp cloth. Do not use harsh or abrasive
cleaners.
1. Cut food into strips or cubes slightly smaller than opening on the feeding
tube.
2. Make sure food is free of bone, tough tendon, nut shells, etc before
grinding.
3. Raw meat or fish should be thoroughly chilled(not frozen) before grinding
to reduce the loss of juices.
4. Freshly ground meat should be refrigerated and cooked within 24hours.
5. During extended grinding, fats from meats can build up inside the grinder
tube slowing down grinding efficiency and straining the motor. If this
happens, you should stop the grinder, wash parts in hot water and
reassemble. When possible, alternate bread with the meat. This helps
keep the feed screw clean.

ïîãðóæàéòå ïðèáîð â âîäó èëè äðóãóþ æèäêîñòü, íå ïûòàéòåñü

11. Íå ïûòàéòåñü ñàìîñòîÿòåëüíî ðåìîíòèðîâàòü óñòðîéñòâî. Âñå
ðàáîòû ïî ðåìîíòó ïðèáîðà äîëæíû ïðîâîäèòüñÿ â ñåðâèñíîé
ìàñòåðñêîé.
12. Âî èçáåæàíèå ïîëîìêè ïðèáîðà íå ïûòàéòåñü èçìåëü÷àòü â
ìÿñîðóáêå òâåðäûå ïðîäóêòû (êîñòè, îðåõè è ò.ä.)
13. Êàæäûé ðàç ïîñëå îêîí÷àíèÿ ðàáîòû óáåäèòåñü ÷òî ïðèáîð
âûêëþ÷åí, îòêëþ÷åí îò ýëåêòðîñåòè è äâèãàòåëü ïîëíîñòüþ
îñòàíîâèëñÿ, ïðåæäå ÷åì ïðèñòóïèòü ê ðàçáîðêå óñòðîéñòâà.
14. Íå òÿíèòå, íå ïåðåêðó÷èâàéòå è íè íà ÷òî íå íàìàòûâàéòå øíóð
ïèòàíèÿ.

MAKING SAUSAGES
ATTACH SAUSAGE STUFFER
1. You will need casing, either natural or synthetic, which may be purchased
from your local meat market. If purchased dry, casings should be soaked
briefly in a mixture of 2 cups water to 1 tablespoon vinegar.
2. Meats must be ground and seasoned before making sausage links.
1. Insert feed screw into grinder tube.
2. Place KUBBLE ATTACHMENT A onto the feed screw. This provides a
bearing to position end of feed screw.
3. Place sausage stuffer through screw ring. Securely attach screw ring to
the end of the grinder tube, turning clockwise until tight.
4. Insert grinder head into motor unit opening and tighten locking knob to
secure.
ATTACH KUBBE ATTACHMENT
The assembly method is the same as “ATTACH SAUSAGE STUFFER”.
1. Insert feed screw into grinder tube.
2. Place KUBBE ATTACHMENT A onto the feed screw. This provides a
bearing to position end of feed screw.
3. Place KUBBE ATTACHMENT B through screw ring. Securely attach screw
ring to the end of the grinder tube, turning clockwise until tight.
4. Insert grinder head into motor unit opening and tighten locking knob to
secure.

1. Âñòàâüòå øíåê äëèííûì êîíöîì â êîðïóñ ãîëîâêè ìÿñîðóáêè
2. Íàäåíüòå íà øíåê ñíà÷àëà íîæ
3. À çàòåì îäíó èç ðåøåòîê òàê, ÷òîáû åå âûñòóïû âîøëè â ïàçû íà
êîðïóñå áëîêà ìÿñîðóáêè, à ðåæóùèå êðîìêè íîæà ïëîòíî ïðèëåãëè ê
åå ïëîñêîñòè, èíà÷å ìÿñî íå áóäåò ïåðåìàëûâàòüñÿ
4. Çàòÿíèòå êðåïåæíîå êîëüöî ãîëîâêè ìÿñîðóáêè. Èçáåãàéòå ñëèøêîì
òóãîãî çàòÿãèâàíèÿ.
5. Âñòàâüòå êîðïóñ ãîëîâêè ìÿñîðóáêè â ãíåçäî íà êîðïóñå. Ïîâåðíèòå
åãî ïî ÷àñîâîé ñòðåëêå ñëåãêà è íàæìèòå íà íåãî, ïîêà îí íå
çàêðåïèòñÿ.

8. Ïðîòàëêèâàéòå ïðîäóêòû ñ ïîìîùüþ òîëêàòåëÿ äëÿ ïðîäóêòîâ, íå
ïðèêëàäûâàéòå ñèëó äëÿ çàãðóçêè ïðîäóêòîâ.

4. Âêëþ÷èòå ïðèáîð. Ìÿñîðóáêà äîëæíà âñåãäà áûòü âêëþ÷åíà ïåðåä
äîáàâëåíèåì ïðîäóêòîâ.
5. Ïðè íåîáõîäèìîñòè ïîäòÿãèâàéòå êðåïåæíîå êîëüöî âî âðåìÿ
ýêñïëóàòàöèè.
6. Ïîñëå oêîí÷àíèÿ ðàáîòû âûêëþ÷èòå ìÿñîðóáêó è îòêëþ÷èòå åå îò
ñåòè.
Åñëè ìÿñîðóáêà çàáèëàñü, âûêëþ÷èòå åå è, íå îòêëþ÷àÿ îò
ýëåêòðîñåòè íàæìèòå è óäåðæèâàéòå êíîïêó «REVERSE». Øíåê íà÷íåò
âðàùàòüñÿ â îáðàòíîì íàïðàâëåíèè è âûòîëêíåò çàñòðÿâøèå ïðîäóêòû.
Åñëè ýòî íå ïîìîãàåò, îòêëþ÷èòå ìÿñîðóáêó îò ýëåêòðîñåòè, ðàçáåðèòå è
ïî÷èñòèòå.

Ïðèãîòîâëåíèå êîëáàñîê
Íàñàäêà äëÿ ïðèãîòîâëåíèÿ êîëáàñîê
1. Âàì ïîíàäîáèòñÿ îáîëî÷êà, íàòóðàëüíàÿ èëè ñèíòåòè÷åñêàÿ,
êîòîðóþ âû ìîæåòå êóïèòü íà ìÿñíîì áàçàðå. Åñëè îáîëî÷êà ñóõàÿ òî
åå ñëåäóåò, ðàçìî÷èò â âîäå, äîáàâèâ òóäà 1 ñòîëîâóþ ëîæêó óêñóñà.
2. Ìÿñî ïðîïóñòèòü ÷åðåç ìÿñîðóáêó è äîáàâèòü ñïåöèè.
• Óñòàíîâèòå íîæ çàêðóãëåííîé ñòîðîíîé â ñòîðîíó ðåøåòêè.
• Óñòàíîâèòå ðåøåòêó À äëÿ êðóïíîé ðóáêè.
• Íàäåíüòå øèðîêèé êîíåö íàñàäêè äëÿ ïðèãîòîâëåíèÿ êîëáàñîê íà
âûõîäíîå îòâåðñòèå è çàêðåïèòå åå êðåïåæíûì êîëüöîì.
• Óñòàíîâèòå ëîòîê íà çàãðóçî÷íîå îòâåðñòèå ãîëîâêè ìÿñîðóáêè.
• Îïóñòèòå îáîëî÷êó äëÿ êîëáàñîê â òåïëóþ âîäó íà 30 ìèíóò, ÷òîáû îíà
ñòàëà ìÿãêîé.
• Íàäåíüòå îáîëî÷êó íà íàñàäêó.
• Ïîìåñòèòå èçìåëü÷åííîå ìÿñî â ëîòîê
• Íàïîëíèòå îáîëî÷êó, ìÿãêî ïðîòàëêèâàÿ ôàðø â ãîðëîâèíó ñ
ïîìîùüþ òîëêàòåëÿ.
• Åñëè îáîëî÷êà ïðèëèïíåò ê íàñàäêå, ñìî÷èòå åå âîäîé.

7. Íå ïðèìåíÿéòå àáðàçèâíûå è õëîðñîäåðæàùèå âåùåñòâà èëè
îðãàíè÷åñêèå ðàñòâîðèòåëè.
8. Íå ïîãðóæàéòå êîðïóñ ýëåêòðîäâèãàòåëÿ â âîäó. Ïðîòèðàéòå åãî
âëàæíîé òêàíüþ.
9. ×èñòûå è âûñóøåííûå íîæ è ðåøåòêè ïðîòðèòå òêàíüþ, ïðîïèòàííîé
ðàñòèòåëüíûì ìàñëîì.
