V-Care Smart Panel
The V-Care Smart Panel prepares reports to support
sustainability and raise awareness of water usage. It also relays
local announcements such as water- and power shortages
or cuts, allowing you to better manage the ushing systems.
Diagnostic algorithms help predict failures in advance, and the
back-up power unit ensures use of the toilet up to ten times in
case of a power cut.
Optimised usage

The mobile app offers additional benets such as comfort,
usage data display, remote control and updating. The status
of the WC and the ushing system can be monitored and
controlled via the mobile app anywhere with a network
connection.

Safety instructions
The connection of electricity and water system must be done in a secure and reliable way.
Please be aware of electric shock caused by power supply mains connection during
installation.
Smart Panel’s glass breaking by an outer impact may cause physical injury.
Do not remove the product from its installed position. Please, call an authorized
repairment service.
Do not use the device near explosive or ammable environments and materials.
Keep the packaging materials out of reach of children.

For installation, please check out the Installation Manual yer in the package.
Sticker
A temporary transparent sticker on V-Care Smart Panel expresses the functions of buttons
for easy to start. After a while, you can remove it.
Care instructions
How to clean the panel?
• Do not use abrasive cleaners or chemicals for cleaning glass panel
• Clean stains using a soft and dry cloth or squezzed wet wash-leather to prevent glass
panel from scratching
• Remove remaining droplets on the edge of glass with a dry cloth after cleaning process
Please use Lock button while cleaning the panel. For more information, please go to

Panel features
Smart Panel is at stand-by mode with VitrA
logo illumination as a night light feature in
case of not used for a while. The function
buttons are hidden as in the below image.
After user detection, Smart Panel awakes
thanks to its sensor technology and the
function buttons are visible as in the left
image.
Please touch Menu ( ) icon to view
setting options. You may then touch one
of the feature icons to activate/deactivate
through Smart Panel as in the below image.

Buttons
Full Flush: Supplies whole amount of water in the cistern (6 or 4 L)*.
Half Flush: Supplies approximately the 2/3 of water in the cistern (3 or 2,5 L)*.
Menu: Shows feature options when touched to activate/deactivate feature through
Smart Panel.
Auto Flush: The V-Care Smart Panel’s integrated sensors provide a touch-free control
option for the Auto Flush feature and supplies the optimum volume of water with each
ush.
Connectivity: Secure pairing between the control panel and the mobile app over wi-
prevents misuse, ensuring only one user is paired at any one time. The V-Care Smart Panel
software is always updated through an internet connection.
Lock: The Lock feature allows the user to deactivate the panel when required for
maintenance or security reasons. In order to prevent accidental deactivation by children,
the Lock feature is set to a ve second press of the button.
Periodic Flush: A period of inactivity could lead to bacterial proliferation, backow through
the waste pipes and build-up of minerals and other deposits. The V-Care Smart Panel’s
Periodic Flush Mode regularly washes the bowl to minimise the risk of dirt, stains, odours
and bacterial growth, thereby greeting users with a hygienically clean toilet every time.
The default setting is ON, but it can be turned OFF via the mobile app.
Warning: Shows that a warning is generated about the Smart Panel. To learn content of
warning, please check V-Care Smart Panel mobile application.
*One of the values according to the concealed cistern type.

Remote Access
The application is available for Android and iOS devices to access remotely to Smart Panel. Please go
to your smart phone’s application store to download V-Care Smart Panel mobile application and then
follow the directives given by mobile application to connect the panel.
By using mobile application, it is easy to explore the features for an individual usage even from afar.
Exceeding the standard usage of the ush, mobile application widens the limits of time and place
with extended control features. It also noties local announcements such as water shortage and
power shortage allowing you to better manage the ushing systems.**. Always up-to-date software
of panel.
Dashboard
The dashboard enables remote monitoring of all installed plates, statistics viewing, and function
control for commercial enterprises and institutions.

Compatibility
Compatible with all VitrA concealed cisterns with electrical installation set.
Requirements
Pre-installed electrical set is required. Remote access requires a smart phone supporting
Bluetooth 4.0 and above, Wi network and a VitrA user account.

This product does not contain harmful and forbidden materials described in the “Directive
on the Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Waste Electrical and
Electronic Equipment” (EEE) issued by the T.R. Ministry of Environment and Urbanization.
Complies with the WEEE Directive. This product has been manufactured with high quality
parts and materials which can be reused and are suitable for recycling.
Therefore do not dispose of the product with normal domestic waste at the end of its
service life. Take it to a collection point for the recycling of electrical and electronic
