1.) VOR DER MONTAGE DES VHV IST ZU BEACHTEN:
• Das Ventil des VHV ist werkseitig auf Zweirohrbetrieb mit dem
größten kv-Wert voreingestellt.
•Die Typen VHV 20, VHV 22, VHV 34 und VHV 46 ohne Laschen sind drehbar und
können wahlweise unten rechts oder unten links angeschlossen werden.
•Entfernen der Verpackung im VHV - Anschlussbereich.
•Demontage der Abdeckkappen von den 3/4” Außengewinden.
2.) ZWEIROHRBETRIEB - VOREINSTELLUNG:
•Demontage der Baustellenkappe 1.
• Detail A: Einstellring des Ventiles 2gegen den Uhrzeigersinn auf die
gewünschte Voreinstellung drehen - der gewünschte Einstellwert (1, 2,..7, N)
muß über der Markierung positioniert sein.
kv-Werteinstellungen bei 2K Proportionalabweichung (Richtwerte):
Voreinstellung 1 für VHV bis ca. 500 Watt
Voreinstellung 2 für VHV bis ca. 800 Watt
Voreinstellung 3 für VHV bis ca. 1000 Watt
Voreinstellung 4 für VHV bis ca. 1200 Watt
Voreinstellung 5 für VHV bis ca. 1600 Watt
Voreinstellung 6 für VHV bis ca. 2000 Watt
Voreinstellung 7 für VHV bis ca. 2400 Watt
Voreinstellung N für VHV über 2400 Watt
3.) EINROHRBETRIEB:
• Eine Ventilvoreinstellung ist nicht notwendig, da das Ventil 2
werkseitig auf Voreinstellung N justiert wurde.
• Achtung: Um eine unerwünschte Erwärmung des VHV im Einrohrbetrieb bei
geschlossenem Ventil möglichst gering zu halten, ist bei der Montage des
Einrohrverteilers 3zu beachten, daß der Rücklaufeinsatz 4im Rücklauf und
der Vorlaufeinsatz 5im Vorlauf eingebaut sind.
•Vor der Einstellung des Heizkörperanteiles ist die Abdeckkappe 6am Einrohr-
verteiler 3zu entfernen und die darunter befindliche Beipaßspindel nach
rechts bis zum Anschlag einzudrehen.
Einstellwerte bei 2K Proportionalabweichung (Richtwerte bei TV= 70
°C, TR= 55 °C und TL= 20 °C):
HK-Anteil 30% - 3,50 Umdrehungen
HK-Anteil 35% - 3,00 Umdrehungen
HK-Anteil 40% - 2,50 Umdrehungen
HK-Anteil 45% - 2,00 Umdrehungen
HK-Anteil 50% - 1,75 Umdrehungen
4.) MONTAGE UND ANSCHLUSS VON VOR- UND RÜCKLAUF:
•VHV montieren (siehe Montagehinweise).
•Bei Einrohrsystemen Einrohrverteiler 3 montieren, Vorlauf- und Rücklauf-
leitung mit Klemmverschraubungen 7anschließen. Bei Zweirohrsystemen
sollten Absperrverschraubungen 8eingebaut werden.
5.) THERMOSTATKOPFMONTAGE:
Die Thermostatköpfe ”RA 2000” und ”RAW” Fa. Danfoss, ”VK” Fa. Heimeier,
”D” Fa. Herz, ”thera-DA” Fa. MNG und ”UNI-LD” Fa. Oventrop sind direkt
montierbar.
•Demontage der Baustellenkappe 1.
•Montage des Thermostatkopfes 9.
6.) ÄNDERUNGEN DER EINSTELLWERTE IM
ZWEIROHR- UND EINROHRBETRIEB:
Bei Bedarf können die entsprechenden Einstellwerte
auch unter Anlagendruck verstellt werden.
1.) BEFORE INSTALLING THE VHV, THE FOLLOWING SHOULD BE NOTED:
• The VHV valve is factory set for two-pipe operation with the largest
kv-value.
•VHV 20, VHV 22, VHV 34 and VHV 46 models without brackets can be rotated
and optionally connected at bottom right or bottom left.
•Remove packaging around the VHV connection area.
•Remove protective cap 1 from 3/4” male threads.
2.) TWO-PIPE OPERATION - PRE-SETTING:
•Remove protective cap 1.
• Detail A: Turn the adjustment ring of valve 2counter clockwise to the required
pre-setting - the pre-set value (1, 2,..7, N) should be positioned over the marking.
kv-value settings at 2K proportional deviation (approximate values):
default setting 1 for VHV to 500 Watt
default setting 2 for VHV to 800 Watt
default setting 3 for VHV to 1000 Watt
default setting 4 for VHV to 1200 Watt
default setting 5 for VHV to 1600 Watt
default setting 6 for VHV to 2000 Watt
default setting 7 for VHV to 2400 Watt
default setting N for VHV above 2400 Watt
3.) SINGLE-PIPE OPERATION:
• No valve pre-setting required, as valve 2 is factory set to pre-setting N.
• Important: To minimise undesirable warming of the VHV in single-pipe
operation with closed valve, ensure that when fitting the single-pipe manifold
3the return flow cartridge 4is installed in the return and the flow cartridge 5
is installed in the flow.
•Before setting the radiator part, the protective cap 6 on the single-pipe
manifold 3should be removed and the bypass spindle below screwed in fully
clockwise against the stop.
Setting values at 2K proportional deviation (approximate values at TV=
70 °C, TR= 55 °C and TL= 20 °C):
Radiator part 30% - 3.50 turns
Radiator part 35% - 3.00 turns
Radiator part 40% - 2.50 turns
Radiator part 45% - 2.00 turns
Radiator part 50% - 1.75 turns
4.) INSTALLATION AND CONNECTION OF FLOW AND RETURN:
•Fit the VHV (see hints for installation).
•For single-pipe systems install single-pipe manifold 3 and connect flow and
return using compression fittings 7. For two-pipe systems shut-off fittings 8
should be used.
5.) THERMOSTAT HEAD INSTALLATION:
The thermostat heads ”RA 2000” and ”RAW” by Danfoss, ”VK” by Heimeier,
”D” by Herz, ”thera-DA”by MNG and ”UNI-LD” BY Oventrop are suitable for
direct installation.
•Remove the protective cap 1.
•Install the thermostat head 9.
6.) ADJUSTMENT OF SETTING VALUES
IN TWO-PIPE AND SINGLE-PIPE OPERATION:
If required, the relevant setting values may also be adjusted under system
pressure.

ACHTUNG: Bei der Montage von Heizkörpern ist zu beachten, dass die
Befestigung von Heizkörpern so dimensioniert wird, dass sie für die bestim-
mungsgemäße Verwendung und vorhersehbarer Fehlanwendung geeignet ist.
Hierbei sind insbesondere die Verbindung mit dem Baukörper sowie dessen
Beschaffenheit, die Geeignetheit des Montagezubehöres und die möglichen
Belastungen nach erfolgter Montage zu prüfen.
BEI VHV MIT AUFGESCHWEISSTEN LASCHEN:
•Schnellmontagekonsole ab BH 358 für VHV 11.
•Auf Sonderwunsch ist der VHV 11 ab BH 214 bzw. der VHV 23 ab BH 214 bis
BH 286 mit aufgeschweißten Laschen verfügbar. (Wandmontage somit auch
mit der Schnellmontagekonsole ab BH 214 möglich).
•Die entsprechenden Montageanleitungen sind den jeweils verwendeten
Befestigungssets zu entnehmen.
BEI VHV OHNE LASCHEN:
•Stand- bzw. Wandkonsolen können für alle VHV bis BH 286 verwendet werden.
•Verwendung der Standkonsole SK 22 für VHV 20, ab BH 358 bis BH 574 bzw.
SK 23 für VHV 11 und VHV 22, ab BH 358 bis BH 646.
BEI VHV MIT EINSCHIEBELASCHEN:
•Schnellmontagekonsole ab BH 214 - 790 für Type VHV 20 und Type VHV 22
bzw. ab BH 214 - 286 für Type VHV 34.
•Die entsprechenden Montageanleitungen sind den jeweilig verwendeten
Befestigungssets zu entnehmen.
BEI VERWENDUNG DER SCHNELLMONTAGEKONSOLE:
•An den Stirnflächen der Schutzecken die Schrumpffolie öffnen.
•Schutzecken entfernen und den darunterliegenden Karton mittels Tapezier-
messer vorsichtig im Bereich der Aufhängelaschen aufschneiden.
•Ab BL 2200 ist ein drittes Laschenpaar (Baulängenmitte) vorhanden. Das in
der Mitte liegende Aufhängelaschenpaar vorsichtig mit dem Tapeziermesser
freistellen.
•Befestigung der Wandschiene laut Laschenaufschweißbild.
•VHV-Montage nach Montageanleitung der Schnellmontagekonsole.
BEI VERWENDUNG DER SCHNELLMONTAGEKONSOLE:
•Freistellung des Führungsspaltes für die Einschiebelasche durch Auf-
schneiden der Schrumpffolie, der Schutzecken und des Kartons in
Längsrichtung der VHV, in vorgegebenem Abstand.
•Ab BL 2200 ist eine zusätzliche Fußkonsole in Baulängenmitte der VHV zu
montieren.
•VHV-Montage nach Montageanleitung der Schnellmontagekonsole.
Achtung: Eine Montage der VHV mit Einschiebelasche ist nur in
Kombination mit der Schnellmontagekonsole erlaubt!
1.) BEI VERWENDUNG DER STAND- UND/ODER WANDKONSOLE
(SK 10 - 19 BZW. WK 10 - 12):
•Schrumpffolie an der Unterseite der VHV öffnen.
•Schutzecken entfernen, und den Karton mittels Tapeziermesser vorsichtig,
im durch die Montageanleitung der verwendeten Konsole vorgegebenen
Montagebereich, ausschneiden.
•Positionierung der Konsolen nach Skizze A.
•Montage der VHV laut Montageanleitung der verwendeten Konsole.
2.) BEI VERWENDUNG DER STANDKONSOLEN SK 22 UND SK 23:
•Gleiche Vorgehensweise wie in Punkt 1. beschrieben.
Diese VHV-S haben einen integrierten Strahlungsschirm, der sich auf der gegen-
überliegenden Seite dieser Montageanleitung befindet. Montage mittels
Standkonsole.
ZU VERWENDENDE AUFHÄNGUNGEN
ATTENTION: For the correct installation of radiators it is essential that the
fixing of the radiator is carried out in such a way that it is suitable for intended
use AND predictable misuse. A number of elements need to be taken into consi-
deration including the fixing method used to secure the radiator to the wall, the
type and condition of the wall itself, and any additional potential forces or
weights, prior to finalising installation.
VHV WITH WELDED BRACKETS:
•Quick-fit bracket from OH 358 for VHV 11.
•VHV 11 from OH 214 of VHV 23 from OH 214 to OH 286 available with welded
brackets against special order (wall mounting therefore possible also with
quick-fit bracket from OH 214).
•The relevant installation instructions can be found in the fixing kits used.
VHV WITHOUT BRACKETS:
•Floor brackets or wall brackets may be used for all VHV up to OH 286.
•Floor brackets SK 22 may be used for VHV 20 from OH 358 up to OH 574 or
SK 23 for VHV 11, VHV 22 from OH 358 up to OH 646.
VHV WITH SLIDE-IN BRACKETS:
•Quick-fit brackets from OH 214 to 790 for model VHV 20 and model VHV 22,
from OH 214 to BH 286 for model VHV 34.
•The relevant installation instructions can be found in the fixing kits used.
WHEN USING QUICK-FIT MOUNTING BRACKET:
•Open the shrink wrapping on the corner protector front faces.
•Remove the corner protectors and carefully cut the cardboard behind in the
area of the mounting brackets using a wallpaper knife.
•From OL 2200, a third pair of brackets is provided (centre of overall length).
Carefully free the central pair of brackets using the wallpaper knife.
•Fit the wall rail in accordance with the bracket welding diagram. Fit the VHV in
accordance with the quick-fit mounting bracket fitting instructions.
WHEN USING QUICK-FIT MOUNTING BRACKET:
•Free the slide-in bracket guide slot by cutting the shrink wrapping, corner
protectors and cardboard along the VHV at the distances shown.
•From OL 2200, an additional floor bracket should be fitted in the centre of the
VHV overall length.
•Fit the VHV in accordance with the quick-fit bracket fitting instructions.
Important: Installation of VHV with slide in bracket is permissible
only in combination with quick fit mounting-bracket.
1.) WHEN USING FLOOR MOUNTING OR WALL MOUNTING BRACKET (SK
10 - 19 OR WK 10 - 12):
•Open the shrink wrapping on the underside of the VHV.
•Remove the corner protectors and, using a wallpaper
knife, carefully cut the cardboard in the fitting area
shown in the fitting instructions for the bracket used.
•Position the brackets as shown in diagram A.
•Fit the VHV in accordance with the fitting instructions
for the bracket used.
2.) WHEN USING FLOOR BRACKETS SK 22
and SK 23:
•Proceed as described under 1.).
These VHV-S are fitted with an integral radiation reflector on the opposite side of
these fitting instructions. Fit using the standard bracket.

1.) A PRENDRE EN COMPTE AVANT DE MONTER LE VHV:
• Le robinet du VHV est préréglé à l’usine sur service bitubulaire à la valeur
kv maximum.
•Les types VHV 20, VHV 22, VHV 34 et VHV 46 sans pattes peuvent être tournés et
raccordés au choix en bas à droite ou en bas à gauche.
•Enlever l’emballage au niveau du raccord VHV.
•Démonter les capuchons des filets extérieurs 3/4“.
2.) SERVICE BITUBULAIRE - PRÉRÉGLAGE:
•Démonter le bouchon de protection 1.
• Détail A: Tourner la bague de réglage du robinet 2dans le sens inverse des aiguilles
díune montre jusqu’au préréglage désiré. La valeur de réglage désirée (1, 2,.. ..7, N)
doit se trouver sur la marque.
Réglages des valeurs kv pour un écart proportionnel de 2K (valeurs indicatives):
préréglage 1 pour VHV jusqu’à env. 500 Watt
préréglage 2 pour VHV jusqu’à env. 800 Watt
préréglage 3 pour VHV jusqu’à env. 1000 Watt
préréglage 4 pour VHV jusqu’à env. 1200 Watt
préréglage 5 pour VHV jusqu’à env. 1600 Watt
préréglage 6 pour VHV jusqu’à env. 2000 Watt
préréglage 7 pour VHV jusqu’à env. 2400 Watt
préréglage N pour VHV plus de 2400 Watt
3.) SERVICE MONOTUBULAIRE:
• Il n’est pas nécessaire de prérégler le robinet étant donné que le robinet 2
a été préréglé à l’usine sur N.
• Attention: Pour limiter au maximum un réchauffement indésirable du VHV en service
monotubulaire lorsque le robinet est fermé, il faut s’assurer lors du montage du
distributeur monotubulaire 3que l’embout retour 4est bien monté dans le retour et
l’embout départ 5dans le départ.
•Avant de régler la partie radiateur, enlever le capuchon 6 du distributeur monotubu-
laire 3et tourner vers la droite jusqu’à la butée la tige by-pass située dessous.
Valeurs de réglage pour un écart proportionnel de 2K
(valeurs indicatives pour
TD = 70 °C, TR = 55 °C et TA = 20 °C):
Part radiateur 30 % - 3,50 tours
Part radiateur 35 % - 3,00 tours
Part radiateur 40 % - 2,50 tours
Part radiateur 45 % - 2,00 tours
Part radiateur 50 % - 1,75 tours
4.) MONTAGE ET RACCORDEMENT DU DÉPART ET DU RETOUR :
•Monter le VHV (voir consignes de montage).
•Pour les systèmes monotubulaires, monter le distributeur monotubulaire 3et raccorder
les conduites départ et retour avec les raccords de serrage à vis 7. Pour les systèmes
bitubulaires, monter les raccords d’arrêt à vis 8.
5.) MONTAGE DU BOUTON THERMOSTATIQUE:
Les boutons thermostatiques ”RA 2000” et ”RAW” Ets Danfoss, ”VK” Ets Heimeier,
”D” Ets Herz, ”thera-DA” Ets MNG et ”UNI-LD” Ets Oventrop peuvent être montés
directement.
•Démonter le bouchon de protection 1.
•Monter le bouton thermostatique 9.
6.) MODIFICATION DES VALEURS RÉGLÉES EN SERVICE
MONOTUBULAIRE ET BITUBULAIRE :
Si cela est nécessaire, les valeurs réglées concernées peuvent être également
modifiées lorsque l’installation est sous pression.
1. PRZED MONTAŻEM VHV NALEŻY ZWRÓCIĆ UWAGĘ NA:
• Zawór w modelu VHV jest fabrycznie nastawiony na największą
wartość kv=N.
• Typy VHV 20,VHV 22,VHV 34 oraz VHV 46 bez zawieszek (standard) można obracać
i wtedy zawór będzie położony z prawej lub lewej strony.
• Usunąć opakowanie wokół przyłącza grzejnika.
• Usunąć zaślepki ochronne z tworzywa sztucznego z przyłączy GZ 3/4".
2. EKSPLOATACJA W INSTALACJI DWURUROWEJ - NASTAWY WSTĘPNE:
• Zdjąć osłonę zaworu 1.
•Szczegół 1: Obrócić pierścień nastawy 2w kierunku przeciwnym do ruchu
wskazówek zegara. Ustawić żądaną wartość (1,2,...7,N) naprzeciw znacznika.

nastawa wstępna 1 dla VHV do ok. 500 Wat
nastawa wstępna 2 dla VHV do ok. 800 Wat

nastawa wstępna 5 dla VHV do ok. 1600 Wat
nastawa wstępna 6 dla VHV do ok. 2000 Wat

3. EKSPLOATACJA W INSTALACJI JEDNORUROWEJ:
• Regulacja nastawy wstępnej nie jest konieczna, ponieważ zawór jest ustawiony
fabrycznie na wartość N = maks. otwarcie.
• UWAGA: Montując rozdzielacz systemu jednorurowego, należy zwrócić uwagę
na właściwe umieszczenie wkładek (wkładka zasilania 5na wejściu i wkładka
powrotu 4na wyjściu z grzejnika).
• Przed ustawieniem udziału grzejnika należy zdjąć osłonę 6i przekręcić trzpień
w prawo do oporu.
Wartości nastaw na rozdzielaczu przy odchyleniu proporcjonalnym 2K
oraz przy T1= 70 °C, T2= 55 °C i Ti= 20 °C):
udział grzejnika 30% - 3,50 obrotu
udział grzejnika 35% - 3,00 obroty
udział grzejnika 40% - 2,50 obrotu
udział grzejnika 45% - 2,00 obroty
udział grzejnika 50% - 1,75 obrotu
4. INSTALACJA I PODŁĄCZENIA ZASILANIA I POWROTU:
• Należy zamontować grzejnik zgodnie ze wskazówkami montażu.
• Dla instalacji jednorurowej zainstalować właściwy rozdzielacz 3a zasilanie
i powrot podłączyć przy użyciu złączek zaciskowych 7.
• Dla instalacji dwururowej należy zastosować właściwe zawory odcinające 8.
5. MONTAŻ GŁOWICY TERMOSTATYCZNEJ:
Bezpośrednio na zawór można zamontować następujące głowice termostatyczne:
CosmoHEAD, Danfoss (RA 2994, RAW 5115, RAX), Heimeier VK, Herz D,
Honeywell thera-DA, Oventrop Uni XD.
• Zdjąć osłonę zaworu 1.
• Zamontować bezpośrednio na zawór głowicę termostatyczną 9.
6. KOREKTY NASTAW ZAWORU:
Korekty nastaw zaworu można wprowadzać także w trakcie pracy instalacji
jedno- i dwururowej.

ATTENTION: Pour une parfaite installation des radiateurs, il est primordial que
la fixation du radiateur soit effectuée de manière appropriée pour l’utilisation
prévue ET toute mauvaise utilisation prévisible. Un certain nombre d’éléments
doivent être pris en considération avant de réaliser l’installation comme le type
et la qualité de la fixation entre le radiateur et le mur, le type et l’état du mur
lui-même ainsi que les charges possibles après le montage.
POUR LES VHV À PATTES SOUDÉES:
•Console de montage rapide à partir d’une hauteur de 358 pour le VHV 11.
•
Sont disponibles sur demande avec pattes soudées: le VHV 11 à partir d’une hauteur de 214
et le VHV 23 d’une hauteur de 214 à 286. (Montage mural donc également possible avec la
console
de montage rapide à partir d’une hauteur de 214).
•Voir les instructions de montage correspondantes jointes aux kits de fixation utilisés.
POUR LES VHV SANS PATTES:
•Les consoles sur pied ou les consoles murales sont utilisables pour tous les VHV
jusqu’à une hauteur de 286.
•Utilisation de la console sur pied SK 22 pour VHV 20, d’une hauteur de 358 à 574
et SK 23 pour VHV 11, VHV 22, d’une hauteur de 358 à 646.
POUR LES VHV AVEC PATTES COULISSANTES:
•Console de montage rapide pour type VHV 20
d’une hauteur de 214 à 790 et type
VHV 22, pour type VHV 34 d’une hauteur de 214 à 286.
•Voir les instructions de montage correspondantes jointes aux kits de fixation utilisés.
POUR L’UTILISATION DE LA CONSOLE DE MONTAGE RAPIDE:
•Ouvrir la pellicule rétractable à l’avant des coins de protection.
•Retirer les coins de protection et découper avec précaution au cutter le carton qui
se trouve dessous au niveau des pattes de suspension.
•A partir d’une longueur de 2200, il y a une troisième paire de pattes (au centre).
Dégager avec précaution au cutter la paire de pattes de suspension située au centre.
•Fixer le rail mural conformément au schéma de soudure des pattes.
•Monter le VHV suivant les instructions de montage de la console de montage rapide.
POUR L’UTILISATION DE LA CONSOLE DE MONTAGE RAPIDE:
•Dégager la fente glissière prévue pour la patte coulis-sante en découpant la pellicule
rétractable, les coins de protection et le carton dans le sens de la longueur du VHV
aux distances prévues.
•A partir d’une longueur de 2200, il faut monter une console sur pied supplémentaire
au centre du VHV.
•Montage du VHV suivant les instructions de montage de la console de montage
rapide.
Attention:Vous ne pouvez monter le VHV avec une patte coulissante que
combiné à la console de montage rapide!
1.) POUR L’UTILISATION DE LA CONSOLE SUR PIED OU DE LA CONSOLE MURALE
(SK 10 - 19 OU WK 10 - 12):
•Ouvrir la pellicule rétractable au bas du VHV.
•
Retirer les coins de protection et découper avec précaution au cutter le carton dans la
zone de montage prévue par les instructions de montage de la console utilisée.
•Positionner les consoles selon le dessin A.
•Monter le VHV suivant les instructions de montage de la console utilisée.
2.) POUR L’UTILISATION DE CONSOLE SUR PIED
SK 22 ET SK 23:
•Procéder comme décrit au point 1.
Ces VHV-S possèdent un panneau rayonnant intégré qui se trouve sur la page opposée
de ces instructions de montage. Montage avec console sur pied.

À UTILISER
UWAGA: W celu zapewnienia prawidłowej instalacji grzejników ważne jest
wykonanie mocowania grzejnika w sposób, który jest zgodny z przeznaczeniem
grzejnika i w sposób zapobiegający jego nieprawidłowemu użytkowaniu. Przed
końcową instalacją należy wziąć pod uwagę między innymi metodę mocowania
grzejnika do ściany, rodzaj i stan ściany do której będzie mocowany grzejnik oraz
wszystkie potencjalne siły i obciążenia.
VHV WERSJA POZIOMA Z PRZYSPAWANYMI Z TYŁU ZAWIESZKAMI:
• Konsola VONOMAT od wysokości 358 dla VHV 11.
• Na życzenie dostępny jest VHV 11 od wysokości 214 względnie VHV 23
od wysokości 214 do wysokości 286 (montaż na ścianie możliwy tu także
przy pomocy konsoli Vonomat od wysokości 214) z przyspawanymi z tyłu
zawieszkami.
• Odpowiednie instrukcje montażu dołączone zostały do danych zestawów
montażowych.
VHV WERSJA POZIOMA BEZ ZAWIESZEK Z TYŁU GRZEJNIKA:
• Konsole stojące, względnie ścienne mogą być używane ze wszystkimi typami
VHV do wysokości 286.
• Użycie konsoli stojącej SK 22 dla VHV 20 od wysokości 358 do 574, względnie
SK 23 dla VHV 11 i VHV 22, od wysokości 358 do wysokości 646.
VHV WERSJA POZIOMA BEZ ZAWIESZEK Z TYŁU GRZEJNIKA:
• VONOFIX konsola szybkiego montażu od wysokości 214-790 dla typu VHV 20
oraz VHV 22, względnie od wysokości 214-286 dla typu VHV 34.
• Odpowiednie instrukcje montażu dołączone zostały do danych zestawów
montażowych.
PRZY UŻYCIU KONSOLI ŚCIENNEJ VONOMAT::
• Naciąć folię na powierzchni czołowej narożników ochronnych.
• Usunąć narożniki i naciąć poniżej znajdujący się karton w obrębie zawieszek
• Od długości 2200 grzejnik wyposażony jest w trzecią konsolę. Tę
montowaną w połowie długości grzejnika należy także odsłonić
ostrożnie przy pomocy noża tapicerskiego.
• Montaż konsoli ściennej wg schematu.
• Montaż VHV według instrukcji montażu konsoli ściennej.
PRZY UŻYCIU KONSOLI SZYBKIEGO MONTAŻU:
• Nacięcie folii z tyłu grzejnika w dwóch miejscach w celu wsunięcia ruchomej
zawieszki zgodnie z podaną głębokością.
• Od długości 2200 należy dodatkowo zamontować konsolę w połowie długości
VHV.
• Montaż VHV według instrukcji montażu konsoli szybkiego montażu.
1. PRZY UŻYCIU KONSOLI STOJĄCEJ, LUB KONSOLI ŚCIENNEJ
(SK 10-19, WZGLĘDNIE WK 10-12):
• Naciąć folię ochronną u dołu VHV.
• Usunąć narożniki ochronne, naciąć karton przy pomocy noża tapicerskiego
w oznaczonym miejscu.
• Pozycjonowanie konsoli według szkicu A.
• Montaż grzejnika według instrukcji montażu odpowiedniej konsoli.
2. PRZY UŻYCIU KONSOLI STOJĄCYCH SK 22 iSK 23:
• Taki sam sposób postępowania jak podano w punkcie 1.
Typy te dysponują wbudowanym ekranem ochronnym, znajdującym z tyłu
grzejnika. Montaż przy pomocy konsoli stojącej SK 14 i 15 względnie SK 18 i 19.
