Warranty Details
The product is guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and parts for a
period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Defects that occur within this
warranty period, under normal use and care, will be repaired, replaced or
refunded at our discretion. The benefits conferred by this warranty are in addition
to all rights and remedies in respect of the product that the consumer has under
the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 and similar state and territory laws.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the New Zealand
Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and
for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are
also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of
acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

If applicable, pass these instructions on to the next owner of the appliance.
Always follow basic safety precautions and accident prevention measures when using an electrical appliance,
including the following:
Important installation advice
This range hood must only be installed in accordance with the instructions provided. Incorrect installation
may cause harm to persons, damage property and void the product’s warranty.
This range hood complies the safety standard AS/NZS60335.2.31:2013 and AS/NZS 60335.1
WARNING: All electrical work associated with the installation of this range hood must be carried out by
alicensed electrician.
WARNING: This range hood must be installed by a suitably qualified person in strict accordance with
all instructions in this manual.
• Cables: Do not allow electrical fittings or cables to come into contact with areas on the associated equipment
(range hood) that get hot.
• Air discharge: The exhaust air must not be discharged into a flue which is used for exhausting fumes from
appliances burning gas or other fuels.
• External air evacuation: Make sure to follow your local laws that apply to external air evacuation
when installing and using the range hood.
Electrical safety and cord handling
• Voltage and frequency: Before plugging the unit into an appropriate electrical outlet, make sure your
outlet voltage and circuit frequency correspond to the voltage stated on the appliance rating label.
• Power cord: Check the cord regularly for damage. Do not use the appliance if the cord, or any other part
of the appliance, has been damaged.
• Damaged cord: A damaged cord must be replaced by the manufacturer or a similarly qualified person
in order to avoid a hazard.
• Disconnect: Before cleaning the range hood, make sure to switch it off and unplug it from the electrical
supply. Do not disconnect the appliance with wet hands. Grip by the plug, do not pull by the cord when
disconnecting.
Usage conditions and restrictions
• Domestic use only: This range hood is designed for indoor domestic use only. It is not intended for
commercial, trade or industrial purposes. It can be built into a standard kitchen cabinet or housing
unit following the installation instructions in this manual.
• Intended purpose: Only use this range hood for its intended purpose, in its intended environment and as
described in this manual. Any other use may cause fire, electric shock or injury.
• Use common sense: These instructions are not intended to cover every possible condition and situation.
As with any electrical household appliance, common sense and caution are therefore always recommended
when installing, operating and maintaining the equipment.

Usage restriction: This range hood is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
Children: Supervise young children to ensure they do not play with the appliance. Close supervision is
necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
No timer: The appliance is not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or separate
remote control system.
CAUTION: Take care when the range hood is operating simultaneously with an open fireplace or burner
that depend on air from the environment and are supplied by other than electrical energy, as the rangehood
removes air from the environment which a burner or fireplace needs for combustion.
Ventilation: The range hood removes air from the environment during use. Always provide adequate
ventilation for safe operation of the range hood. This is particularly important when the range hood is used
at the same time as flued heaters burning gas or other fuels.
CAUTION: No open flame cooking: Do not use an open flame for cooking underneath this rangehood. Open
flames can damage the filters and present a fire hazard.
Unattended: Do not leave the range hood unattended during use.
After use: Make sure to switch off the range hood after use and before cleaning.
CAUTION: Do not touch the light bulbs after the appliance has been used as they may be hot. Let them
cool down before cleaning and maintenance.
WARNING: Fire Risk! Clean your range hood regularly as instructed in this manual. There is a fire risk if
cleaning is not carried out in accordance with the instructions.
Cleaning: Do not use steam cleaning equipment for cleaning any part of the range hood.
Filters: Do not check the status of the filters while the range hood is in use.
Damage: Do not use the range hood if any part, including the supply cord, has been damaged, is faulty or
does not work properly. Only have it repaired by an authorised service centre. Incorrect repair could expose
you to the risk of electric shock, fire or injury. Prolonged use of the unit in such conditions could cause fire or
electrocution. In case of damage, contact our after sales support line for advice.
Liability: We assume no liability for any eventual damages caused by incorrect installation, misuse of the
product or noncompliance with these instructions.
CAUTION: Accessible parts may become hot when used with cooking appliances.

Installation
Prepare for installation:
a. If you have an outlet to the outside, your cooker hood can be connected as below
picture by means of an extraction duct (enamel, aluminium, flexible pipe or inflammable
material with an interior diameter of 150mm)
b. Before installation, turn the unit off and unplug it from the outlet.
c.The cooker hood should be placed at a distance of 65~75cm above the cooking
plane for best effect.

1 Installation(vent outside)
Attention! Observe the warning in the instruction sheet concerning the operation of
the appliance when air is discharged from the room.
When the range hood and appliance supplied with energy other than electricity are
simultaneously in operation, the negative pressure in the room must be not
exceed 4 Pa (4×10-5 Bar)
Drill 3 x 8mm holes to accommodate the bracket. Screw and tighten the bracket
onto the wall with the screws & screw plugs provided.
1. Offer up the cooker hood and hang onto the wall bracket hook.

2. Chimney installation.
2.1 For Flat chimney for Model No.330291/330292/330293
Put the upper chimney into lower chimney .Then pulling out the upper chimney
upwards. Adjust to reach the height required.
Sliding the chimney to adjust the chimney height. When the height you required is
reached, then hang the fixing hole to the fixing screws as showed in below pictures

2.2 For chimney hood for Model No.:330294/330295
By put the inner chimney into upper chimney. Then pulling out the upper
chimney upwards. Adjust to reach the height required.
Fix the lower chimney with 2 pcs of 4x8mm screws.

Sliding the chimney to adjust the chimney height. When the height you required
is reached, then fix 2 pcs of 4x8mm screws onto the hole fixing with plate I as
showed in below pictures.
Drill 2 x 8mm holes to accommodate the plate II. Screw and tighten the plate II
onto the wall with 2 screws provided.
Assemble the chimney onto the unit and fix it with 2 screws.

Use 2pcs ST4x8mm screws to attach lower and upper chimney together, do not
fasten screws too much, make sure upper decorative chimney can be telescopically
adjusted after assembled.

NOTE:
Carbon Filter not supplied, these can be purchased as an accessory
If you do not have an outlet to the outside, exhaust pipe is not required and the
installation is similar to the one show in section “Installation (Vent outside)”.
Activated carbon filter can be used to trap odours.
In order to install the activated carbon filter, the grease filter should be detached first.
Press the lock and pull it downward.

Plug the activated carbon filter into the unit and turn it in clockwise direction. Repeat
the same on the other side.
NOTE:
Make sure the filter is securely locked. Otherwise, it would loosen and cause dangerous.
When activated carbon filter attached, the suction power will be lower.
Remove all blue protective film on chimney and cooker hood, the installation is now
finished.

Switches the extraction fan off.
Low Speed Setting
The low speed setting is used when cooking does not produce a lot
of steam.Use this setting when simmering.
Medium Speed Setting
The medium speed setting is used the standard setting for normal cooking ,
This setting is recommended for most types of cooking
High Speed Setting
Use the high speed setting when cooking on multiple zones or when
the density of smoke/steam increases.
Light Button
Press the (light button symbol) to turn the LED lights on or off.

Timer button
Time setting, keep pressing it in standby mode, into time setting, hour display flashing, press" "or"
" for setting, press" " change to minute setting, press" "or" " for setting, press"
"again or wait 10s finish time setting.
Timer setting, short press during working mode, pre-set
cycle :off→15mins→30mins→45mins→60mins→off, " "or" " for adjusting timer time,
except "off" timer setting.
Quick timer: Press & hold for 1 second, Digital display will flashing & into 5 minutes
count down, after 5 minutes motor & light will turn off automatic & Buzzer sound on.

For increasing the speed of the fan

For decreasing the speed of the fan.

Short press for lamp power control.
