Polycom V6060 - Quick Guide
Making a Call
- To make a phone call using the handset:
• Dial the number you wish to all and lift the HAND ET.
Or
• Lift the HAND ET, dial the number you wish to all, and press DIAL.
- To make a phone call using the speakerphone:
• Press the PEAKERPHONE button, dial the number you wish to all, and press DIAL.
• Press the NEWCALL soft key, dial the number you wish to all, and press DIAL.
Or
• Press the LINE1 button, dial the number you wish to all, and press DIAL.
- To make a phone call using a headset:

• Dial the number you wish to all and press the HEAD ET button.
Or
• Press the HEAD ET button, dial the number you wish to all, and press DIAL.
Answering a Call
- To answer a phone call using the handset:
• Lift the phone HAND ET.
- To answer a phone call using the speakerphone:
• Press the PEAKERPHONE button.
Or
• Press the AN WER soft key.
- To answer a phone call using an external headset:
• Press the HEAD ET button.
Putting a Call on Hold
- To place a call on hold:
• Press the HOLD button. To resume the all, press the HOLD key again or press the RE UME
soft key.
Conference Call
- To create a conference call:
• Whilst in an a tive all, press the CONF soft key. This puts the a tive all on hold.
• Dial the number of the se ond party and press DIAL.
• On e the se ond party answers, press the CONF soft key again to reate the onferen e
all.
Transfer a Call
- To transfer a call:
• Whilst in an a tive all, press the TRAN soft key, dial the number you wish to transfer the
all to and press DIAL. On e the se ond party has answered the all, press the TRAN soft
key again.

Volume Adjustment
- To adjust the ringing volume:
• Press the +/- buttons whilst the handset is on the hook.
- To adjust the handset volume:
• Lift the HAND ET and press the +/- buttons.
- To adjust the speakerphone volume:
• Press the PEAKERPHONE button and then press the +/- buttons.
- To adjust the external headset volume:
• Press the HEAD ET button and then press the +/- buttons.
Vocalbox Speed Dial
- To program Line2 as a vocalbox speed dial button:
• First press and hold Line2 button.
• Press the elect button (
 button) to edit the First Name field.
• Using the phone’s dial pad, enter Vocalbox.
• Press the OK soft key.
• Press the Down Arrow twi e.
• Press the elect button (abutton) to edit the Conta t field.
• Enter the full number for the vo albox servi e (ie 77710123)
• Press the OK soft key.
• Press the Left Arrow
• Press the Yes soft key to save the speed dial.
