WARNING
Basic safety precautions should be followed

Failure to follow the basic precautions listed

precautions include, but are not limited to the
following:
Do not immerse in water
Do not remove ceramic grinder from item
Do not touch motor while mill is grinding
Do not leave dead batteries in grinder
Do not use wet salt crystals/peppercorns/
herbs/sugar
All batteries should be replaced at the same
time
This product is not a toy and is not intended
for use by children
Do not use if any parts appear to be faulty,
missing or damaged

Unlock the
Cover by
turning anti-
clockwise
Remove
the Cover
completely
by sliding
upwards
Insert 6 AAA
batteries
in to the
Battery
Chamber

FILLING THE GRINDING CHAMBER ADJUSTING COARSENESS
Follow the steps in BATTERY INSTALLATION
To access the Chamber Hole,
you will also need to remove
the Motor Section
Carefully fill the
Chamber with
salt crystals/
peppercorns/
dried herbs/
sugar
Reassemble once
the Chamber has
been filled
At the base of
the Grinder, you
will see a small
screw mechanism
Turn this mechanism slightly
clockwise for a finer grind or anti-
clockwise for coarse granules
OPERATION
Hold the Grinder over the food you are seasoning.
Press the Grinding Button.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Wipe outside clean with a damp cloth.
NEVER immerse in water or put in a dishwasher!
Disposal Information
Please recycle where facilities exist. Check with your local authority for recycling advice.
This new VonShef product has a warranty period of 12 months beginning at the date of purchase. Please
retain a proof of purchase receipt or statement as proof of the purchase date.
The warranty only applies if the product is solely used in the manner indicated in the warnings page of this
manual, and all other instructions have been followed accurately. Any abuse of the product or the manner
which it is used will invalidate the warranty.
Returned goods will not be accepted unless re-packaged in its original colour box, and accompanied by a
relevant and completed returns form. This does not affect your statutory rights.
