WARNIING: Read all safety advices and instructions! Non-observance of the
safety advices and instructions may cause electric shock, fire and/or bad
injuries!

General safety advices
Always keep children under age 8 away from the product and power cord.
Children from the age of 8 must be supervised when cleaning or maintaining
the appliance.
Children from the age of 8 and persons not having the knowledge or
experience in operating the appliance or having handicaps of physical,
sensorial or mental nature must not operate the appliance without
supervision or instruction by a person, responsible for their safety.
Never leave the appliance unattended during operation.
Children should be supervised in order to ensure that they do not play with
the appliance.
Packing material like e. g. foil bags should be kept away from children.
Prior to each use, check the appliance and the attachments for soundness. It
must not be operated if it has been dropped or shows visible damage. In
these cases, the power supply must be disconnected and the appliance has
to be checked by a specialist.
When laying the power cord, make sure that no one can get entangled or
stumble over it in order to avoid that the appliance is pulled down
accidentally.
Keep the power cord away from hot surfaces, sharp edges and mechanical
forces. Check the power cord regularly for damage and deteriorations.
Damaged or entangled cords increase the risk of an electric shock.
Do not misuse the power cord for unplugging the appliance!
Never immerse the appliance, power cord and power plug in water for
cleaning.
Do not store the appliance outside or in wet rooms.
This electrical appliance complies with the relevant safety standards. In case

of signs of damage to the appliance or the power cord, unplug the appliance
immediately. Repairs may be affected by authorized specialist shops only.
Improper repairs may result in considerable dangers for the user.
Improper use and disregard of the instruction manual void all warranty
claims.
ADDITIONAL SAFETY MEASURES RECOMMENDED
Do not leave packaging components (plastic bags, cardboard, polystyrene,
etc), within reach of children, as they could be dangerous.
Do not let the electrical lead hang down from the working surface.
Disconnect the plug from the socket when not using the appliance.
Safety advices on the usage of the appliance
Place the appliance on a stable and even surface and do not operate it in the
vicinity of sources of heat (oven, gas flame etc.) or in explosive environments
where inflammable liquids or gases are located.
Avoid any no-load operation and do not handle it with hands wet.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its
service agent or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
CAUTION! Take special care while operating the knife as it’s very sharp.
The appliance is intended for the household use only.
The continuous time of operation should not exceed 30 seconds;
afterwards the break is required until the motor is cooled down completely.

Prior to initial use
For a start, please clean the appliance as well as all accessories. For more

The blades are very sharp. Wash with care.
Never touch the blade with your finger.
How to operate your appliance
1. Take the motor unit and chopping lid away from the container (glass bowl)
and put the container onto a stable, dry and clean working surface.
2. Make sure the knife inserted is correctly positioned on the circle in the
centre of the container (glass bowl).
3. Attach the chopping lid onto the container. (The appliance cannot be
switched on if the lid is attached incorrectly).
4. Put the motor unit onto the chopping lid and plug the mains plug into a
socket.
5. The appliance starts whenever pressure is applied on the motor cover
(switch button) and stops as soon as the pressure is released (your hand
is away). Wait until the blades stop rotating completely.
6. Before removing the motor unit, always disconnect the appliance from
power supply plug.
7. Before emptying the container, remove the blade inserted carefully firstly.
Function Instruction
A: Minced garlic:
Remove the skin of garlic, packing 200g garlic in the glass bowl.
Cover the transparent lid, working for 20 seconds
B: Minced pork:

Cut pork into pieces (about 20×20 mmx15mm ), packing 300g in the glass
bowl.
Cover the transparent lid, working for 20 seconds
Note:
Wet or soft food can be processed best by pressing briefly several times onto
the motor.
The chopper operates extremely quickly and some types of food are crushed
within a second.
The chopper is designed for short intervals of use (30 seconds). If your need
to work with the chopper for a longer time, switch it off after 30 seconds
operation and let it cool down for 10 minutes.
Tips and notes
The appliance has a safety contact preventing the appliance from switching
on if the lid is not attached correctly.
The chopper is not intended for crushing hard ingredients, such as coffee
beans, ice or frozen foods.
Before putting foods into chopper, always attach the blade insert first.
If the blade inserted does not rotate or if it rotates hardly, unplug the power
cord from power socket.
Check whether there is any obstacle inside the container. If yes, remove it.
Check whether the blade inserted is attached correctly and can rotate freely.
If the blade inserted does not reach its full rotation speed within several
seconds, unplug the appliance from power socket and remove some of the
foods from the container before resuming to work.
If any humid foods remain attached to the container wall, scrape them away
by using a spoon or similar object. Never use your fingers to do so!

To achieve even crushing of foods, fill in pieces of the same size and do not
overfill the container above the MAX sign.
If you wish to fine-crush the ingredients to a mash, they must be boiled
previously.
Do not overfill the container.
Do not switch the appliance on if the container is empty.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Always unplug the appliance before cleaning!
Never immerse the motor unit, power cord and plug in water or clean under
running water!
Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth.
Do not use abrasive cleansers or the sponge with rough surface for cleaning.
Be careful! The blade is very sharp!
Always clean the appliance with clear water to avoid possible injuries.
Wash the chopping bowl and lid in warm soapy water, rinse and dry them.
Afterwards, assemble the appliance and store.
The strong dye-stuffs foods (e.g., carrot or beat root) might color the plastic
parts of the appliance during operation. Clean the color by a damped cloth
with vegetable oil.

Como operar el aparato
1. Saque la unidad del motor y la tapa de cortar lejos del recipiente (tazón de

seca y limpia.
2. Asegúrese de que la cuchilla insertada esté correctamente colocada en el
círculo en el centro del recipiente (recipiente de vidrio).
