3.3 DOCK THE HEADSET
1. Press the Multi Function button. The LED will light up for 2 seconds indicating that it is
powering on. Press the Multi Function button again or dock the headset on the Base, then
lift the headset. When the headset and Base are connected the Paired LED marked will light up.
2. When docked correctly, the headset battery will begin charging, if needed(the LED will flash
while charging ). Charge for 20 minutes or until the battery indicator on the base is steady green.

3.CONNECTING TO A PC
3.1 CONNECT TO A PC
3.2 CONNECT POWER SUPPLY TO BASE
Connect the Base to a computer using the USB cable. Launch Skype, Skype for Business, or other
VoIP applications and choose 9300DECT as the audio device. When using the 9300DECT with Skype
for Business you can answer/end calls via tap the Multi Function button.
1. Plug the power adapter into the jack marked on the base.
2. Connect the power adapter to a power outlet.
4. CONFIGURING THE PC AUDIO
Setting a clear dial tone will enable the VT9300 DECT to function correctly with Skype for Business.
It is also important to set the microphone volume for optimal sound quality.
3.DIS-PAIRING AND RE-PAIRING
Dis-pairing: Plug out the power adapter firstly, then consistently press the +at the back of the
baseuntil re-plug in the power adapter, when the battery charging status light flashes 3 times, the
headset and the base is dis-paired. And the base will turn to searching status automatically with the
audio link indicator on. Re-pairing: Consistently press the PAGE switch for 5s, the audio link indicator
will flash to search the headset. Then consistently press the headset mute button, when the headset
status LED flashes, the headset is in the paired status. The pairing will be successful when audio link
indicator and headset status LED power off at the same time.

5.1 HEADSET MULTI-FUNCTION BUTTON
The multi-function button can answer calls and end calls using a combination of taps,
double-taps or presses.

4.1 SET A CLEAR DIAL TONE
1.Put on the headset.
2.Use AC adapter to plug the Base into a wall power outlet.
3.Use Mini USB cable to connect to the PC.
4. Launch the Skype for business app, and set the audio device as
9300DECT.
4.2 SET THE MICROPHONE VOLUME
1. Put on the headset.
2. Make a test call by call a friend or colleague to check the microphone
volume. Make sure they do not adjust their own listening volume.
3. Adjust the microphone volume using the microphone + / -
volume buttons until it is at the right volume for the person
who listen.
4. Adjust the receiver volume using the receiver + / -
volume buttons until it is at the right volume for you.
5.After the volume is adjusted properly, you can end the test
call and start using 9300DECT.

6 .CALL MANAGEMENT
6.1 Making a Call, Answering a Call, Ending a Call
When the headset is on the Base, if you want to make a call or answer a call, please pick
up the headset and put it on. Then you tap the Multi Function button to make or answer a call.
To end a call, you can either tap Multi Function button, or return the headset to the base.
6.2 CONFERENCE CALL WITH MULTIPLE HEADSETS
The VT9300 DECT is able to pair with a total of four headsets for conferencing:
one Primary and three Secondary headsets.
Connect the 2nd headset:
1. When the primary headset links to the Base the light is on. Press and hold the PAGE button
for 5 seconds, the headset with mute light will flash to indicate searching the headset. Press and
hold the headset mute button until the headset status LED flash indicating that the headset are in
the paired status. Connection is successful when the LED is power off.
2. Repeat the procedure 1 to connect the 3rd and 4th headsets.
Making Conference calls
1.Tap the multiple function button on the primary headset to connect with the Base then the
audio connection indicator will turn on.
2.A permission have to be sent from the primary headset before using conference mode in order
to use the other secondary headsets. Press the multi-function button on the secondary headsets
first. When you hear a ‘DU’ tone from the primary headset please press the multi-function button
on the primary headset to make the permission.
3. The audio can be shared to the secondary headsets after getting permission from primary headset.
4. Now you can make a conference call.
Ending or leaving the conference mode
1.The primary headset user can end a conference call by hanging up the call then all secondary
headsets are function off.
2.The secondary headset users can leave the conference by pressing the multi-function button on
their headsets, or by docking the headset into the base. The conference call is still active for the
other headset(s)

7.4 PRODUCT DISPOSAL
Please dispose of the headset according to local regulations and recycle when possible.
Do not dispose as household waste. Do not dispose of the headset in a fire as the battery
may explode. Batteries may also explode if damaged.
