SILOTOP®R01 è un filtro depol-

veratore circolare flangiato con

pulizia ad aria compressa svi-

luppato per la depolverazione dei

silos per cemento. Grazie alle

sue caratteristiche può essere

utilizzato anche per altri mate-

riali con caratteristiche simili al

cemento.

E’ realizzato completamente in

AISI 304 ad esclusione della pia-

stra portaelementi in ferro.

Il sistema di pulizia degli elementi

filtranti è realizzato tramite un

innovativo sistema di sparo con

elettrovalvole “full immersion” e

tubi di sparo direttamente colle-

gati al serbatoio.

Questo sistema è completamen-

te integrato nel coperchio in

modo da ridurre al massimo gli

ingombri e il tempo necessario

per la manutenzione.

cato,

tamente,

- sia stato utilizzato non rispet-

tando i limiti indicati nel presen-

te manuale e/o sia stato sotto-

posto ad eccessive sollecita-

zioni meccaniche,

- non sia stato sottoposto alle

necessarie manutenzioni o

queste siano state eseguite

solo in parte e/o non corretta-

mente,

- abbia subito danni per incuria

durante il trasporto, l’installa-

zione e l’utilizzo,

- siano state inserite parti di ri-

cambio non originali.

Al ricevimento del prodotto, il

destinatario deve verificare che

lo stesso non presenti difetti o

danni derivanti dal trasporto e/o

Eventuali difetti, danni o incom-

pletezza vanno immediatamente

month warranty on their pro-

ducts. This period starts from the

date of the consignment note.

The warranty is not applicable

for breakage and/or defects

caused by incorrect installation

or use, or incorrect maintenan-

ce, or modifications not authori-

zed by the Manufacturer.

The warranty does not extend

to parts that wear out following

normal use and electrical com-

ponents.

The warranty elapses if the fil-

ter:

- has been tampered with or mo-

dified,

- has not been used correctly,

- has been used without res-

pecting the limits indicated in

this manual and/or has been

subjected to excessive mecha

nical stress,

- has not been subjected to the

necessary maintenance or the-

se operations have been car-

ried out partly and/or incorrect-

ly,

- has been damaged due to ca-

relessness during transport,

installation and use,

- has been fitted with spare

parts that are not original.

On receiving the product, the

user must check these for de-

fects deriving from transport

and/or incomplete supply.

Defects, damage or incom plete-

ness of the supply must be im-

mediately communicated to the

Manufacturer in writing and

countersigned by the haulage

transporter.

- es wurde beschädigt, weil

- se han utilizado repuestos no

originales.

Al recibir el producto, el destina-

tario debe controlar que el mis-

mo no presente defectos ni da-

ños debidos al transporte, ni que

el suministro resulte incompleto.

Eventuales defectos, daños o

falta de componentes deben ser

señalados inmediatamente al fa-

bricante mediante comunicación

escrita, firmada por el transpor-

When the filter is delivered, make

sure that the type and quantity of the

materials consigned comply with the

information on the order confirma-

tion.

Immediately inform the haulage con-

tractor in writing if damage is discov-

ered, using the relative space on the

consignment form.

The driver is obliged to accept the

complaint and to issue you with a

copy. If the filter has been supplied

carriage forward, either sent your

complaint to us or straight to the haul-

age contractor. Damages will only be

reimbursed if you have notified the

matter on receipt of the goods.

Prevent all type of damage during

the unloading and handling operations.

Lift and handle loose filter parts by

means of the relative eyebolts. NEI-

THER PUSH NOR DRAG filters. Al-

ways bear in mind you are dealing

with mechanical equipment which

must be treated with care.

When receiving more than one filter,

make sure that the various parts of

any one filter carry plates with the

same serial number.

PACKAGING

The basic filter is supplied packed on

a suitable sized pallet and protected

with shrink-wrap film (1).

Wooden panel packaging can be re-

quested as an optional (2) by speci-

fying in box 7 of the order code.

rigen Komponenten und Zubehörteile

haben alle Typenschilder mit der glei-

aufgrund größerer Kollizahlen zu be-

achten.

VERPACKUNG

Das Filter wird auf einer Palette an-

gemessener Größe geliefert, die durch

eine Schrumpffolie geschützt ist (1).

Als Option ist es möglich, eine Verpa-

ckung mit Holzplatten zu wählen (2)

wenn man dies im Feld 7 des Bestell-

codes angibt.

NON SPINGERE NÈ TRASCINARE i

filtri! Tenete conto che si tratta di ma-

teriale meccanico che deve essere

movimentato con cura.

Qualora il carico comprenda più filtri,

accertarsi che i diversi componenti di

uno stesso filtro riportino sulla tar-

ghetta di identificazione il medesimo

numero di matricola.

IMBALLO

Di base il filtro viene fornito su un

pallet di dimensioni opportune e pro-

tetto da un involucro di film estensi-

bile avvolto (1).

Come opzione è possibile scegliere

un imballo a pannelli di legno (2) spe-

cificandolo nel campo 7 del codice di

ordinazione.

material mecánico que exige una cui-

dadosa manipulación.

Si la carga incluye varios filtros cer-

ciorarse que los diversos componen-

tes de un mismo filtro expongan en la

placa de identificación el mismo nú-

mero de matrícula.

Como expedición base el filtro se

envía en una paleta de dimensión

idónea y protegida con una cobertura

de película envolvente (1).

Como opcional es posible elegir un

embalaje de paneles de madera (2)

especificándolo en el campo 7 del

código de pedido.

LIFTING OF FILTER

The filters should only be han-

dled and lifted using the handling

eye-bolts provided. Use lifting

machinery suitable for the

weight and dimensions of the fil-

ter and for the lifting distances

in question. Hook up the filters to

the lifting machinery using

shackle and safety hooks; do not

use clamps, rings, open hooks

or any other system that does

not guarantee the same degree

of safety as shackles and safe-

ty hooks.

COMPRESSED AIR REQUISITES

Working of the filter requires

permanent connection to a com-

pressed air circuit. The com-

pressed air must be:

1)Clean

i.e. free of slags which could

damage the solenoid valve(s)

2)Dehumidified

The air tank has a condensate

drain point.

However, it is advisable to use

a condense drain trap.

3)Deoiled

i.e. the presence of oil in the

air could irreversibly damage

the filter artridges.

It is advisable to use filters that

always keep the air clean and

oil-free.

Warning: Before connecting the

compressed air to the filter, empty

the piping.

Variations in conditions of use

may necessitate:

1) modifications to the air res-

ervoir inlet pressure.

2) modifications to the electron-

ic board settings, thus also

changing the compressed air

consumption.

It is advisable to install a kit (pres-

sure gauge, air/oil pressure re-

ducer) near the filter.

It is advisable to connect a man-

ual cut-off device on the infeed

line (ball valve or similar) to facil-

itate maintenance.

The filter must be supplied

by a special branch that can

be inspected independent-

ly.

REQUISITI ARIA COMPRESSA

Il funzionamento del filtro richie-

de il collegamento permanente ad

un circuito di aria compressa.

L’aria compressa deve essere:

esente da scorie che potreb-

2)Deumidificata

il serbatoio del filtro è dotato di

un tappo scarico condensa. E’

re l’utilizzo di un separatore di

condensa.

3)Disoleata

la presenza di sostanze oleo-

se nell’aria costituirebbe una

causa di intasamento precoce

ed irreversibile

Si consiglia l’utilizzo di filtri che

mantengano l’aria sempre pulita

e disoleata.

Attenzione: prima di collegare

l’aria compressa al filtro vuotare

le tubazioni.

PRESSIONE ALL’INGRESSO

DEL SERBATOIO

- Minimo 5 bar

- Massimo 6 bar

Variazioni delle condizioni di uti-

lizzo possono richiedere:

1) modifiche della pressione all’

ingresso del serbatoio,

2) modifiche ai settaggi della

scheda elettronica, variando

pertanto anche i consumi di

aria compressa.

Si consiglia l’ installazione di un

Kit (manometro, riduttore di pres-

sione aria / olio) nelle immediate

vicinanze del filtro.

É necessario inserire sulla linea

di alimentazione dell’ aria un or-

gano di intercettazione manuale

(valvola a sfera o simile) che

faciliterà le successive opera-

zioni di manutenzione.

Il filtro dovrà essere alimen-

tato da un ramo specifico se-

zionabile indipendentemen-

te.

d.h., Öl in der Druckluftzufuhr

kann irreparable Verstopfun-

gen des Filters zur Folge ha-

ben

Man sollte Filter benutzen, wel-

che die Druckluft immer sauber

und ölfrei halten.

Achtung: Vor dem Anschluß der

Druckluft an das Filter die Lei-

tungen entleeren.

DRUCK AM EINGANG ZUM

DRUCKBEHÄLTER

- Mindestens 5 bar

Veränderungen der Einsatzbe-

dingungen können folgendes

verlkangen:

1) eine Änderung des Eingangs-

drucks am Speicher.

2) eine Änderung der Einstellun-

gen auf der Leiterplatte er-

fordern, wobei sich dann

auch die Verbrauchswerte

der Druckluft ändern.

Es empfiehlt sich, in der unmit-

telbaren Nähe des Filters eine

lieren.

Auf der Zufuhrleitung der Druck-

luft sollte ein von Hand zu betä-

tigendes Absperrorgan zur War-

tungserleichterung (Kugelhahn

oder ähnliches) installiert wer-

den.

Der Filter muss durch eine

spezifische Abzweigung

versorgt werden, die sich

unabhängig abtrennen lässt.

El funcionamiento del filtro re-

quiere la conexión permanente

a un circuito de aire comprimido.

El aire comprimido deberá ser:

1) Limpio

sin residuos que podrían dañar

las electroválvulas del filtro

2) Deshumidificado

el depósito del filtro posee un

tapón de descarga condensa-

ción. Es conveniente además

prever la utilización de un sepa-

rador de condensación.

3) Sin aceite

la presencia de sustancias oleo-

sas en el aire provocarían atas-

camientos precoces e irrever-

sibles

Se aconseja la utilización de fil-

tros que mantengan el aire siem-

pre limpio y libre de aceite.

Atención: antes de conectar el

aire comprimido con el filtro va-

ciar las tuberías.

PRESIÓN EN LA ENTRADA DEL

DEPÓSITO

- Mínimo 5 bar

- Máximo 6 bar

Variaciones de las condiciones

de utilización pueden requerir:

1) modificaciones de la presión

en la entrada del depósito,

2) modificaciones en los pará-

metros de la tarjeta electróni-

ca, variando por lo tanto tam-

bién los consumos de aire

comprimido.

Se aconseja la instalación de un

Kit (manómetro, reductor de pre-

sión aire / aceite) cerca del fil-

tro.

Es necesario introducir en la lí-

nea de alimentación del aire un

órgano de cierre manual (válvu-

la de bola o similar) que facilitará

las sucesivas operaciones de

mantenimiento.

El filtro deberá estar alimen-

tado por un tramo de tube-

ría específico, que pueda

ser interceptado en modo

independiente.
