Operation:
• Carefully,lifttheantennaeintotheverticalposition.
• Connecttheincludedpowersupplytoasuitable240VAC~50Hz
mainsvoltageoutletandplugtheDCconnectorintotheDCPower
Inputontherearpanelofthereceiver(17VDC,300mAminimum).
• Usingthesuppliedaudiocable,connecttheMIXOUTontherear
panelofthereceiverforbothaudiochannelstothemixer’saudio
lineinput.ThereceiveralsofeaturesbalancedXLRoutputs,onefor
eachchannel.
• Switchonthepowertothereceiver,checkingthedisplaybacklight
illuminates.
• Openthebatterycompartmentonthetransmitter(Beltpack–slide
downwardsawayfromthebeltclip.Handheld-unscrewthelower
portion).Installtheappropriatebatteriesintothetransmitter,
takingcaretoobservetheorientationandpolarity.Onlyusehigh
quality,alkalinetypebatteries.Retthebatterycompartmentcover
carefully.
• Switchonthetransmitter,whenswitchedonthedisplayonthe
transmitterwillilluminate.Ifthedisplaydoesilluminateorglows
dimly,thebatterywillrequirereplacement.
• Adjustthevolumeonthefrontpanelofthereceiverforeachofthe
channels.
NOTE:
TheTM80systemisshippedwithtwohandheldtransmitters.Thereceiver
inthissystemfeaturesadualchannelreceiverallowingbothhandheld
microphonestobeusedsimultaneously,anadditionalbeltpackkitmaybe
purchasedifrequiredtobeusedinplaceofthehandheldtransmitters.Each
receiverchannelinthissystemmayonlybeusedwithonetransmitteratany
onetime.Iftheuserattemptstopoweron,andusetwotransmitterswith
onereceiverthesystemwillmalfunctionandnotoperatecorrectlyasone
transmitterwillcutouttheRFRadiosignaltothesecondtransmitter.
