PURIFICATION STAGES
Stage 1: Built in smart Pre-filtration, a combined filtration of Polypropylene and five- micron CTO
filter. Polypropylene filter removes dirt, impurities, rust, slime, sand and grit.
Stage 2: CTO removes Chlorine and odour. A CTO filter will produce water that is much clearer in
colour with a more appealing taste.
Stage 3: Coconut shell Activated Carbon filter is a method of filtering water that uses Activated
Carbon Granules to remove contaminants and impurities using chemical absorption. Each
Granule of carbon provides a large surface area allowing contaminants the maximum possible
exposure to the active sites within the filter media, so that the water becomes sweeter in taste.
Stage 4: RO Membrane is a water treatment process that removes contaminants from water by
using pressure to force water molecules through a semipermeable membrane, which is 0.001
micron thick. It can effectively filter the small organic matter and other contaminants which are then
filtered out and flushed away, leaving you with clean and delicious drinking water.
Stage 5: UV Disinfecting our water with Ultraviolet light is exceptionally simple, effective and
environmentally safe. UV in the tank can kill up to 99.99% of harmful microorganisms without
adding chemicals or changing the taste or odour of the stagnant pure water in the tank. It also does
not let the harmful viruses or bacteria grow in our pure water tank. This makes the taste and colour
of the water remain unaltered.
Stage 6: Ionizer Chamber The Japanese titanium plates delivers the variants of pH with the help
of electrolysis process.

NOTE: The same machine can be switched to an Ultra Filtration Water Purifier by simply installing
an Ultra Filtration (UF) Membrane when the raw water TDS is less than 300 ppm.
INSTRUCTIONS - ION - Z
HOW TO START
1. Switch on the power supply, the auto flushing procedure will begin,
making its 'Auto Flush' sign blink for 15 seconds. The same procedure
will be followed every hour for 15 seconds to clean up the membrane
automatically.
3. As soon as the water storage tank fills up. the ' Tank Full' sign on the
panel will keep blinking.
2. 'Purifying' sign will blink repeatedly until water tank is filled up. It
usually takes about 20 minutes to fill up the storage tank.
4. Inbuilt 2-in-1 Pre-filter cartridge can be changed whenever needed
only after switching off the machine. Do not open filter housing while
the machine is on.

HOW TO DISPENSE WATER
Note : 1. This is an approximate pH value shown on the display panel.
4. To dispense acidic water press the “Acidic water” button on the top
right corner of the panel.
3. Touch the white coloured Ambient button on the right side centre to
get normal water and touch the same to stop.
2. To dispense High Alkaline water, simply touch the “High Alkaline”
button on the top left corner of the panel touch the same to stop
dispensing.
NOTE: if you have selected low pH level option for dispensing then the
machine will dispense high acidic water when you choose to dispense
acidic water. This theory will be reversed if you have selected the high
alkaline option for dispensing.
1. To dispense low alkaline water, touch the child lock button on the
bottom left corner and then touch the “Low Alkaline” button above the
child lock button touch the same “Low Alkaline” button to stop
dispensing.
2. Dispense Acidic Water twice a day for a longer life of Titanium
plates.
3. Please maintain the TDS between 50 to 150 for Ionizer to
give better results.
HOW TO DISINFECT FRUITS & VEGETABLES
3. When the service sign blinks on the panel, please call the
technician for service.
NOTE: The source tank indication will only blink when the source
water storage tank is empty.
1. Dip Fruits & Vegetables fully in a bowl filled with tap water and dip in
the ceramic ball of ozone air pipe in the bowl. Touch the Detoxifier
button at the bottom right corner of the panel. You can stop the
detoxification process manually by touching the same button again or
it will automatically get turned off after 15 mins.
2. PP filter sign will blink after 400 working hours. This indicates the
need to replace the pre- filter.

TROUBLESHOOTING - ION - Z

Stage 5: Alkaline: Alkaline water is used for drinking and cooking and provides consumers with
several important health benefits. Alkalizing restores pH balance by reducing acidity levels in the
body. It helps to neutralize free radicals that can cause cellular and DNA damage.
Stage 7: Hydrogen: Adding hydrogen in water helps turn our cell into " an antioxidant factory".
Drinking water with more hydrogen can give us more energy, slow the aging process and even
speedy muscle recovery after a workout.
Stage 6: Negative ORP: Water with a high pH has a higher amount of reducing agents and is
designated by Negative ORP. The ORP is responsible for the antioxidant value of the water and the
micro cluster that make alkaline water more hydrating.
Stage 8: Minerals: Filtered water removes acidic wastes and toxins out of the body at the cellular
level. It also supplies essential minerals such as Calcium, Potassium, Sodium and Magnesium to
the body improving health and increasing the metabolism of the body. Improved water quality make
water taste sweet and delicious.

cold water button. To dispense cold water, touch the cold water button
below the cooling ON/OFF button touch the same to stop.
2. Touch the white coloured Ambient button on the top left corner to get
normal water and touch the same to stop.
3. Touch the Child Lock button at the bottom, left corner of the panel to
open lock & dispense hot water. Press the Hot Water button above to
dispense hot water and touch the hot water button to stop it.

1. Dip Fruits & Vegetables fully in a bowl filled with tap water and dip in
the ceramic ball of ozone air pipe in the bowl. Touch the Detoxifier
button at the bottom right corner of the panel. You can stop the
detoxification process manually by touching the same button again
or it will automatically get turned off after 15 mins.
2. PP filter sign will blink after 400 working hours. This indicates the
need to replace the pre- filter.
3. When the service sign blinks on the panel, please call the
technician for service.
NOTE: The source tank indication will only blink when the source
water storage tank is empty.
