
· This equipment should be installed only by qualified technicians.
· Carefully follow the instructions in this manual.
· Do not drill the PCB.
WARNING
· Keep connection cables away from high voltage and/or high current wires.
· Avoid direct sunlight or other infrared ingress to the receiver (RX).
· Prior to power-on, clean the lenses with a soft, damp cloth.
· Do not bend or twist the edges, and do not scratch the lenses.
PLANNED MAINTENANCE PROCEDURE
· Ensure that the green LED is lit constantly (system powered up and functioning) in
both the WEBOX and the RX profile.
· Check all plug and terminal connections as well as the output to the safety chain.
· Perform the test procedures outlined below.
NOTES AND ADVICE
TEST PROCEDURE - Stationary Platform
Place an obstruction between the profiles, typically an arm or a leg.
The green LED in the WEBOX and the RX profile must light continuously.
The safety relays will switch immediately. This is visible through the transparent
cover of the contacts.

TEST PROCEDURE - In Motion
Place an obstruction between the profiles (a toolbox or similar).
The green LED in the WEBOX and the RX profile must light continuously.
The safety relays will immediately switch, forcing the platform to stop.

The green status LED will immediately start to blink and after 5s the buzzer will
activate, as long as the obstruction is detected.
When an obstacle is detected, the green status LED in the SIL 2 controller
will begin to blink and, after 5 seconds, the buzzer will activate.
