1. Read all in truction in thi manual before
u ing the weight bench. U e the weight
bench only a de cribed in thi manual.
2. It i the re pon ibility of the owner to en ure
that all u er of the weight bench are ade-
quately informed of all precaution .
3. The weight bench i intended for home u e
only. Do not u e the weight bench in any
commercial, rental, or in titutional etting.
4. U e the weight bench only on a level urface.
Cover the floor beneath the weight bench to
protect the floor.
5. In pect and tighten all part each time you
u e the weight bench. Replace any worn
part immediately.
6. Keep children under the age of 12 and pet
away from the weight bench at all time .
7. Keep hand and feet away from moving part .
8. Alway wear athletic hoe for foot protec-
tion while exerci ing.
9. Do not u e a barbell (not included) longer
than ix feet with thi weight bench.
10. When you are u ing a barbell (not included),
alway make ure there i an equal amount
of weight on each ide.
11. The weight bench i de igned to upport a
maximum of 460 pound , including the u er,
a barbell and weight . Do not place more
than 210 pound , including a barbell and
weight on the weight re t . Do not place
more than 130 pound on the leg lever for
normal u e.
12. Alway place 50 pound on the leg lever to
balance the bench when performing quat
exerci e ( ee page 11).
13. Alway fold the backre t out of the way when
performing quat exerci e ( ee page 11). Do
not it on the eat when the backre t i folded.
14. Do not tand with your back to the weight
bench when performing quat exerci e ( ee
page 11). You hould be able to ee the
weight re t while exerci ing o that you can
afely return the barbell to the weight re t
when you fini h the exerci e.
15. When u ing the backre t, make ure the
adju tment tube i fully in erted into the
adju tment bracket in the upright .
16. Alway remove the curl po t from the front
leg before performing leg curl or leg exten-
ion exerci e with the leg lever ( ee page
12).
17. Alway et both weight re t at the ame
height. The adju tment knob mu t be in ert-
ed through both the upright and the weight
re t and firmly tightened into the welded
nut . Never tighten the adju tment knob
into the upright and then et the weight
re t in the upright on top of the adju tment
knob .
18. Alway exerci e with a partner. When you
are performing bench pre exerci e , quat
exerci e or toe rai e exerci e , your partner
hould tand behind you to catch the barbell
if you cannot complete a repetition.
19. If you feel pain or dizzine at any time while
exerci ing, top immediately and begin cool-
ing down.
