AUTOMATIC CODE SEARCH
1. Connected to www.wellclima.com website, nd air conditioner brand in the‘CODE LIST’of SMART
model and check the rst set of codes.
2. Press and hold SET button, then press POWER button and hold them down. Release the two buttons
when the model code ashes on the screen window (bottom right). Press ‘TEMP▲’or ‘TEMP▼’ until the
code found in Step 1 appears on the screen window (you can keep the TEMP keys pressed to scroll the
codes faster).
3. Press the SET button to exit, check the button functions. If the device respond correctly the setting
is nished, if not, please repeat steps 2 and 3 with next set of codes.
LOOK OUT: when the codes are separated by a - sign it means all the numbers between the rst and the
last (es LG 600-609 you have to test codes 600, 601, 602.....>609). If none of the codes work with your air
conditoner or if your brand is not in the list don’t worry, proceed with the Automatic Code Search.
1. Aim the remote towards the air conditioner receiver window.
2. Press and hold SET button, about 6 seconds later the model code (bottom right) starts to ash, do not
release the button until the air conditioner switches on automatically.
3. Release the SET button immediately when the conditioner turns on and check the button functions.
If the buttons work correctly, the code setting is eective. If not, please repeat steps 2 and 3.
4. A complete scan of all codes takes about 30 minutes. Do not stop the search before, or before the air
conditioner switches on.
The remote control can be set to 3 dierent modes. Choose mode 1 if the brand of your
air conditioner is among those in the image below, or modes 2 or 3 for all other brands.

DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL THE REMOTE CONTROL APP
We use the Genius Remote app to manage the remote control by smartphone.
Remember that the SMART remote control connects to the Wi-Fi network when it is placed
in its own base and / or connected to the power supply.
1. Find "Genius Remote" in the App Store or in Google Play or scan the QR code to download and
install the app.
2. Register your account in the Welcome screen (REGISTER link at the bottom right).
3. Choose your account name and password, enter your email address and register.
The e-mail address is only for password recovery.
4. Make sure that your mobile phone is connected to the Wi-Fi network and connect the remote control to the power supply base.
5. Tap on Add Device > A/C Remote Control.
6. Press and hold the remote control “On/O” button (for about 5s) and release it when
appears on the screen. After some time, the Wi-Fi icon ( ) will ash rapidly (bottom left), and the remote control will enter the
conguration mode.
7. At the next step you should see the name of your network. Enter the network password and touch [conguration]. After a few seconds the
remote control code will appear with the word ON LINE on. If you want to change and customize the name of the remote control, tap on
EDIT. To enter the screen, tap on the name of the remote control, now you can control the air conditioner with the APP.
8. TIMER - Entering the TIMER function and touching the +(top right) it is possible to add dierent ON / OFF programs for each day of the week.

Q: Cannot configure or no response during the configuration?

Q: The APP displays device offline?

Q: How can you know if the remote control is successfully connected to Wi-Fi?
