We recommend that you do the rst breathing exercise regularly during the
rst month, preferably 1-2 times / day. After that, you can reduce to a few
times per week but still regularly.

when inhaling with the nasal mask
Always start with the lowest temperature
Blow through the extension hose to achieve
more steam.
Assemble the mask / hose and put the
mask over the nose. Inhale the vapor
through your nose for a full breath.
Breath freely a few times.
Repeat steps 1 and 2 as needed.
You can increase the number of repetitions
to 10-15 times once you get used to the
nose mask.
The purpose of WellO2 breathing exercises is to do continuous inhaling and
exhaling. If the workout feels too heavy, you can breathe freely between
breaths with resistance.
Select the desired temperature. * Wait for the audible
signal and a steady light.
Select the lowest resistance (0).
Take a deep breath and exhale through the mouthpiece
until you have emptied your lungs.
Take a few regular breaths and repeat the exhalation
through the mouthpiece.
Take a gentle breath through the mouthpiece until you
have lled your lungs. Hold your breath for 1-3 seconds
before breathing out.
Repeat the inhalations through the mouthpiece 5-15
times or the number that suits you best. You can
breathe as usual between repetitions.
