Using the Product
1) Insert plug in the wall socket.
2) To turn on / off the product, To turn on the machine, press the Power
Button once, or from the remote control press the Fan Speed button or the A/
S button. To turn the machine off, press the Power Button on the machine or
the OFF button on the remote control.
3) To change fan speed, press the Fan Speed button on the product and the
corresponding light goes on to indicate the current speed level.
LO = Low Speed
 MI=MidSpeed
 HI=HighSpeed
 TochangethepuriertotheAccu-Smart®function, please hold the fan speed
button down for 3 seconds. To release the Accu-Smart®function, press the fan
speed button again.
4) To use remote control to change fan speed, press speed but tons
on the remote control and the corresponding light will indicate the current
speed level.
LO button = Low Speed
 MIbutton=MidSpeed
 HIbutton=HighSpeed
5) To turn on / off Accu-Smart function, press “A/S” button on the remote
control, or from the machine please see above (section 3)

6) To use the Timer Function, press the timer button on remote control to
set the operating time (2 hours, 4 hours , 8 hours or deacti vate timer function)
7) Air Quality Indicator, Thecolorwillchangewiththequalityoftheroomair
 quality.
Red = Poor
 Green  = Moderate
Blue = Good.
8) To change level of control panel light, press Control Panel Light
Button on the remote control.
9) Unplug the product when not in use.

Before rst use
The remote control uses one 3V button type battery (CR2025 included);
pleaseinstallthebatteryasshownbelow.
1) Separate the battery support (1) from the remote control.
2) Install the battery properly (the battery will only t in one direction).
3) Install the battery support and battery into the remote control.
Safety Issues
1. Thisunitisratedat120V/60HzAConly.
2. Alwaysunplugthepowercordfromthesocketbeforecleaning,
 replacingtheltersorbeforemovingtoanotherlocation.Pleasehold
the plug while unplugging the unit.
3. Donothandletheplugwithwethands;
4. Donotusetheunitwhenthepowercordorthesocketisdamagedor
too loose when plugged in, and contact OpulAire customer service as
soon as possible.
5. Please do not over bend, extend, pull, twist, bind, stress, press or
 damagethepowercordinanyway.
6. Neverattempttoreplacethepowercordbyyourself.Incaseof
damage,itmustbereplacedbyanauthorizedOpulAireLLCprofessional
service provider.
7. Donotplaceanyobstructionsdirectlyontheintakeoroutletgrilles.
8. Thisunitismanufacturedforindooruseonly.Pleasedonotuse
 underhighhumidityconditions.

9. Donotplacetheunitclosetoareplace,oruseittoabsorbparticles
 withsparkssuchasammablegasesorcigarettes;

batteryfromremotecontrolandkeeptheminacool,dryplaceifthe
 unitwillnotbeusedinalongperiodoftime;Removethebatteryand
 disposesafelywhenitisinoperable.

instructedbythismanual;Incaseoffault,pleasecutoffthepower

Cautions On Use
1. Placeunitonaat,stablesurface.
2. Pleasekeeptheunitawayfromplaceswhereanythingcancomein
 contactwiththeintakeoroutletgrille.
3. Pleaseusethehandleonthebacktomovetheunit.
4. Donotusetheunitwithoutltersinstalledproperly.
5. Coarselterelementcanbewashed;catalyticcarbonandHEPA
lter’sarenotwashableandmustbereplacedasindicatedinthis
manual.
6. Keepunitawayfromareasthataccumulateoilsorgrease.
7. Longtimeuseoftheunitmaydirtythewallifthepurieristooclose
 tothewall,therefore,itissuggestedtokeeptheunitadistanceof12
inches from the wall.
8. Pleasemakesurethereisnoobstaclebetweentheunitandthe
 remotecontrol,otherwisesignalmaynotbereceivedproperly.
9. Keeptheremotecontrolawayfromhightemperatures.

1. Grasp the bottom edges of the front panel and pull forward.
2. Removetheltersoutbygrabbingthetabsontheltersandgently
pullingforward.Theorderofthelters(fromfronttoback)isthepre-lter,
carbon,andHEPA.ToreplacetheltersinstalltheHEPArst,then
 thecarbon,andplacethepre-ltertothefrontontheunit.
3. Pressthelowerpartofthepaneltillanaudible“click”isheard;which
indicates that installation is in place.
4. AfterreplacingtheHEPAlter,itwillbenecessarytoresetthetimeof
operationhoursoftheHEPAlterbydepressingandholdingthe
power button for 3 seconds. An audible beep will signal that the timer
 hasbeenresetandhasrecalculatedtheHEPAlterlife.
