IFW Series Error Code
List and Diagnostic
Codes
Error Code Description Where to Check How to resolve the problem
The washer does
not work at all
•Check if the Power Cord is securely plugged in.
•Press the POWER ON/OFF button.
•Press the PRESET button
•Check whether power failure occurs.
•Check whether the fuse or circuit breaker has
been activated.

Water does not flow
into the Wash/Spin
Tub or water flow is
slim.
•Whether the faucet be opened.
•Whether the water supply hose or the metal
filter in the water inlet has been blocked.
•Whether the water is out of supply.
Check and resolve the problem,
then press START/PAUSE for one
time to restart the washer.
E12
Water does not
drain out.
•The height of drain hose is more than 100m.
•Whether the Drain Hose is inverted.
•Whether the Drain Hose is blocked by scrap of
lint.
•Whether the Drain Hose is too long.
Check and resolve the problem,
then press START/PAUSE for one
time to restart the washer.
HDoor fails to open •Whether the temperature of water exceeded
40°C.
•Whether the temperature of water in washing
process exceeded 40°C.
The door will open
automatically as soon as the
temperature is below 40°C.
U3 Failure to spin •Whether the washing machine is positioned
steadily
•Whether the load is too big or too heavy
•Whether the load for spinning is too few
•Whether the blanket has been rolled into a ball
When the load is too little, add 2-3
pieces of clothes, then check the
machine, close the door and press
START/PAUSE button once to restart
the machine.
U4 Door cannot be
closed
Close the door with the “door lock”
light on, and then press
“START/PAUSE” button, the machine
will run.

When the bubble finally detected excessive
dehydration or the load is too large, after adjustment
still detects excessive foam or the load is too large;
detecting the input current is too large
2U3 Final dehydration detected eccentric too large, the
adjustment is still detected too eccentric
3U4 Door locker abnormal
4HBarrel temperature is high, for cooling process, the
temperature is lowered to unlock
5O3H High barrel ozone concentration, ozone decomposition
wait to unlock the safe concentration
6E11 When the water fill ,It does not reached the set level
within a predetermined time
7E12 When draining, reset level not reached within a
predetermined time
8EC2 Water heating thermistor short circuit or disconnection
9EC3 Dehumidification water thermistor short circuit or
disconnection
10 EC5 Drying duct thermistor short circuit or disconnection
11 EA1 Abnormal water level sensor
12 EA2 Unusual high water level during wash, rinse cycle
13 EA3 The water level is higher than the set level during spin
14 EF2 After power-up, the zero-crossing signal is not received
15 EU Power outage, do not open the power relay off

1. Hold “ Delay Start”
2. Push “ Power”
3. Push “ Start/Pause” three times ( 100ms
interval)
4. Push : “Delay Start “
5. Push “ Express wash”
6. Push “ Rinse”
7. Push “ Temp”
8. Push ”Spin Speed”
9. Push “ Start/Pause”
10. Hold “ Delay Start “ 0.8 seconds
HOW TO LAUNCH THE SERVICE DIAGNOSTIC TEST
1. Hold “ Rinse”
2. Push “ Power “
3. Push “ Start/Pause” three times ( 100ms
interval)
4. Push “ Delay Start “ until “ 00 “
5. Push “Express Wash “ to show
“01” Push “Start” Drum rotate
CCW & CW
“02” Push “Start” Force spin
“03” Push “Start“ Balance check
6. When step 4 shows “00“, turn “6th Sense”
knob to “Down“ and then ”Start” to force
fill water (check water valve)
