IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
• Read the operating instructions carefully before
putting the appliance into operation and keep
the instructions for future reference.
• This appliance is intended for indoor, non-
industrial, non-commercial; household only.
• Neverdipmachineintoanyliquidandsharpedges.
Do not use the appliance with wet hands. If the
appliance is humid or wet, unplug it immediately.
• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced
by the manufacture of its service agent or a similar
qualied person in order to avoid a hazard.
• Keep your nger away from moving parts and
tted tools. Never put your ngers etc in hinge
mechanism.
• Use only original spare parts.
• In order to ensure your children’s safety, please
keep all packaging (plastic bags, boxes,
polystyrene etc.) out of their reach.
• Do not interfere with any safety switches.
• Place the machine on a smooth, at and stable
surface.

• Be very careful when you handle the blades or
inserts. Be especially careful when you remove
them from machine, their cutting edges are very
sharp.
• Wait until moving parts stop running before you
remove the lid of machine.
• Do not exceed the maximum content indicated
on the accessories.
• Care shall be taken when handling the sharp
cutting blades, emptying the bowl and during
cleaning.
• Always disconnect the appliance from the supply
if it is left unattended and before assembling,
disassembling or cleaning.
• This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep
the appliance and its cord out of reach of children.
• Children shall not play with the appliance.
• Appliances can be used by persons with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack
of experience and knowledge if they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning use of
the appliance in a safe way and if they understand
the hazards involved.

BEFORE USING
• Before connecting the appliance to the power, recheck the type of supply
and the mains voltage match with the details given on the rating label on the
appliance.
• Using for the rst time, rip off all wrapping paper and plastic bags. Clean the
ttings.
STEPLESS SPEED REGULATOR AND PRESETS
• After installing the parts you need, turn the knob clockwise to either 1 or 2.
• To use the pulse function you need to turn the knob anti clockwise to P, and
hold for as long as needed.
STORAGE DRAWER
A drawer on the left side of the food processor can be pulled out, and you can
store the blades, and the plastic knife in it.
USING THE KNIFE BLADES
PLASTIC KNIFE
• Use the plastic knife when making pasta dough, pizza dough, bread, pie
dough etc.
• Do not use the food processor more than 2 minutes continuously. Unplug the
appliance and allow to cool down for 30 minutes.
• The amount of our in recipes can’t exceed 200g.

STAINLESS STEEL KNIFE
Use the stainless-steel knife to chop, mix and purée.
• Before processing, cut the food into pusher size pieces.
• Do not use the food processor more than 2 minutes continuously. Unplug the
appliance and allow to cool down for 30 minutes.
• For coarser foods, turn the knob to the left, and press the pulse button.
• Follow below ow pictured step by step to assemble machine.
• Ensure the bowl in step 2 and the lid in step 5 are locked, or the machine will
not work. In step 3, Stainless Steel knife blade or Plastic knife could be placed.
• After using the appliance, you can disassemble machine by opposite ow and
direction.
• Only open the lid when blades have completely stopped.

USING THE BLADE DISCS
• Please pay attention to the capacity line of container. Once the food
approaches the max line on the container, please stop operation and pour out
the food.
• Switch the appliance on, and put the food into the feed tube, and push it
down evenly with the pusher - never put your ngers in the feed tube.
• Do not use the food processor more than 3 minutes continuously. Unplug the
appliance and allow to cool down for 30 minutes.
ASSEMBLY THE BLADES
• Choose your preferred blade for your ingredient.
• Press down the blade into the holder. Be careful, the blades are sharp!
• To get the best results use speed 2.
1. Follow the ow pictured step by step to assemble machine.
2. Ensure the bowl in step 2 and the lid in step 5 are locked, or the machine will
not work.
3. In step 4 make sure the blade disc is xed well on shaft.
4. After operation, you can disassemble machine by opposite ow and direction.
5. Always be careful when handling the stainless-steel blade as they are very
sharp.
6. Only open the lid when the blades are completely stopped.

DISASSEMBLE THE BLADE DISC
• After use, ip the holder over and press the head of the disc to release it from
the holder. Be careful when removing the blade, they are sharp!
USING THE EMULSIFYING DISC
• Recommended to use for aioli, mayonnaise, whipping cream, whisking
eggs, egg whites, and sponge cake mixtures.
• For egg white whisking, please use room temperature eggs. Please
ensure the bowl and emulsifying disc is dry and free from grease.
• Clean the emulsifying disc after each use.
• For the best results, use speed 2.

TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem Solutions
Machine does not
work
- There is a safety interlock switch between base, bowl
and lid. Make sure the bowl and lid are securely
locked into position. It will not start if the lid or/and
bowl are not locked into place.
- If the motor still will not start, check the power cord
and power outlet.
French Fried Potato
Julienne Disk
- Always clear any blocked potato from the disc before
processing more potatoes.
Some food remains
on the disc after
processing
- It is normal for small pieces to remain after
processing.
Motor slows down
when mixing dough
- Amount of dough may exceed maximum capacity.
Remove half and process in two batches.
Dough is too dry - Run machine and add water through feed cube,
1 tablespoon at a time until dough cleans the inside
of the processing bowl.
Dough is too wet - Run machine and add our through feed tube,
1 tablespoon at a time until the dough looks dry
enough.
CLEANING
• Remove the power cord from the socket before cleaning.
• Do not immerse the housing with motor in water.
• Do not use any abrasive detergents.
• Please only use a damp to clean the outside of the housing.
• Components that have come into contact with food can be cleaned in soapy
water.
• Do not use dishwasher.
• To clean it efciently pour hot water and a few drops of soap into the bowl (do
not exceed max line) and press the pulse button to clean the bowl and the
attached accessory.
• Allow the parts to dry thoroughly before reassembling the device.

Motor slow down
when chopping
blade
- Amount of meat may be too much. Remove half and
process in two batches.
- For the best result, trim the meat of fat before
processing.
Vibrates/moves
during processing
- Clean and dry the rubber feet at the bottom of the
unit.
- Also make sure that the maximum load capacity is not
being exceeded.

GUARANTEE

done. The guarantee covers production failure or defects that arise during

The guarantee is valid only for products that are bought and used in private
households. The guarantee is not valid if the product is used commercially.
The guarantee is not valid if the product is misused, used by negligence, if not
following instructions given by Wilfa, if modied or if unauthorized reparation
is done. The guarantee is also not valid for normal wear of the product, misuse,
lack of maintenance, use of wrong electrical voltage or:

• Parts which are normally worn down

FØR BRUK
• Før du kobler apparatet til strømforsyningen, må du kontrollere at
strømforsyningen og nettspenningen stemmer overens med den som er
angitt på apparatet.
• Fjern all emballasje og plast før første gangs bruk. Rengjør delene.
2-TRINNS HASTIGHET OG PULSHASTIGHET
• Etter at du har montert delene, velger du hastighet ved å dreie hjulet med
urviseren til enten 1 eller 2.
• For å bruke pulsfunksjonen må du dreie hjulet mot urviseren til P, og holde
den så lenge som nødvendig.
OPPBEVARINGSSKUFF
En skuff på venstre side av kjøkkenmaskinen kan trekkes ut, der du kan
oppbevare bladene og plastkniven.
BRUKE KNIVBLADENE
KNIV I RUSTFRITT STÅL
Bruk kniven av rustfritt stål til hakking, blanding og mosing.
• Skjær maten opp i mindre biter før du bearbeider den i kjøkkenmaskinen.
• Ikke bruk kjøkkenmaskinen kontinuerlig i mer enn 2 minutter. Trekk ut
støpselet og la apparatet kjøle seg ned i 30 minutter.
• For grovere mat dreier du knotten mot venstre og trykker på pulsknappen.
