PRECAUTION BEFORE USING

Earth wire: Dây nối đất
Embed a copper plate or rod deeply in moist ground: Gắn
một miếng hoặc dây đồng sâu bên dưới đất ẩm
Green color: Dây màu lục
Cable: Cáp
More than 75cm: Độ sâu hơn 75cm
Fix by solder or screw: Cốđịnh bằng thuốc hàn hoặc vít
Gas pipe: Ống dẫn ga
Earth wire: Dây nối đất
1. Connect the earth wire before use. This enables you to prevent an accident caused by
electric shock when the electric insulation is not in order.
Nối dây đất trƣớc khi sửdụng. Điều này giúp bạn phòng ngừa tai nạn do chập điện khi
chức năng cách điện gặp sựcố.
For your safety from danger of electric shock, please be careful not to get power plug
stained with water.
Để phòng ngừa nguy cơ chập điện, tránh để phích cắm bịƣớt.
CAUTION IN CONNECTING THE EARTH.
CHÚ Ý NỐI DÂY TIẾP ĐẤT.
Connect the earth wire after turning off the electric power.
Nối dây nối đất sau khi ngắt điện.
Never connect with gas pipes, otherwise it can be the cause of exposion.
Không nối với ống dẫn khí vì có thểgây nổ.
The earth wire of cable should be Green color among 3 wires.
Trong 3 dây, dây màu xanh là dây nối đất.
2. Avoid operating under the condition of dry running and delivering no water.
For it will shorten the service life of pump and also cause the trouble motor.
Tránh vận hành ởđiều kiện chạy không tải và không cấp nƣớc để tránh làm
giảm tuổi thọmáy bơm và hỏng động cơ.
Alcohol: Cồn
Gasoline: Xăng
3. Avoid using the pump under condition of hot water over 40oC.
For it will be shorten the service life of pump.
Không sửdụng máy bơm với nƣớc nóng > 40oC vì sẽlàm giảm tuổi thọmáy
bơm.
4. Be careful not to use the pump solvent such as benzol, acid, inflammable
liquids such as gasoline. When it is used for them, there is a risk of the fire and
it will cause the trouble of the pump and also shorten the service life for it.
Không sửdụng các dung môi nhƣ benzol, axit và chất lỏng dễcháy nhƣ xăng vì
sửdụng chúng sẽphát sinh nguy cơ hỏa hoạn, gây hỏng hóc máy bơm và rút
ngắn tuổi thọmáy bơm.

5. Take care of handling the pump. Prohibit to impact the pump.
Chú ý khi xửlý máy bơm. Tránh làm va đập máy bơm.
Never carry the pump by the holding of cable itself.
Không dùng dây cáp để mang vác máy bơm.
Care should be taken during installation that the pump is not allowed to be
mounted suspended freely on the delivery pipe or on the cable. It must rest on
a stabile surface and/or be suspended on a handle with a rope.
Chú ý trong quá trình lắp đặt không đƣợc treo máy bơm trên ống phân phối
hoặc trên dây cáp. Phải đặt máy bơm trên bề mặt chắc chắn và/hoặc treo
bằng quai cầm có dây treo.
6. The permitted voltage fluctuation is with in 10% of the rated voltage.
Otherwise it will be the reason of shortening the service life of the pump.
Mức dao động điện áp cho phép là ±10% điện áp định mức.
Nếu không, tuổi thọmáy bơm sẽ bịgiảm.
7. When connect or disconnect an electric power to the pump for service,
installation and repair, it should be cut off the electric switch.
Khi kết nối hoặc ngắt kết nối máy bơm để bảo trì, lắp đặt và sửa chữa, cần
phải ngắt công tắc điện.
Electric connections must be protected from moisture.
Đảm bảo các đầu nối điện không bịẩm ƣớt.

This pump is used primarily as a cellar pump.
Máy bơm này là máy bơm chìm.
This pump can, however, be used everywhere, where water is to be moved, for instance in the household, in farming, in the
garden or yard, in sanitation installations, and in many other ways as well.
Tuy nhiên, có thểsửdụng máy bơm ở bất kỳđịa điểm nào cần thoát nƣớc, chẳng hạn hộgia đình, trang trại, vƣờn cây hoặc
kho bãi, công trình vệsinh và các địa điểm khác.
Depending on the water level, the float switch’s length can be controlled.
Có thểđiều chỉnh chiều dài công tắc phao tùy theo mực nƣớc.

REPAIR AND CHECKING
KIỂM TRA VÀ SỬA CHỮA
 We recommend regular inspection and maintenance to ensure long equipment life and uninterrupted operation.
Chúng tôi khuyến cáo kiểm tra và bảo dƣỡng thƣờng xuyên để kéo dài tuổi thọmáy bơm và vận hành trơn tru.
 Checking and exchange for oil.
It will be suitable for checking once per 3~6 month and exchange once per 1 year.
Kiểm tra và thay dầu.
Kiểm tra định kỳ3-6 tháng một lần và thay dầu mỗi năm một lần.
 And the exchanging oil will be Turbine oil #32 or the same as it.
Loại dầu sửdụng là dầu tuabin 32 hoặc loại tƣơng đƣơng.
 The site of the oilcap is the behind of impeller.
Nắp châm dầu nằm ởphía sau bánh công tác.
 After disassemble the impeller, check or exchange for oil.
Kiểm tra hoặc thay dầu sau khi tháo bánh công tác.
 When pour oil into the oil chamber, it will be suitable 80~85% of its capacity(about 55cc).
Khi châm dầu vào bình dầu, phải châm 80-85% dung tích bình dầu (khoảng 55cc).
