Thank you for purchasing this quality product. In order to minimize the risk of injury, we ask you to
always take some basic safety precautions when using this device. Please read this manual carefully
and make sure you understand them.
The interior of this unit does not contain any user-serviceable parts. Leave maintenance, adjustment
and repair qualified personnel. In the case of a foreign intervention, the 2-year warranty period expires!
Keep these operating instructions in a safe place.

Safety instructions / warnings
Safety labelings
The owner and/or user must have read and understood the instructions of the device before he may
use it. Introduced staff should be in sure dealing with the used work equipment carefully, exercised
and qualified competently, if they work on engines and their components Warning signs should be

Control/inspection
Control of the device should be made before every use to be able to exchange broken parts of a build-

Installation notes
6. Fasten the hydraulic cylinder (H) to the base (A) with the help of the screws, washers and nuts
and install the connecting rod.
7. you install the foot pedal at the hydraulic cylinder and fix it with a M8x30 screw (3)

Raising weight

Otherwise damages to the belts could occur.

Maintenance
Exclusively use hydraulic oil and no other liquids, such as braking cleaner, engine oil or oil polluted.

An oil change should be carried out at least every 6 months. Oil level is about 2.5 cm the recommend-
ed below the one filling opening.

Operator Should ALWAYS
1. Be familiar with sling operating controls,
procedures and warnings.

3. Maintain firm footing when operation

4. Make sure that load is free to move and
will clear all obstructions.
5. Take up slack carefully, check liad bal-
ance, lift a few inches and check load
holding action before continuing.
6. Avoid swinging of load.
7. Maek sure that all persons stay clear of
the suspended load.
8. Warn personnel of an approaching load.
9. Protect load chain from weld spatter or
other damaging contaminants.
10. Promptly report to your supervisor or re-
pair any malfunction, unusual perfor-
mance, or damage if the sling.
11. Inspect beam regularly, replace dam-
aged or worn parts, and keep appropriate
records of maintenance
Operator Should
1. Never lift more than rated load.
2. Never us damaged sling or sling that is
not working correctly.
3. Never us the beam with twisted, kinked,
damaged or worn chain.
4. Never lift a load if any binding prevents
equal loading on all supporting chains.
5. Never allow attention to be diverted from
operating the sling.
6. Never use beam to lift, support or
transport people.
7. NEVER LIFT LOADS OVER PEOPLE!
8. Never leave a suspended load unattend-
ed.
9. Never allow sharp contact between sling
and obstructions.
10. Nerver allow the chain or link to be used
a as ground for welding.
11. Never allow the chain or link to be
touched by a live welding electrode.
12. Never attempt to lengthen the load chain
or repair damaged chain.
