take some basic safety precautions when using this device. Please read the operation instruc-
tions carefully and make sure you have understood its content.
Leave the maintenance, adjustment and repair to qualified technical personnel. In case of unauthorised
intervention, the 2-year warranty is no longer valid! Keep these operation instructions safe.

Loading Ramp Instructions
Ramps are intended for specific applications and it’s imperative that the purchased ramp is not used
for any other applications than it’s intention. Please read carefully and comply with the instructions on
how to use quality loading ramps.
Instructions are as follows:
1. The bolt must be inserted and hand-tighten though the barrel hinge.
2. Ramp surface must be dry, clean and free from oil or grease.
3. Park vehicle or trailer on flat, firm ground. Be sure that the vehicle is parked with emer-
gency/parking brake on and the engine turned off.
4. Place ramps on the tailgate or trailer to accommodate the wheelbase of the loading vehicle.
5. Insure that the plate or fingers of the ramp are securely in place.
6. Install and secure safety straps. An illustration of how to secure the safety straps is as follows:

7. Always attach safety strap(s). Make sure that the strap is properly adjusted for length to pre-
vent kick-back of the loading ramp.
8. Ensure the safety strap does not allow rear-ward movement of the loading ramp.
Motorcycle use:
•Never ride an Motorcycle or any other motorized equipment up or down a single runner load-
ing ramp.
•Slowly push machine up the ramps making sure that the tires are centered on the ramp at all
times. Two or more adult Persons are recommended for loading.
•Acceleration must be slow, controlled and constant. The Operator must remain in control of
the machinery at all times during loading and unloading.
•Use the brake as necessary to control your speed while unloading. Sudden or erratic braking
or accelerating will cause tamps to pull away from the tailgate or trailer or even break the
ramp.
ATV use:
•Always have a second adult person to spot for the rider when loading.
•Slowly drive machine up to the ramps. Make sure that the tires are centered on the ramp all
the times.
•Acceleration must be slow, controlled and constant. The Operator must remain in control of
the machinery at all times during loading and unloading.
•Use the brake as necessary to control your speed while unloading. Sudden or erratic braking
or accelerating will cause tamps to pull away from the tailgate or trailer or even break the
ramp.
Warning: Never exceed the maximum loading capacity of the Ramps. Use at your own risk.

ery, injury or death.
