DESCRIPTION
This document illustrates how to replace the Temperature Sensor for models 791 & 891.
* For instruconal purposes, model 791 is shown in photos. Instrucons for model 891 are the same, unless noted otherwise*
TOOLS NEEDED
• #2 Phillips Screwdriver (Stubby
Recommended)
• 6 mm Socket Wrench or Driver
• 7 mm Socket Wrench or Driver
PARTS INCLUDED
• (1) 0027173 - Temperature Sensor

Remove the racks from inside of the unit and then place the
unit on its side. Remove (9) screws and remove the boom
panel.
Note: Both units have 9 screws but the layout is dierent.
Unplug the temperature sensor from the power board
(Note: the temperature sensor is plugged into the slot that’s
labeled CN5)

Flip the unit back into an upright posion. Using the 7
mm socket wrench or driver, remove (2) nuts that hold
the rack holder in place with the unit.
Pull the temperature sensor wires through the hole that
leads to the boom of the unit.

791: Remove (6) screws from the top panel.
891: Remove (7) screws.
Remove the top panel.
Remove (4) screws from the inside-top of
the unit.
Remove (2) nuts holding the blower
motor in place. Remove the blower
motor assembly.

Using the 6 mm socket wrench or driver, remove
(1) nut that holds the temperature sensor in place.
Remove the temperature sensor by pulling the rest of
the wiring through the top hole of the unit.
Using the new sensor, complete all steps in reverse order and
you have successfully replaced your units temperature sensor.
Your unit is now ready for operaon.
