1 Allgemeines
1.1 Bestimmungsgem
äße Verwendung
Die Zusatzbeleuchtung wird zum Ausleuchten
dunkler, staubiger oder verrußter Umgebung wäh-
rend der Inspektion mit dem Kamerasystem Wöh-
ler VIS eingesetzt.
Die Zusatzbeleuchtung 26/40 ist mit dem steck-
baren Wöhler Kamerakopf Ø 26 und 40 mm zu
nutzen. Sie wird zwischen Kamerakopf und Ka-
merastange bzw. Kamerakabel angebracht. Die
Bedienung erfolgt über das Wöhler VIS Videoin-
spektionssystem.
Die Montage der Zusatzbeleuchtung ist auch in
Kombination mit anderem Zuberhör Wöhler VIS
möglich.

1.3 Wichtiger Hinweis
ACHTUNG!
Die Zusatzbeleuchtung ist nur wasserdicht nach
IP 67, wenn sie wie im Folgenden beschrieben mit
der Stange und dem Kamerakopf verbunden ist.
Sie darf keinesfalls ohne Kamerakopf und Stange
mit Wasser gereinigt werden.

3 Montage
•Schrauben Sie den Kamerakopf von der Ka-
merastange ab.

•Stecken Sie den 8-poligen Stecker der Kame-
rastange oder des Kamerakabels in die Buch-
se der Wöhler-Zusatzbeleuchtung.
•
Drehen Sie das Gewindestück an der Kame-
rastange zum Verschließen nach rechts.

•Schieben Sie den Verriegelungsbügel (1) wie
folgt zur Seite:
Zum Entriegeln drücken Sie den Sperrknopf
(2) mit dem Daumen herunter.
Schieben Sie gleichzeitig mit der anderen
Hand den Verriegelungsbügel zur Seite, bis
die Anschlussöffnung für die Anschlussbuchse
des Kamerakopfes (3) frei ist.
WARNUNG!
Schieben Sie den Bügel vorsichtig, damit Sie sich
nicht die Finger klemmen.
•Stecken Sie den Anschluss des Kamerakop-
fes auf den Stecker der Zusatzbeleuchtung
und drehen Sie, bis die Pole einrasten.

•Sichern Sie die Verbindung mit dem Verriege-
lungsbügel:
Stellen Sie den Verriegelungsbügel senkrecht,
so dass der Sperrknopf einrastet.

Die Zusatzbeleuchtung 26/40 kann zusammen mit
weiterem Wöhler VIS Zubehör genutzt werden.
Über das Innengewinde an der schwarzen Seite
der Zusatzbeleuchtung können zum Beispiel die
Stabilisierungshülse (Artikel 3590) und/oder das
Erweiterungselement (Artikel 3853) angeschra
ubt
werden.
4 Ein-/Ausschalten der Zusatzbeleuchtung
mit der Wöhler VIS 3XX
Die Zusatzbeleuchtung schaltet sich automatisch
ein, sobald das Kamerasystem eingeschaltet wird.
Verfügt Ihr Kamerasystem über eine Shifttaste
können Sie die Beleuchtung darüber steuern.
•
Drücken Sie dazu die Shifttaste und die Be-
leuchtungstaste:
•
1 x Drücken : LEDs von Kamerakopf und
Zusatzbeleuchtung sind ausgeschaltet.
•
2 x Drücken: Die LEDs des Kamerakopfes
leuchten auf der niedrigsten Stufe, Zusatzbe-
leuchtung eingeschaltet.
•
3 x Drücken: Die LEDs des Kamerakopfes
leuchten auf der mittleren Stufe, Zusatzbe-
leuchtung ausgeschaltet.
•
4 x Drücken: Ausgangsposition – hellste Stufe
Kamerakopf und Zusatzbeleuchtung einge-
schaltet.

•Navigieren Sie zum Menü-Icon „Hellig-
keit“.
HINWEIS!
Das Helligkeits-Menü ist nur aktiv, wenn der Ka-
merakopf Ø 40 mm angeschlossen ist.
Im Helligkeitsmenü lässt sich die Beleuch-
tungsstärke der LEDs des Kamerakopfes in
vier Stufen regulieren. (In der untersten Stufe
sind die LEDs komplett ausgeschaltet. )

Unten im Display wird eine Schiebeleiste
eingeblendet.
•
Verringern oder erhöhen Sie die Helligkeit
der LEDs mit den Rechts-/Linkspfeilen.
•
Tippen Sie in der höchsten Stufe ein
weiteres Mal auf den Rechtspfeil, um
die Zusatzbeleuchtung einzuschalten
und auf den Linkspfeil, um sie wieder
auszuschalten.

den wesentlichen Schutzanforderungen entsprechen, die in den Richtlinien des Rates
zur Angleichung der Rechtsvorschriften der Mitgliedstaaten über die elektromagneti-
sche Verträglichkeit (2014/30/EU) und über die Niederspannung (2014/35/EU) festge-
legt sind.
Zur Beurteilung des Produkts hinsichtlich der elektromagnetischen Verträglichkeit wur-
den folgende Normen herange
zogen:

7 Garantie und Service
7.1 Garantie
Jede Zusatzbeleuchtung 26/40 wird im Werk in
allen Funktionen geprüft und verlässt unser Werk
erst nach einer ausführlichen Qualitätskontrolle.
Bei sachgemäßem Gebrauch beträgt die Garan-
tiezeit auf die Zusatzbeleuchtung 26/40 zwölf Mo-
nate ab Verkaufsdatum
Die Kosten für den Transport und die Verpackung
des Monitors im Reparaturfall von dieser Garantie
nicht abgedeckt.
Diese Garantie erlischt, wenn Reparaturen und
Abänderungen von dritter, nicht autorisierter Stelle
an dem Gerät vorgenommen wurden.
7.2 Service
Der SERVICE wird bei uns sehr groß geschrie-
ben. Deshalb sind wir auch selbstverständlich
nach der Garantiezeit für Sie da.
•
Sie schicken den Monitor zu uns, wir reparie-
ren ihn innerhalb weniger Tage und schicken
ihn Ihnen mit unserem Paketdienst zurück.
•

1 General Information
1.1 Intended Use
The Supplementary Light is used for the illumina-
tion of a dark, dusty or sooted environment during
the inspection with the cam
era system Wöhler VIS.
The Wöhler Supplementary Light 26/40 is used
with the detachable camera head Ø 26 and
40mm.
It has to be installed between the camera
head and rod. It will be switched on and off with the
keys of the camera system.

ATTENTION!
The Supplementary Light is only waterproof (IP
67) when the camera head and the rod are con-
nected. Never cle
an the Supplementary Light with
water, when the camera head and rod are not
connected.

3 Assembly
•Remove the camera head from the rod. .

•Plug the male connector (8 poles) to the fe-
male connector of the Supplementary Light.
•
Turn the thread clockwise for closing the
screw connection tightly for a waterproof con-
nection.

•Push the locking clip to the side: Unlock the
clip by pressing the button with the thumb and
pushing the clip with the other hand until the
opening for the camera head is free.
WARNING!
Push the clamp carefully, so that you do not jam
your fingers.
•Plug the camera head on the male connector
of the Supplementary Light, so that the poles
click into place.

•Secure supplementary light with the clamp.
Set the clamp vertically so that the button
snaps into place.

The Supplementary light 26/40 can be used to-
gether with other Wö
hler VIS accessories.
4 Switching the Supplementary Light on and off with the
Wöhler VIS 3xx
The Supplementary Light will automatically be
switched on, when the camera system is switched
on.
If your camera system has a shift-key, it is possi-
ble to switch the light on and off with the keys of
the camera system.
•
Press the Shift key and the illumination key:
Press 1 x: LEDs of camera head and supple-
mentary light switched off.
Press 2 x: LEDs of camera head shine on the
lowest level, supplementary light switched on.
Press 3 x: LEDs of camera head shine on the
middle level, supplementary light switched off.
Press 4 x: Initial Situation – highest illumina-
tion level: LEDs of camera head and supple-
mentary light switched on.

•Go to the Brightness menu icon.
HINWEIS!
Das Helligkeits-Menü ist nur aktiv, wenn der Ka-
merakopf Ø 40 mm angeschlossen ist.
In the Brightness menu it is possible to regu-
late the light intensity of the camera head
LEDs. In the lowest level, the LEDs are com-
pletely switched off.

A sliding bar appears at the bottom of the
display.
•
Decrease or increase the brightness of
the LEDs with the right/left arrows.
•
At the highest level, tap the right arrow
once more to switch on the additional
lighting and the left arrow to switch it
off again.

7 Warranty and Service
7.1 Warranty
Each Supplementary Light 26/40 will be tested in all
functions and will leave our factory only after exten-
sive quality control testing.
If used properly, the warranty period for the Sup
-
plementary Light 26/40 will be twelve month from
the date of sale.
This
warranty does not cover the freight and pack-
ing costs when the device is sent to the factory for
repair.
Service by non authorized personnel or making
modifications to the analyzer voids any warranty.
7.2 Service
Wöhler has built our reputation on excellence in
customer service. Therefore, of course, we are
readily available to assist you after the warranty
period ends.

Send us the device and we will repair it and
return it to you with our package service.
•
Immediate help is provided by our technical
staff over the telephone.

1.1 Utilisation

L'éclairage LED additionnel est destiné à l'illumi-
nation d'un environnent sombre ou encrassé de
suie pendant l'inspection avec la caméra Wöhler
VIS.
L'éclairage LED additionnel 26/40 s'utilise avec
la
tête de caméra détachable Wöhler Ø 26 et 40
mm . Il est installé entre la tête de caméra et le tige
ou câble de caméra. Il est allumé et étendu avec
les touches du système de caméra Wöhler VIS.
Il est possible d'installer l'éclairage LED addition
-
nel
avec autres accessoires Wöhler VIS.

ATTENTION!
L'éclairage LED est seulement étanche avec la
tête de caméra et la tige connectées. Il ne faut
pas nettoyer l’éclairage avec de l’eau quand la
tête de caméra et la tige ne sont pas connectées

•Dévissez la tête de caméra de la tige ou du
câble.

•Branchez la prise d'accouplement de l'éclai-
rage additionnel dans le connecteur mâle de
la tige ou du câble.
•
Puis vissez à droite la pièce filetée située
contre la tige ou le câble pour verrouiller la
jonction.

•Poussez á côté le verrouillage de la manière
suivante: Appuyez le bouton (2) avec le
pouce. En même temps, poussez le verrouil-
lage avec l'autre main, jusqu'à ce que l'orifice
pour le raccordement de la tête de caméra (3)
soit libre.
DANGER!
Veillez à ne pas vous coincer les doigts
•Branchez la prise d'accouplement de la tête
de caméra dans le connecteur mâle de l'éclai-
rage additionnel.

•Assurez le raccordement avec le verrouillage:
Mettez le verrouillage en position droite, ainsi
que le bouton encliquette.
