In the beginning, there was
Wolfgang Puck. There were
cooks and there were kitchens
and there were people eating
food, but the world had never
seen anything like Spago—
with its California cuisine, its
casual elegance, and its chef
whose genuine warmth and
love of craft redefined the
dining experience. And they
came—from LA and from
everywhere—to experience
the future. Wolfgang Puck
shaped the modern culinary
landscape: he was the first
celebrity chef, the inventor
of fusion cuisine, the first in
farm-to-table. His work is
inspired by California living,
and an insistence on only the
freshest ingredients. From
his legendary fine dining icons, his entrepreneurial spirit has built
an empire—from dining, to catering, to products for the home—
touching the lives of millions around the globe. Today, as always,
Chef Puck is earnestly, restlessly, tirelessly at work behind the scenes
inventing what’s next. He is driven by a genuine love of his craft, a
passion for what’s possible, and its potential to change the world.

Know Your Citrus Juicer Using Your Citrus Juicer
1 Place Housing on a level surface.
2 Insert Spindle into the receptacle on top
of the Housing then place Juice Container
over the Spindle, aligning the Spout with the
opening of the Housing (Figure 1).
3 Place the Strainer into the Juice Container
then fit the Strainer with the Cone(s).
Note: The Large Cone and Small Cone snap
together. The Small Cone can be used by
itself. In order to use the Large Cone, it
must be snapped together with the Small
Cone (Figure 3).
4 To juice into a cup or other suitable container,
place it under the Spout and ensure that
the Spout is in the DOWN (Open) position.
To juice directly into the Juice Container,
ensure that the Spout is in the UP (Closed)
position.
5 Plug the Citrus Juicer into the wall outlet.
6 Wash fruit to be juiced then slice it in half.
7 While holding the Housing with one hand,
use the other hand to press the center of the
cut side of the fruit onto the center of the
Cone to activate the Citrus Juicer.
8 The Citrus Juicer comes with an automatic
reversing motor to extract more juice from
the fruit. Simply stop applying pressure
when juicing, then press down a second time
to reverse the direction. Repeat as many
times as needed.
9 Release pressure to stop the juicing process.

Care & Cleaning
Always unplug the Citrus Juicer prior to cleaning. Clean the Citrus Juicer
immediately after each use to prevent food from becoming stuck on any
part.
Lid, Cones, Spindle, Strainer and Juice Container
Remove the Lid, Cones, Spindle, Strainer and Juice Container from the
Housing.
Wash in warm, soapy water using a sponge or cleaning cloth. Rinse and dry
thoroughly.
Alternatively, you can place the Lid, Cones (disassembled), Spindle, Strainer
and Juice Container in the top rack of the dishwasher. Ensure that the Spout
on the Juice Container is in the DOWN (Open) position when cleaning.
Housing, Cord and Plug
To clean, simply wipe with a damp cloth then dry thoroughly. Do not
immerse Housing, Cord or Plug in water or any other liquid.
NOTE:
Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads to clean the Citrus Juicer as
these items may scratch or damage the surface.
Store the Citrus Juicer fully assembled with the Lid on top in an upright
position in a dry and clean place. Store out of the reach of children.
Any other servicing should be performed by an authorized service
representative.
Juicing Tips
1 Do not put excessive pressure on the Cone(s). If the motor starts
getting louder or the speed of the motor decreases significantly, there
is too much pressure being exerted.
2 Do not exceed 3 minutes of continuous juicing to prevent overheating
of the motor.
3 Always hold the Housing while juicing.
4 Always wash fruit before juicing to remove any contaminants.
5 Juicing fruit that is at room temperature will result in more juice
extraction compared to juicing refrigerated fruit.
6 Always choose fruit that is firm not soft to obtain a higher juice yield.
7 The two Cone sizes allow you to juice a wide veriety of citrus fruits. Use
the Large Cone for larger size fruits such as oranges or grapefruit. Use
the Small Cone for smaller fruits such as lemons or limes.
8 The Lid can also be used as a cutting board to slice your citrus fruit to
be juiced.
Cord Storage
To store the Power Cord, wrap it around the Cord Wrap Storage located
on the bot tom of the Housing.
