General information
Reading and storing the assembly instructions
These assembly instructions accompany this tool chest and rolling tool
cabinet (hereafter referred to as the “cabinet”), and contain important
information on setup and handling.
Before using the cabinet, read the assembly instructions carefully. This
particularly applies to the safety instructions. Failure to do so may result in personal
injury or damage to the cabinet.
Store the assembly instructions for further use. Make sure to include these assembly
instructions when passing the cabinet on to third parties.
Proper use
The cabinet is exclusively designed for storing tools and supplies with a maximum
load of 61.37 kg. It is only intended for private use and not suitable for commercial
purposes.
Only use the cabinet as described in these assembly instructions. Any other use is
considered improper and may result in damage to property or persons.
The manufacturer or vendor cannot be held liable for damages or injury incurred
through improper or incorrect use.
Explanation of symbols
The following symbols and signal words are used in these assembly instructions, on

General safety instructions
WARNING!
Risk of injury!
If the cabinet is assembled and/or used when a fault has occurred,
it may cause personal injury.
− Do not exceed the total loading capacity of 61.37 kg. The
cabinet is not designed to accommodate weight other than
standard loads of storage. Refer to the chapter “Technical data”
for the maximum load-bearing capacity of each part.
− Do not use the cabinet if there is any visible damage or any
parts are defective.
− It is suggested that at least two competent people assemble the
cabinet to make assembly easier and avoid injury.
− The cabinet may only be used with adult supervision and must
not be used as a toy.
− Never store the cabinet such that there is a risk of it falling
over, or falling from an elevated position.
− Do not use the cabinet as a climbing aid or tread, otherwise it
could become imbalanced and tip over.
− Only set up the cabinet on flat and level surfaces; otherwise,
there is a risk of unintended rolling and injury.

Safety
9
− Do not alter the cabinet in any manner such as welding
external bars or attaching electrical equipment to the cabinet.
− Close all doors and drawers before moving the cabinet. The
doors or drawers may open and make the cabinet unstable.
− Always lock the casters after the cabinet has been moved to
the desired location to prevent the cabinet from rolling.
− Keep children away during the assembly of the cabinet. Small
parts may cause choking if swallowed or inhaled.
− Make sure that children do not play with the plastic wrapping.
They may get caught in it when playing and suffocate.
NOTICE!
Risk of damage!
Improperhandlingofthe cabinetmay result indamagetothecabinet.
− All individual parts must be properly assembled before using
the cabinet.
− Install the cabinet on an easily accessible, level, dry and
sufficiently stable surface.
− Only use the cabinet indoors. Do not use it in damp rooms or in
the rain or outdoors.
− Never expose the cabinet to high temperatures (heaters etc.)
or to the effects of the weather (rain etc.).
− Never attempt to clean the cabinet by immersing it in water
and do not use a steam cleaner to clean it. Otherwise, you
could damage the cabinet.

Checking the cabinet and package contents
NOTICE!
Risk of damage!
If you are not cautious when opening the packaging with a sharp
knife or other pointed object, you may quickly damage the product.
− For this reason, be very careful when opening it.
The chest is packed in a carton box inside the base cabinet and
the individual parts are stored in the drawers for easy delivery.
1. Take the base cabinet 2out of the packaging.
2. Remove the four sets of M6 nuts 3, M6 bolts (14 mm) 4and M6 washers 5
from the base cabinet with a 12 mm wrench 20 .
Save the removed bolts, washers and nuts for the cabinet assembly.
3. Lift off the base cabinet to remove the chest 1inside (see Fig. B). Take the chest
out of the packaging.
4. Check to make sure that all parts are included (see Fig. A).
5. Check whether any of the individual parts are damaged. If this is the case, do not
assemble the cabinet. Contact the manufacturer via the service address indicated
on the warranty card.
Basic cleaning
1. Remove the packaging material and all plastic wrappings.
2. Clean all parts of the cabinet before first use as described in the chapter “Cleaning
and maintenance”.
Assembly
− Begin the assembly of the cabinet close to the intended use location.
− A 12 mm wrench 20 and a cross-head screwdriver 21 (not
provided) are required for the assembly.
− During the assembly make sure that all screws and nuts are
initially loosely fastened and only fully tighten all screws and nuts
when the assembly is completed.

Assembly
11
1. Place the chest 1and base cabinet 2upside down so that their bottom sides
are facing upwards.
2. Remove the four cross-head screws 15 on the bottom panel of the chest and
discard (see Fig. C).
3. Take out the bottom panel and fit it onto the bottom of the base cabinet. Further
secure it with two sets of M6 nuts 3, M6 bolts (14 mm) 4, M6 washers 5and
round washers 14 at the rear (see Fig. D).
4. Line up the holes on the swivel casters 6and casters with brake 7with the
holes at the bottom corners. Secure the casters to the base panel and the bottom
of the base cabinet with four sets of M6 nuts, M6 bolts (14 mm) and M6 washers
(see Fig. E).
5. Stick the anti-scratch stickers 17 on the bottom of the chest (see Fig. F).
6. Place the chest on the base cabinet.
7. Align the brackets 10 with the screw holes of the chest and base cabinet and
secure each of them with two sets of screws 8and M6 washers (see Fig. G).
8. Insert the handle 16 into the holes on the side of the base cabinet and further
secure it with four sets of M6 bolts (16 mm) 13 and M6 washers (see Fig. H).
The cabinet is now assembled.
Wall anchor
− To prevent the cabinet from tipping over, it is recommended to
secure the cabinet to a wall.
− A screwdriver 21 and an electric drill 22 are required for securing
the cabinet to a wall.
− Ensure that the positions where the drill holes are to be made are
free from pipes and other obstructions.
− It is suggested to mount the L-shaped bracket to a wall stud. If you
are mounting to a different wall type, consult your hardware store
for advice on the appropriate fixings to use.
1. Attach an L-shaped bracket 9to the side of the base cabinet with
a screw (12 mm) 8. Repeat on the other side (see Fig. I).
2. Attach the other end of the L-shaped bracket to the wall stud with
a wood screw (38 mm) 12 (see Fig. I). Repeat on the other side.
− For a different wall type, wall anchor 11 should be utilized. Drill the holes on the
wall aligning with the screw holes of the L-shaped bracket and place the wall
anchor inside the holes for securing the L-shaped bracket to the wall.
The cabinet is now mounted to the wall. Check the tightness of all connections before
use.

− The top tray can be locked with the provided keys 19 .
− The drawers of the chest can be locked by using the provided lock bar 18 .
To lock the drawers, insert the lock bar into the middle hole in the top

overload them (see chapter “Technical data”).

with bifold doors, and store small tools in the top compartment.
