801 intercom systems is composed by building gate station, user door phone, PC and other
equipments, which is based on TCP/IP. The system is with the technology of multichannel, every
channel can work independently.

Installation
1. Do not install the stations in any of the location with waterdrop, high temperature and dust.
2.We suggest the installation height to be 145 cm above floor.
3. Be sure to cut off the power during installation.
4. Using wiring tube to avoid signal interference. Leave the terminals outside the tube for
maintenance.
5. Make sure wires are connected properly before plugging in power supply.
6.When it is energized, cut off power at once if there is any problem.
7. If the system is found of any malfunction, please cut off the power and inspect according to
the Trouble Shooting. If it is unable to find the causes, please contact the sales agent or the
manufacturer's after-sales service department. Do not repair or replace the parts by
yourself, otherwise the system may be damaged.

1. Make a hole at the height of 145cm and make sure it's fit for the bottom case. (Figure 1)
2. Insert the wires through the wiring hole,and fix the bottom case into the hole ,embed cement.(Figure 2)
3. Fix the bottom case wit h2 screws and leave screws outside about 5mm.(Figure 3)
4.Connect the wires,then fix the door phone with four screws.(Figure 4)

This door phone is operated by touching. It will boot normally after 30s when it is energized.
Touch the screen when screen turns off or in screen saver to enter the interface.
There are 6 icons: Intercom, Alarm, Service, Info, Settings and Media on homepage.
Touch” “ can turn off the screen, it will be in screen saver or shut down if there is no operation after
3 mins.
Settings
After connected door phone, should configure parameters before using. Press” “,the screen shows:
Project settings: Set network parameters, Room NO.,software upgrade etc.
This item just for technician to use. Tenant can not modify to avoid normal use.

Basic settings:Set time,volume,ring,delay settings and other functions,as follows:
1.Time:Set date and time
Touch"Year”:
Input the year, then click ”OK” to confirm.
Set other date or time in same way.
Press"←" to back to previous interface after all settings are finished.
Note:①.During this process, press ”BSpace” can delete former character, press ”Clear” to clear all
characters.

In network system, touch"Time Adjustment"to synchronize the time of door phone with Guard
Center.
2.Sound: Set volume of ring tone,speaking and alarm.
Each volume with 5 levels,touch slide block to adjust volume.
After finished adjustment,press"←"to confirm and return.
3.Ring:Set ring tone of Guard Center,Entrance Station,Gate Station,Door Station,alarm and message
Door phone provide many kinds of ring tones,tenant can set different ring tones for different
positions to recognize.
Select one entrance,such as"Guard Center",the screen shows:

Select the ring tone(" " means selected),press"Play"to play selected ring tone,Press"Stop"can
stop playing.Press "OK" to confirm and set selected ring tone as incoming ring.
Press" "and " " to turn the page where there are many ring tones.
Press"←" to confirm and return after finished.
4.Appendix Function:Set sanpashot,screen saver ,key tone and language of door phone.
Select function you want,” ” means enable, ” ” means disable.
Press"←" to save and return to previous menu after finished.
When snapshot function is on,Gate Station is calling door phone,it will automatic take a photo at the
entrance after 5s and save in the device.When front door station is calling door phone,it will automatic
take a photo at the entrance after 5s,save in device and report to Guard Center.
When key tone is on,there will be accompanying sound each time touch the screen.
When screen saver is on,door phone will enter screen protection status automatically when standby.
Touch language can switch between Chinese and English.
5.Delay Settings:Set ring time,arm delay time,report delay time and alarm ring time.

Input setting time, and press”OK” means set successfully.
Ring duration: Set ring duration of door phone when calling. If ring time more than 35s,it will provide 20s
message function at the entrance.
Alarm delay: Set the time from start arming door phone to armed door phone successfully.
Upload delay: Set the time from door phone was triggered to report to Guard Center.
Alarm duration: Set alarm duration after door phone was triggered.
System Info: Check IP address of device, room NO.,software version etc.

Set up alarm zone and arm & disarm alarm zone.
There are two lines of indicator lights show on the behind of the main interface.Black means alarm zones
disabled, green means unarm, yellow means armed, red means there is a alarm.
Press” “ ,the screen shows:
Alarm Setting:Enable alarm zone before set. Touch “Alarm Setting” and input password(Original
password is “88888888") and press ”OK” to confirm,then enter following interface:
Select function you want,” ” means enable, ” ” means disable. Press”OK” to confirm and save.
Press"←" to save and return to previous menu.

Old password: Input previous password(Original password is”88888888"),press”OK”to confirm.
New password:Input a new 8-digit password, press ”OK” to confirm.
Confirm password: Input the new 8-digit password again. press ”OK” to confirm.
Press"OK"to confirm after all are finished. Door phone prompt"Modify successfully",it means
new password is available.
Arm:Arm the enabled zone.Touch"Arm",the screen shows:alarm
Select zones you want to arm(” “ means selected),then press ”OK” to confirm. Door phone start to
arm and “Du Du” sound can be heard. After reach the time of arm delay, it would arm successfully.

Note: ①.Can not arm the disabled alarm zone.
②.If Zone 1 and Zone 2 are enabled, they will stay in arming status at long-term.
Disarm(No alarm): Disarm all armed alarm zones. Touch"Disarm",the screen shows:
Please input password, if tenant input correct password, the screen will return to previous interface,it
means disarmed.
①.Tenant can disarm armed zone while unlock by password or card which has been registered.alarm
Alarm record: Record arm/disarm and trigger zone. As follows:alarm
Door phone can record 200 alarm records,it will delete if exceed 200.

Touch"Call Center”,the screen display call interface, it will cut off automatically if there is no answer in
30s.If answer in 30s,the conversation time is 120s.The tenant could delegate Guard Center to execute
the service during the conversation. Press” “ can hand up while calling or talking.

Select the entrance to open monitor window to monitor the entrance for 30s,press” “ to end monitor.
Lift: When connecting with lift, press" " to call lift.

Service:
Set divert on & No-disturb functions, if services are available ,ask for maintenance and check fee.
Press“ ”,the screen shows:
1.Divert: Turn on/off the service, or set the time.
Touch"Divert on",the screen shows:
a>.On/Off: Turn on/off the service.
b>.Hours: Set the divert hours.
c>. Minutes:Set the divert minutes.
Press"←" to save and return after finished setting.
When divert is on, there is a call from door station, in the set time, the call will be diverted to center
until tenant cancel the divert.
2.No-disturb: Turn on/off the service, or set the time.

1.Message:Check message from center.Touch”Message”,the screen shows:
Click the item you need to check(The selected one would be light blue),click one more time to open the
message.
Door phone can save latest 200 messages, press” ” to delete all selected messages,press ” “
to turn pages.
When there is a unread message,status indicator light keeps on,and text icon on the bottom-right will
be lighted up.If there is a “new” in front of item,which means new message.
