Function explanation

5Call the lift
1 Door phone sign and function explanation：
2 Intercom and unlock：
①When Gate Station,Sub Gate Station or Entrance Station is calling,
door phone rings,and the screen of door phone is on to look the visitor.If
the sysytem with image storage function,calling over 20s and there is no
one answer , door phone will snap a photo automatically at that time,and
mark the words “Building gate”on the photos taken from Gate Station
and Sub Gate Station, mark the words“Community gate”on the photos
taken from Entrance Station ,it will hang up if no one answer in 30s.
The tenant press “ ” to talkwith the visitor in 30s,the conversation last
about 60s. Press “ ” to unlock, press“ ” to unlock, it will hang up
after 5s.
②.When Guard Center is calling,door phone rings,but nothing on
the screen. The tenant press “ ” to talk with Center in 30s,theconver-
sation last about 60s.
③Press“ ”to call Guard Center, if there is a ringback tone,it is conn-
ecting status,it will hang up automatically after 30s,if the center pick up
in 30s , the tenant could talk with the Center, the conversation last 60s
④.When door phone is connecting Guard Center, it can apply to
be divert on and leave a message.
Then when the vistor calls the tenant,the system will switch the
call to Guard Center, Guard Center tells the message to the vistor,
until the tenant calls Guard Center to cancel divert on.
⑤.The tenant could press“ ” to hang up while calling or talking.
4 Read the message or see the photos：
①When there is new message or photo,indicator light continuous
red light , the tenant press “ ” to read the message and ”Di” can be
heard . The time for reading is about 10s，just read once.Press “ ”
and hear busy tone，it means busy line,check later.
②When the system with image storage,the tenant have 1 6 pieces
（photos、private SMS）storage and share 16 pieces public SMS.
The tenant long press“ ”for 3s to check earlier message and
photos , the order is (continuous press“ ”): unread public message
→ unread private photo and message → read photo and message.
5 Monitor：
①.When standby ,there is no message , press “ ”,the screen is on
and display the scene at the building Gate Station,the max time is 10s ,
press the second time to shut down the monitor function . If press “ ” and
hear busy tone means busy line , monitor later.
②.The screen will be off after 10s without any operation.
6 Emergency alarm：
①.Press “ ” send the alarm to Control Center in any status.
②.When door phone with external alarm switch,press the switch
to alarm.
7 Arm zone：
There are several groups select sockets with alarm on the back of
door phone , these sockets should be proper selected according to con-
nection:the pin without connecting alarm sensor should be plugged short .

block,or it will alarm all the time.The pin with connecting alarm sensor
should be unplugged short block,or can not deal with the alarm in time.
Among the alarm sensors,some of them are open circuit alarm NC
type（control touch spots normally-closed when no alarm,control touch
spots are disconnected）,some are short circuit alarm NO type（control
touch spots normally-open when no alarm , control touch spots are
connecting when there is a alarm), when the alarm is NC type,should
connect touch spots of sensors with -2.2K resistance in series(figure1).
When the alarm is NO type , should connect touch spots of sensors with
-2.2K resistance in parallel(figure 2).When connecting resistance,should
connect terminal of touch spots which is near sensor,it can make the sensor
alarm when the sensor of door phone is forced to remove . Ports of each
group sensor can connect with multiple same sensors to minitor multiple
places,method is: NC type sensor alarm touch spots are connected in
series（figure 3）,NO type sensor alarm touch spots are connected in
parallel（figure 4). No matter how many sensors are connected in same
group,just need one to be added resistance.
Please note the total current of connected alarm sensors can not more
than 100mA,you have to add another power supply if more than 100mA.
①.Arm:
a.part of arm zone arm: When standby, press” ”and “Didi”can be
heard.You must input the number which represents arm zone within 3s after
tone: 1-Fire 2-Gas 3 - R4-Door Contact 5 8 -" ", " ", " I", " ", ～ Custom-Zone.
If “DIDI” can be heard twice after finishing inputing numbers and the
corresponding arm zone flashing red, it means correct.
It enters the arm status when 1-8 zones indicator lights flash
There are about 100s to arm in 3 and 4 zones, and corresponding indicator
lights flash(quickly) and “DIDI” sounds.Then the sounds die away and lights .

continue flashing(slowly) after 100s(The tenant must leave and close
door and windows in 100s before enter arm status ,or it will cause IR
alarm and door contact alarm).
If long tone can be heard after finished input numbers, it means fail
needs operating again.
b.Arm all: Press ” ”more than 3s，release the key after"DiDi"sound
it means arming all arm zones.
②Disarm（no alarm) :
a.The tenant can disarm through door phone, Gate Station and
Guard Center.
oor phone disarm b.D：When standby, press“ ”,input the disarm
password within 3s,if correct,“DI Di”can be heard twice, it means disarm
successfully.
：The tenant iuput private unlock password, c.Gate Station disarm
if correct,the door will open and be disarmed. Unlocked by IC/ID card(IC/
ID card must be registered by Guard Center),it will unlock and disarm.
d.Guard Center disarm：he tenant can call Guard Center and T
disarm through Control Center.
③Modify disarm password：
a.When modify disarm password ,it must operate under the standby
and unarmed status.Press“1”,then press“ ”,input the previous
password within 3s after "DIDI" sounds（first time to input the original
password"12341234"),after finished inputing,if "DIDI" can be heard,it
means correct,input mew 8 digital passwords within 3s.If correct, " DIDI"

,
can be heard twice,it means modify successfully,or long tone can be heard,
it means failing to modify, needs starting again.
b.If forgeting password of door phone, the tenant could restore
originalpassword“12341234”.
④Alarm processing：
a. When cause the alarm,door phone will ring about 5 mins,press “ ”
to shut down alarm.If Control Center process alarm,the door phone
will not alarm befor disarm.After the tenant press“ ” ，then input
password to cancel the alarm.If Control Center doesn’t process alarm,
the door phone will alarm every other 30-40s（Fire、Gas will not alarm
after alarmed 3 times.)
b. Fire(fire alarm),Gas（uncondition check、alarm immediately）
Fire and Gas could alarm under the armed or disarmed status.It will
alarm immediately whenever there are alarms, and send the alarm to
Guard Center.
c.IR and Door contact（delayed check,delayed alarm）
After armed，not process alarm. After checking alarm, it doesn’t
disarm within 40s,it will alarm on-the-spot and send the alarm to Guard
Center.
d.Arm zone5 and Arm zone6（check immediately,delayed alarm）
Check the alarm immediately after arming,if find the alarm,alarm
on-the-spot.If not disarm within 40s,it will send the alarm to Guard Center.
e.Arm zone 7 and Arm zone 8(check immediately,alarm immediately）
Check the alarm immediately after armed,if find the alarm, alarm on
-the-spot and send the alarm to Control Center.
Note: 1>.Door phone allows several arm zones to alarm, indicator LED
lights of all alarms will be continuous red light,and send the alarm to Guard
Center within the given time.
2>. When sensor loop is forced to short circuit or open circuit,
door phone will start beeping and send the alarm to Control Center.
8 Setting polyphonic ringtones
①.Setting polyphonic ringtones must under standby and unarmed
status,press“3" ,then press “ ”, release two keys at the same time,
input 1 digit an call object number according to Table 1 within 15s after
“Di Di”can be heard twice,then input 2 digit ringtone numbers according to
Table 2.After finished,if “DI Di”can be heard,it means setting successfully,
or restart.

For example：setting the ringtone of Control Center as“Song 8”,
input the number 124.If setting the ringtone of Gate Station as"song10"
input the number 332.

9 Muted（Anti-disturb）setting：
①.Under standby and unarmed status，press“4”,then press" " ,
release two keys at the same time,finished setting after“Di Di”can be heard
twice.When the visitors call ,door phone will be quiet, anti-disturb function
works.
②.Press“ ”to cancel anti-disturb status at any time.
10 Conversation volume setting：
The tenant can adjust conversation volume, default ringtoneis“1”.
Under standby and unarmed status，press“q”,then press“ ",
release two keys at the same time, press number key “1”to “4"to adjust
volume after“DiDi”can be heard.
“1”is the minimum volume,"4”is the maximum volume. After pressing num-
ber key,“Di Di”can be heard twice,it means setting succesfully,or failed,
need to restart. Nothing to input within 3s,it will exit with long tone.
11 Other Description：
①In the case of system connect with lift,press “ ”to call the lift.
In the case of system connect with lift, when the vistors call the ②
tenantwhen the tenant unlock,the lift will arrive the place of the visitors,
after the visitors get into the lift,the lift will arrive the floor of the tenant
automatically.
③.Door phone could be external connected assignment switch of
doorbell through the socket at the bottom. When press external doorbell
switch,door phone rings one time.
④The knob at the lower of door phone can adjust chroma of the screen.
⑤If the system contain Guard Station,door phone can not be diverted on；
when door phone call Control Center ,it will call to Guard Station,when
door phone alarms,it will send the alarm to Guard Station and Guard Center
at the same time.
