5Call the lift
1 Door phone sign and function explanation：
2 Intercom and unlock：
①When Gate Station,Sub Gate Station or Entrance Station is calling,
door phone rings,and the screen of door phone is on to look the visitor.If
the sysytem with image storage function,calling over 20s and there is no
one answer , door phone will snap a photo automatically at that time,and
mark the words “Building gate”on the photos taken from Gate Station
and Sub Gate Station, mark the words“Community gate”on the photos
taken from Entrance Station ,it will hang up if no one answer in 30s.
The tenant press “ ” to talkwith the visitor in 30s,the conversation last
about 60s. Press “ ” to unlock, press“ ” to unlock, it will hang up
after 5s.
②.When Guard Center is calling,door phone rings,but nothing on
the screen. The tenant press “ ” to talk with Center in 30s,theconver-
sation last about 60s.
③Press“ ”to call Guard Center, if there is a ringback tone,it is conn-
ecting status,it will hang up automatically after 30s,if the center pick up
in 30s , the tenant could talk with the Center, the conversation last 60s
④.When door phone is connecting Guard Center, it can apply to
be divert on and leave a message.
Then when the vistor calls the tenant,the system will switch the
call to Guard Center, Guard Center tells the message to the vistor,
until the tenant calls Guard Center to cancel divert on.
⑤.The tenant could press“ ” to hang up while calling or talking.
4 Read the message or see the photos：
①When there is new message or photo,indicator light continuous
red light , the tenant press “ ” to read the message and ”Di” can be
heard . The time for reading is about 10s，just read once.Press “ ”
and hear busy tone，it means busy line,check later.
②When the system with image storage,the tenant have 1 6 pieces
（photos、private SMS）storage and share 16 pieces public SMS.
The tenant long press“ ”for 3s to check earlier message and
photos , the order is (continuous press“ ”): unread public message
→ unread private photo and message → read photo and message.
5 Monitor：
①.When standby ,there is no message , press “ ”,the screen is on
and display the scene at the building Gate Station,the max time is 10s ,
press the second time to shut down the monitor function . If press “ ” and
hear busy tone means busy line , monitor later.
②.The screen will be off after 10s without any operation.
6 Emergency alarm：
①.Press “ ” send the alarm to Control Center in any status.
②.When door phone with external alarm switch,press the switch
to alarm.
7 Arm zone：
There are several groups select sockets with alarm on the back of
door phone , these sockets should be proper selected according to con-
nection:the pin without connecting alarm sensor should be plugged short .
