Installation Steps
Step 1: Separate [Base of Main Body] & [Base of Magnetic
Part] from their respective main body as per below illustration.

Step 2:
Option 1: Fix [Base of Main Body] on the door frame
or window frame.
[Base of Main Body] is fastened to the right position of
door frame or window frame via 2 pieces of screw.
Similarly, fix [Base of Magnetic Part] on the right position
of door or window via 2 pieces of screw.

Option 2: Stick this product on the proper flat surface by the
equipped PE form tape.Paste PE form tape on the base of
product, and then stick the product in the selected place.
Notes: Before installation, please keep the selected place tidy
and clean.
Step 3: Put 1 * CR2 battery into battery compartment of main
body.

Step 4:
Aim [Main Body] & [Main Body of Magnetic Part] at the
respective card slot of main body to fix them.

Join ZigBee Network
1.Before setting, please make sure the gateway (additional
purchase) works normally. Ensure that power is supplied to
this product, and it is within the effective communication
range of the gateway.

2.Quickly click [Multi-Functional Key] 4 times to apply for
joining ZigBee network, and each click is less than 1s. While
searching networking, [System Indicator] is flashing. After
joining ZigBee network successfully, [System Indicator] is on
2 seconds, and then goes out.

3.Long press [SET Key] 10 seconds. [System Indicator]
flashes 4 times, then goes out to restore to factory setting. The
default setting for factory setting does not join ZigBee network.

User Guide
After setting, user can control the monitor information of this
product by smart mobile terminal. Once door frame or
window frame is illegally open, this product will send alarm
signal to smart mobile terminal so that user can know
all to take corresponding measures.

Cautions
●Please do not install this product in the metal cover and other
fully closed devices. It may result in network signal interrupt
and low performance.
● Take routine tests periodically to find and remove trouble in
case of any alarm for stealing.
●Avoid fall or sever collision for product to for fear of damage
of internal part and impact on working life of product.
● Wipe the dust on the product by soft cloth. Clean by the
corrosive cleansing liquid and other chemical solvent is
forbidden.
●This product should be installed in dry and clean place to
prevent inner component from dampness or other debris.
● Please do not disassemble or refit this product and its
accessories.
●If this product breaks down, non-professional staff shall not
handle it. Send it to local service center for repair, or contact
our customer service staff.
!RISK OF EXPLOSION IF BATTERY IS REPLACED BY AN
INCORRECT TYPE. DISPOSE OF USED BATTERIES
ACCORDING TO THE INSTRUCTIONS.

Trouble Shooting
How to deal with it when failed to join ZigBee network?
Please confirm gateway works normally, and is allowed
to add network, and this product iswithineffective
communication range.

How to handle it when it stays alarming in the early
stage of installation?
Please confirm main body of door contact matches that of
magnetic parts, and size difference is within tolerance.
How to deal with it when this product is not online
displayed on the smart APP?
A1: Please check if it’s accessible to ZigBee network
gateway within?
A2: Please check if sensor is installed in the effective
communication range of gateway? Besides, switch on
smart APP to check power supply. If battery power is low,
please replace battery.
