Gefahrloses Arbeiten mit
diesem Gerät ist nur möglich,
wenn der Benutzer diese
Bedienungsanleitung und die
Sicherheitshinweise vollständig
liest, versteht und die darin
enthaltenen Anweisungen
strikt befolgt.
Das Gerät darf nicht feucht sein und
auch nicht in feuchter Umgebung
betrieben werden.
Vor jeder Benutzung Gerät, Kabel
und Stecker überprüfen. Schäden
nur von einem Fachmann beseitigen
lassen.
Schutzbrille tragen.
Gehörschutz und Staubschutzmaske
tragen.
Schutzhandschuhe und festes
Schuhwerk tragen.
Sicherstellen, dass sich im
Schnittbereich des Gerätes keine
Strom-, Wasser- oder Gasleitungen
benden (z.B. Suche mit Hilfe eines
Metallsuchgerätes).
q  Für ausreichende Belüftung sorgen und nur mit
einem ausreichend dimensionierten und für den
Einsatzzweck geeigneten Absauggerät arbeiten.
q  Bei allen Arbeiten mit dem Gerät muss der
Zusatzhandgri
2 benutzt werden.
q  Gerät nie ohne Schutzhaube
9 betreiben.
q  Nur Diamant-Trennscheiben verwenden, deren
zulässige Drehzahl mindestens so hoch ist wie
die höchste Leerlaufdrehzahl des Gerätes.
q  Diamanttrennscheiben müssen sorgsam nach
Anweisung des Herstellers aufbewahrt und
gehandhabt werden.
q  Die Diamant-Trennscheiben müssen ohne Spiel
zum Stützansch
15 passen. Keine Adapter oder
Reduzierstücke verwenden.
q  Beschädigte, unrunde bzw. vibrierende Diamant-
Trennscheiben nicht weiterverwenden.
q  Vor Gebrauch des Gerätes sicherstellen, dass
die Diamant-Trennscheiben korrekt und nach den
Angaben des Herstellers angebracht sind.
q  Vor Gebrauch das Gerät im Leerlauf mindestens
30 Sekunden in einer sicheren Lage laufen lassen.
Beim Auftreten von beträchtlichen Schwingungen
oder wenn andere Mängel festgestellt werden
das
Gerät sofort außer Betrieb setzen und
Fehlerursache beheben.
q  Beim Arbeiten stets für einen sicheren Stand
sorgen.
o  Kabel immer nach hinten vom Gerät wegführen.
q  Das zu bearbeitende Material muss sicher
befestigt sein.
o  Hände weg von rotierenden Diamant-
Trennscheiben.
o  Nachlaufende Diamant-Trennscheiben nicht
durch seitliches Gegendrücken abbremsen.
q  Sicherstellen, dass beim Gebrauch des Gerätes
entstehende Funken keine Gefahr hervorrufen
(z.B. Verletzen von Personen, entzünden von
entammbaren Substanzen). Gefährdete
Bereiche absichern und geeignetes Löschmittel
bereitstellen.

Bestimmungsgemäßer Gebrauch
Das Gerät ist ausschließlich zum Trennen oder Schlitzen
von überwiegend mineralischen Werkstoen (ohne
Verwendung von Wasser) bestimmt, wie z.B. Stahlbeton,
Mauerwerk und Straßenbeläge.
Für Schäden bei nicht bestimmungsgemäßen Gebrauch
haftet der Benutzer.

Inbetriebnahme
q  Überprüfen Sie vor der Inbetriebnahme des
Gerätes, ob die auf dem Typenschild angegebene
Netzspannung und Netzfrequenz mit den Daten
Ihres Stromnetzes übereinstimmen.
Netzanschluss
Das Gerät verfügt über eine elektronische
Anlaufstrombegrenzung. Es genügt, wenn die
Steckdosen, an die das Gerät angeschlossen wird, mit
einem Leitungsschutzschalter Typ H oder einer inken
Schmelzsicherung abgesichert sind.
Gerät zum Montieren der Diamant-
Trennscheiben vorbereiten (Abb. I)
· Gerät ausschalten und von der
Spannungsversorgung trennen.
· Innensechskantschraube 3 herausschrauben.
· Innensechskantschraube 7 leicht lösen.
· Schutzhaube 9 und den Führungsschuh 10
so einstellen, dass man freien Zugang zur
Antriebswelle des Gerätes zum Befestigen der
Diamant-Trennscheiben hat (
Abb. II ).
Zwei Diamant-Trennscheiben montieren (für
Nutenschnitt, Abb. III)
·
Stützflansch 15 auf die Antriebswelle lagerichtig
(Bund nach außen) aufstecken und verdrehen, bis
dieser arretiert ist.
· Erste Diamant-Trennscheibe auf den
Stützflansch
15 aufstecken. Dabei unbedingt
die
Drehrichtungsangabe auf der Diamant-
Trennscheibe und dem Gerät
beachten!
·
Die zweite Diamant-Trennscheibe und die
Distanzscheiben entsprechend der zu fertigenden
Nutenbreite auf die Spannmutter
11 montieren.
Dabei unbedingt die
Drehrichtungsangabe
auf der Diamant-Trennscheibe und dem Gerät
beachten!
·
Spannmutter 11 mit der Diamant-Trennscheibe und
den Distanzscheiben auf die Antriebswelle des
Gerätes montieren. Dabei die Spannmutter
11 mit
Rechtsdrehungen aufschrauben.
· Arretierknopf 12 eindrücken
· Vordere Diamant-Trennscheibe langsam drehen,
bis der Arretierknopf
12 einrastet.
· Die Spannmutter 11 mit dem mitgelieferten
Zweilochschlüssel festschrauben.
Arretierknopf 12 niemals bei laufendem
Gerät eindrücken; auch nicht im Auslauf
des Gerätes!

Einzelne Diamant-Trennscheibe montieren (für
Einzelschnitt, Abb. IV)
·
Stützflansch 15 auf die Antriebswelle lagerichtig
(Bund nach außen) aufstecken und verdrehen, bis
dieser arretiert ist.
· Diamant-Trennscheibe auf den Stützflansch
15 aufstecken. Dabei unbedingt die
Drehrichtungsangabe auf der Diamant-
Trennscheibe und dem Gerät
beachten!
·
Spannmutter 11 und die Distanzscheiben auf
die Antriebswelle des Gerätes montieren. Dabei
die Spannmutter
11 mit Rechtsdrehungen
aufschrauben.
· Arretierknopf 12 eindrücken
· Diamant-Trennscheibe langsam drehen, bis der
Arretierknopf
12 einrastet.
· Die Spannmutter 11 mit dem mitgelieferten
Zweilochschlüssel festschrauben.
Arretierknopf 12 niemals bei laufendem
Gerät eindrücken; auch nicht im Auslauf
des Gerätes!
Gerät in Betrieb nehmen (Abb. I und II)
Nach der Montage der Diamant-Trennscheiben müssen
die Schutzhaube
9 und der Führungsschuh 10 wieder
befestigt werden. Hierzu beide Teile zusammenführen
und mit der Innensechskantschraube
3 befestigen.
Innensechskantschraube
7 wieder festdrehen.
Schnitttiefe einstellen
Kreuzgrischraube 4 leicht lösen und entsprechend der
gewünschten Schnitttiefe (gemäß Skala
1 ) verstellen.
Kreuzgrischraube
4 wieder festziehen.
Staubabsaugung
Das Gerät kann direkt an die Steckdose eines
WÜRTH-Industriestaubsaugers mit Automatikbetrieb
angeschlossen werden. Dieser wird beim Einschalten
des Gerätes automatisch gestartet.
Zum Absaugen Saugschlauchstutzen mit Adapter
verbinden und diesen in die Aufnahmeönung der
Absaugeinrichtung
5 stecken. Hierzu speziellen Adapter
(702 400 042, Zubehör) verwenden.
Niemals mit dem Gerät ohne
Staubabsaugung arbeiten, da sich der
Motor sonst schnell mit Steinstaub
zusetzt und beschädigt wird.
Gerät ein- und ausschalten
Zum Einschalten des Gerätes den Schiebeschalter
13 nach vorne schieben, bis dieser einrastet (Symbol
'
I '). Die Betriebsbereitschaft wird durch ein kurzes
Aueuchten der Leuchtdiode
6 angezeigt.
Zum Ausschalten des Gerätes das hintere Ende
des Schiebeschalters
13 herunterdrücken. Der
Schiebeschalter
13 springt automatisch in seine
Ausgangsstellung (Symbol '
0 ').
Arbeitshinweise
Zusatzhandgri einstellen
Innensechskantschraube 14 lösen, Zusatzhandgri 2
verstellen und einrasten. Innensechskantschraube
14
wieder festdrehen.
Schnittanzeige
Am hinteren Ende des Führungsschuhes 10 bendet sich
eine rote Dreieckmarkierung
8 . Die Markierung liegt in
der Verlängerung der hinteren Diamant-Trennscheibe
und dient – beim Einschneiden von Nuten – als
Schnittanzeiger.
Gerät für Schnitt ansetzen
Das Gerät (mit eingeschaltetem Motor) mit dem
Führungsschuh
10 auf die Fläche, in die die Nut
eingeschnitten werden soll, aufsetzen und langsam nach
unten führen, bis die eingestellte Schnitttiefe erreicht ist.
Danach das Gerät in Schnittrichtung ziehen, z.B. von
oben nach unten; oder – bei horizontalen Schnitten –
auf sich zu.
Der zwischen den beiden Schnitten stehenbleibende
Steg kann mit dem mitgelieferten Ausbrechwerkzeug
entfernt werden.
Nuten mit größerer Tiefe in hartem Material
(z.B. Beton) können nicht in einem Durchgang
geschnitten werden.
Überlastschutz
Sicherheitskupplung
In das Getriebe des Gerätes ist eine automatische
Sicherheitskupplung eingebaut.
Diese schützt den Bedienenden vor dem hohen
Drehmoment, das z.B. durch Verkanten der Diamant-
Trennscheiben beim Arbeiten auftreten kann. Die
Sicherheitskupplung schützt und entlastet dabei
gleichzeitig den Motor und das Getriebe des Gerätes.
Beim Ansprechen der Sicherheitskupplung
sofort den
Motor ausschalten
(die Kupplung nicht schleifen
lassen!)

Änderungen vorbehalten
Elektronischer Überlastungsschutz
Bei einer kurzzeitigen sehr hohen Überlastung
des Gerätes begrenzt der integrierte elektronische
Überlastungsschutz die Leistungsaufnahme und
verhindert so eine unzulässige Erwärmung des Motors.
Wenn während des Arbeitens mit dem Gerät – infolge
der Überlastung – die Drehzahl stark absinkt oder die
Diamant-Trennscheiben zum Stillstand kommen, die
Maschine kurze Zeit im Leerlauf laufen lassen.
Bei einer länger andauernden Überlastung leuchtet
die Leuchtdiode
6 auf. Das Gerät dann im Leerlauf
laufen lassen, bis sich der Motor auf seine normale
Betriebstemperatur abkühlt und die Leuchtdiode
6 erlischt.
Wiederanlaufschutz
Wird der Netzstecker bei eingeschaltetem Gerät
eingesteckt oder ist die Stromversorgung nach einer
Unterbrechung wieder hergestellt, läuft das Gerät nicht
an. Die Leuchtdiode
6 blinkt und das Gerät muss wieder
aus- und eingeschaltet werden.
Wartung und Pege
q  Vor allen Arbeiten am Gerät Netzstecker ziehen.
Gerät und Lüftungsschlitze stets sauberhalten.
Um Staubablagerungen im Inneren des Gerätes zu
vermeiden, muss der Motor bei längerem Gebrauch
des Gerätes durch Ausblasen (durch die Luftschlitze am
hinteren Ende des Motorgehäuses) gereinigt werden. Dies
sollte möglichst nicht in geschlossenen Räumen geschehen.
Sollte das Gerät trotz sorgfältiger Herstell- und
Prüfverfahren einmal ausfallen, so ist die Reparatur
von einer autorisierten Kundendienststelle für WÜRTH-
Elektrogeräte ausführen zu lassen.
Bei allen Rückfragen und Ersatzteilbestellungen
unbedingt die Artikelnummer (siehe Typenschild) des
Gerätes angeben.
Ersatzteile
Es dürfen nur original Ersatzteile verwendet werden. Der
Gebrauch von anderen Teilen kann Schäden am Gerät
verursachen.
Umweltschutz
Rohstorückgewinnung statt Müllentsorgung.
Nicht mehr gebrauchsfähiges Gerät,
Zubehör und Verpackung sollten einer
umweltgerechten Wiederverwertung
zugeführt werden.
Nur für EU Länder:
Elektrowerkzeuge nicht in den Hausmüll werfen.
Gemäß Europäischer Richtlinie 2002/96/EG über
Elektro- und Elektronik-Altgeräte und Umsetzung in
nationales Recht müssen verbrauchte Elektrowerkzeuge
getrennt gesammelt und einer umweltgerechten
Wiederverwertung zugeführt werden.
Gewährleistung
Für dieses WÜRTH-Gerät bieten wir eine Gewährleistung
gemäß den gesetzlichen / länderspezischen
Bestimmungen ab Kaufdatum (Nachweis durch
Rechnung oder Lieferschein).
Entstandene Schäden werden durch Ersatzlieferung
oder Reparatur beseitigt. Schäden, die auf
unsachgemäße Behandlung zurückzuführen sind, sind
von der Gewährleistung ausgeschlossen.
Beanstandungen können nur anerkannt werden, wenn
das Gerät unzerlegt einer WÜRTH-Niederlassung, Ihrem
WÜRTH-Außendienstmitarbeiter oder einer WÜRTH-
autorisierten Kundendienststelle für Elektrogeräte
übergeben wird.

It is only possible to work
safely with this product if the
user reads these operating
instructions and the safety

fully understands the
instructions and strictly follows
the information given.
The product must not be damp and is
also not allowed to be operated in a
damp environment.
Check cable and connector each
time prior to using the product. Have
damage repaired by a specialist.
Wear safety glasses.
Wear ear defenders and dust mask.
Wear safety gloves and sturdy
shoes.
Ensure that there are no electricity
cables, water or gas pipes in the
product's cutting area (e.g. check
using a metal detector).
q  Provide adequate ventilation and only work
with an adequately dimensioned extraction unit
suitable for the purpose.
q  The auxiliary handle
2 must be used during all
work with the product.
q  Never operate product without guard

q  Only use diamond cutting discs approved for
a speed that is at least as high as the product's
maximum no-load speed.
q  Diamond cutting discs must be stored and
handled carefully in accordance with the
manufacturer's instructions.
q  The diamond cutting discs must t the collar

without play. Do not use adaptors or reducers.
q  Do not continue to use damaged, untrue or
vibrating diamond cutting discs.
q  Prior to using the product, ensure the diamond
cutting discs are tted correctly and in accordance
with the manufacturer's instructions.
q  Prior to using the product, leave to run at no-
load for at least 30 seconds in a safe position.
If heavy vibration or other defects are detected,
immediately shut down the product and
rectify cause of the fault.
q  Always ensure you are standing securely when
working.
o  Feed cable away from product to the rear.
q  The material to be worked must be securely
fastened.
o  Keep hands away from rotating diamond cutting
discs.
o  Do not brake diamond cutting discs that are
running on by applying pressure to the side.
q  Ensure that sparks produced during the usage of
the product do not cause a hazard (e.g. injuries,
ignition of inammable substances). Cordon o
hazardous area and have suitable extinguishing
equipment at hand.
q  Only use original Würth accessories.

Correct use
The product is only intended for cutting or making slots
in predominantly mineral-based materials (without the
use of water), e.g. steel reinforced concrete, masonry
and road surfaces.
The user is liable for damage caused by incorrect use.

Placing in operation
q  Prior to placing the product in operation, check
whether the mains voltage and mains frequency
stated on the type plate match your mains data.
Mains connection
The product has electronic starting current limiting. It is
sucient if the sockets to which the product is connected
are protected with a type H circuit breaker or a fast-
blow fuse.
Preparing product for tting the diamond
cutting discs (Fig. I)
· Switch o product and isolate from the power
supply.
· Unscrew hex socket head bolt 3 .
· Slightly undo hex socket head bolt 7 .
· Position guard 9 and the guide shoe 10 such that
you have clear access to the drive shaft on the
product for fastening the diamond cutting discs
(
Fig. II ).
Fitting two diamond cutting discs (for cutting a
channel, Fig. III)
·
Fit collar 15 in the correct position on the drive
shaft (shoulder to the outside) and turn until it is
locked.
· Fit first diamond cutting disc to the collar 15 . During
this process it is imperative you pay attention to
the
direction of rotation information on the
diamond cutting disc and the product
!
·
Fit to the clamping nut 11 , the second diamond
cutting disc and the spacers to suit the width of
the channel. During this process it is imperative
you pay attention to the
direction of rotation
information
on the diamond cutting disc and the
product
!
·
Fit clamping nut 11 with the diamond cutting disc
and the spacers to the drive shaft on the product.
During this process tighten the clamping nut
11 by
turning it clockwise.
· Press in locking knob 12
·
Slowly rotate front diamond cutting disc until the
locking knob
12 engages.
· Tighten the clamping nut 11 using the ange
spanner supplied.
Never press in locking knob 12 with the
product running; also not when the
product is running down!

Fitting single diamond cutting disc (for single
cut, Fig. IV)
·
Fit collar 15 in the correct position on the drive
shaft (shoulder to the outside) and turn until it is
locked.
· Fit diamond cutting disc to the collar 15 . During
this process it is imperative you pay attention to
the
direction of rotation information on the
diamond cutting disc and the product
!
·
Fit clamping nut 11 and the spacers to the drive
shaft on the product. During this process tighten the
clamping nut
11 by turning it clockwise.
· Press in locking knob 12
·
Slowly rotate diamond cutting disc until the locking
knob
12 engages.
· Tighten the clamping nut 11 using the ange
spanner supplied.
Never press in locking knob 12 with the
product running; also not when the
product is running down!
Placing device in operation (Fig. I and II)
After the diamond cutting discs have been tted, the
guard
9 and the guide shoe 10 must be re-fastened.
For this purpose push the two parts together and fasten
using hex socket head screw
3 . Re-tighten hex socket
head screw

Adjusting cutting depth
Slightly undo star-shaped knob 4 and adjust to suit the
required cutting depth (as per scale
1 ).

Dust extraction
The product can be connected directly to the socket on
a WÜRTH industrial vacuum cleaner with automatic
operation. The vacuum cleaner is started automatically
when the product is switched on.
For extraction, connect suction hose to adaptor and
insert in the opening on the extraction feature
5 . Use
special adaptor (702 400 042, accessory) for this
purpose.
Never work with the product without
dust extraction, as otherwise the motor
may become clogged with dust very
quickly and damaged.
Switching on and o product
To switch on the product, push the slider switch 13
forward until it engages ('
I ' symbol). Readiness for use
is indicated by the brief illumination of the light emitting
diode
6 .
To switch o the product, press down the rear end of
the slider switch
13 . The slider switch 13 automatically
jumps to its initial position ('
0 ' symbol).
Notes on use
Adjusting auxiliary handle
Undo hex socket head screw 14 , adjust auxiliary handle
2 and engage. Re-tighten hex socket head screw 14 .
Cutting guide
At the rear end of the guide shoe 10 there is a red
triangular marking
8 . The marking is in line with the

when cutting channels.
Positioning product for cutting
Place the product (with the motor switched on) with the
guide shoe
10 on the surface in which the channel is to
be cut and slowly guide downward until the required
cutting depth is reached. Then pull the product in the
cutting direction, e.g. from top to bottom; or – for
horizontal cuts – sideways.
The waste left between the two cuts can be removed
with the tool provided.
Channels at larger depths in a hard material
(e.g. concrete) cannot be cut in one pass.
Overload protection
Safety clutch
An automatic safety clutch is tted in the product's
gearbox.
This feature protects the operator from the high torque
that, e.g., can occur if the diamond cutting discs are
tilted when working. The safety clutch protects and at
the same time removes the load from the motor and the
product's gearbox.
If the safety clutch is tripped,
immediately switch
o the motor
(do not allow the clutch to continue
slipping!)

Electronic overload protection
In case of a brief, very high overload on the product, the
integrated electronic overload protection will limit the
current consumption and in this way prevent excessive
heating of the motor.
If, when working with the product, the speed drops
signicantly or the diamond cutting discs stop due to an
overload, leave the machine to run for a short time at
no-load.
In case of an extended overload, the light emitting
diode
6 will illuminate. Leave the product to run at no-
load until the motor has cooled to its normal operating
temperature and the light emitting diode
6 goes out.
Restart protection
If the plug is connected to the mains with the product
switched on or the supply of power is re-established
after a power failure, the product will not start. The
light emitting diode
6 ashes and the product must be
switched o and on.
Maintenance and care
q  Unplug from the mains before all work on the
product.
Always keep product and ventilation slots
clean.
To prevent dust building up inside the product, the motor
must be blown out after extended use of the product
(through the ventilation slots on the rear end of the motor
housing). This task should not be undertaken indoors if
possible.
Should, despite careful manufacturing procedures and
test procedures, the product fail at some point, have
the product repaired by an authorised customer service
centre for WÜRTH electrical tools.
It is imperative you state the article number (see type
plate) of the product with all queries and orders for
spare parts..
Spare parts
It is only allowed to use original spare parts. The use of
other parts can cause damage to the product.
Protecting the environment
Recycling instead of refuse disposal.
Products, accessories and packaging
that are no longer useable should be
sent for recycling.
Only in EU countries:
Do not throw electrical tools in household waste. In
accordance with European directive 2002/96/EC
on waste electrical and electronic equipment and its
implementation in national law, used electrical tools
must be collected separately and recycled.
Warranty
For this WÜRTH product we provide a warranty as per
legal / national stipulations from the date of purchase
(proof of purchase with invoice or delivery note).
Resulting damage will be rectied by replacement or
repair. Damage due to improper handling is excluded
from the warranty.
Complaints can only be accepted if the product is
returned, without dismantling, to a WÜRTH subsidiary,
your WÜRTH sales representative or a service centre for
electrical tools authorised by WÜRTH.

Prima di ogni utilizzo controllare

L'apparecchio è concepito esclusivamente per troncare
o incidere materiali in prevalenza minerali (senza l'uti-
lizzo di acqua), come ad es. cemento armato, opere in
muratura e manti stradali.
Per danni dovuti ad uso improprio è responsabile
l’utente.

Messa in funzione
qPrima della messa in funzione dell'apparecchio,
controllare se la tensione di rete e la frequenza di
rete indicate sulla targhetta tipo concordano con i
dati della Vostra rete di corrente.
Collegamento alla rete
L'apparecchio dispone di una limitazione elettronica
della corrente di avviamento. È suciente che le prese
a cui l'apparecchio è collegato siano protette con un
interruttore automatico Tipo H o un fusibile rapido.
Predisporre l'apparecchio al montaggio
delle mole per troncare al diamante (Fig. I)
· Spegnere l'apparecchio e staccarlo dall'alimenta-
zione della tensione.
· Svitare la vite ad esagono cavo 3 .
· Allentare leggermente la vite ad esagono cavo 7.
· Regolare la calotta di protezione 9 ed il pattino
guida
10 , in modo tale da aver libero accesso
all'albero motore per il fissaggio delle mole per
troncare al diamante (
Fig. II ).
Montare due mole per troncare al diamante
(per taglio scanalature, Fig. III)
·
Inserire la flangia di sostegno 15 in giusta posi-
zione sull'albero motore (collare verso l'esterno) e
girarla sino a che questa sia bloccata.
· Inserire la prima mola per troncare al diamante
sulla flangia di sostegno
15 . Facendo ciò osser-
vare assolutamente l' indicazione del senso di
rotazione
sulla mola per troncare al diamante e
sull'apparecchio!
· Montare sul dado di arresto 11 la seconda mola
per troncare al diamante e gli spessori, a seconda
della larghezza scanalatura da eettuare. Facen-
do ciò osservare assolutamente l'indicazione
del senso di rotazione
sulla mola per troncare
al diamante e sull'apparecchio !
· Montare il dado d'arresto 11 con la mola per tron-
care al diamante e gli spessori sull'albero motore
dell'apparecchio. Facendo ciò avvitare il dado di
arresto
11 , ruotandolo in senso orario.
· Premere il pulsante d'arresto 12.
·
Ruotare lentamente la mola al diamante anteriore,
sino a che il pulsante di arresto
12 non s'innesta
con scatto in posizione.
· Avvitare saldamente il dado d'arresto 11 con la
chiave a due fori in dotazione alla fornitura.

Non premere mai il pulsante d'arresto
12 quando l'apparecchio è in funzione;
neppure mentre questo sta per fermarsi!
Montare singole mole per troncare al
diamante (per taglio singolo, Fig. IV)
·
Inserire la flangia di sostegno 15 in giusta posi-
zione sull'albero motore (collare verso l'esterno) e
girarla sino a che questa sia bloccata.
· Inserire la prima mola per troncare al diamante
sulla flangia di sostegno
15 . Facendo ciò osser-
vare assolutamente l'indicazione del senso di
rotazione
sulla mola per troncare al diamante e
sull'apparecchio
!
·
Montare il dado d'arresto 11 e gli spessori sull'al-
bero motore dell'apparecchio. Facendo ciò av-
vitare il dado di arresto 11 , ruotandolo in senso
orario.
· Premere il pulsante d'arresto 12.
·
Ruotare lentamente la mola per troncare al dia-
mante, sino a che il pulsante di arresto 12 non s'in-
nesta con scatto in posizione.
· Avvitare saldamente il dado d'arresto 11 con la
chiave a due fori in dotazione alla fornitura.
Non premere mai il pulsante d'arresto
12 quando l'apparecchio è in funzione;
neppure mentre questo sta per fermarsi!
Mettere in funzione l'apparecchio
(Figg. I e II)
Dopo il montaggio delle mole per troncare al diamante
si devono ssare di nuovo la calotta di protezione
9 e
il pattino guida
10 . A tal ne unire i due pezzi e ssarli
con la vite ad esagono cavo
3 . Stringere di nuovo la vite
ad esagono cavo

Impostare la profondità di taglio
Allentare leggermente la vite a crociera 4 e impostare
di conseguenza la profondità di taglio desiderata (se-
condo scala 1 ).
Stringere nuovamente la vite a crociera

Aspirazione polvere
L'apparecchio può essere collegato direttamente alla
presa di un aspirapolvere industriale WÜRTH a funzio-
namento automatico. Questo entra automaticamente in
funzione all'attivazione dell'apparecchio.
Per l'aspirazione collegare il manicotto del tubo aspira-
zione con adattatore ed inserirlo nell'apertura di attac-
co del dispositivo d'aspirazione 5 . Utilizzare a tal ne
un adattatore speciale (702 400 042, accessorio).
Non lavorare mai con l'apparecchio
senza aspirazione polvere, poiché il
motore altrimenti s'intasa rapidamen-
te di polvere di calcinacci o cemento e
viene da ciò danneggiato.
Accendere e spegnere l'apparecchio
Per accendere l'apparecchio spingere in avanti l'inter-
ruttore a scorrimento 13 , sino a che questo s'innesta a
scatto in posizione (simbolo '
I '). Lo stato di pronto al fun-
zionamento viene brevemente indicato dall'accensione
del diodo luminoso
6 .
Per spegnere l'apparecchio premere in basso l'estremità
posteriore dell'interruttore a scorrimento
13 . L'interrutto-
re a scorrimento 13 passa automaticamente alla sua
posizione di partenza (simbolo '
0 ').
Indicazioni per il lavoro
Regolare l'impugnatura supplementare
Allentare la vite ad esagono cavo 14 , regolare l'impu-
gnatura supplementare 2 e farla inserire a scatto in po-
sizione. Stringere di nuovo la vite ad esagono cavo 14 .
Indicazione di taglio
Sull'estremità posteriore del pattino guida 10 si trova una
marcatura triangolare rossa
8 . La marcatura si trova nel
prolungamento della mola al diamante posteriore e serve
– nell'intaglio di scanalature – come indicatore di taglio.
Avviare l'apparecchio per il taglio
Appoggiare l'apparecchio (a motore acceso) con il pattino
guida 10 sulla supercie in cui si deve eettuare la scanala-
tura e condurlo lentamente verso il basso, sino ad aver rag-
giunto la profondità di taglio impostata. Successivamente
tirare l'apparecchio nella direzione di taglio, ad es. dall'alto
verso il basso; o – per tagli orizzontali – verso di sè.
La barretta rimanente fra i due tagli può essere rimossa
con l'apposito attrezzo in dotazione alla fornitura.
Scanalature di grande profondità in materiale
duro (ad es. calcestruzzo) non possono essere
eettuate in un unico passaggio.
Protezione da sovraccarico
Giunto di sicurezza
Nella trasmissione dell'apparecchio è incorporato un
giunto automatico di sicurezza.
Questo protegge l'utente da un elevato momento torcen-
te, che può ad es. intervenire in caso che le mole per
troncare al diamante s'incastrino durante la lavorazione.
Il giunto di sicurezza protegge l'utente e contemporane-
amente il motore e la trasmissione dell'apparecchio.
Allo scatto del giunto di sicurezza
spegnere imme-
diatamente il motore (non lasciare funzionare ulte-
riormente il giunto!)

Salvo modiche
Protezione elettronica da sovraccarico
In caso di un sovraccarico molto elevato e di breve du-
rata dell'apparecchio, l'integrata protezione elettronica
contro sovraccarico limita la potenza assorbita ed impe-
disce così un riscaldamento non ammesso del motore.
Se durante il lavoro con l'apparecchio – a seguito del so-
vraccarico – il numero di giri cala fortemente o le mole per
troncare al diamante si fermano, lasciare funzionare la mac-
china brevemente al minimo a vuoto. In caso di un sovrac-
carico prolungato s'accende il diodo luminoso 6. Lasciare
funzionare l'apparecchio al minimo a vuoto, sino a che il
motore non si sia rareddato alla propria normale tempera-
tura d'esercizio ed il diodo luminoso 6non si spenga.
Protezione contro il riavvio
Se ad apparecchio acceso viene inserita la spina di col-
legamento alla rete o viene nuovamente ripresa l'alimen-
tazione di corrente dopo un'interruzione, l'apparecchio
non si avvia. Il diodo luminoso
6 lampeggia e l'apparec-
chio deve essere nuovamente spento e riacceso.
Cura e manutenzione
q  Prima di qualsiasi intervento all'apparecchio stac-
care la spina di collegamento alla rete elettrica.
Tenere sempre pulito l'apparecchio e l'apertura
di ventilazione.
Per evitare sedimentazioni di polvere all'interno dell'appa-
recchio, il motore deve, in caso di prolungato utilizzo dell'ap-
parecchio, essere pulito soandolo (attraverso l'apertura di
ventilazione sull'estremità posteriore del corpo motore). Ciò
non deve avvenire possibilmente in locali chiusi.
Se l’apparecchio, nonostante l’accuratezza adottata nel
processo di produzione e controllo, non dovesse ev. fun-
zionare, si deve far eseguire la riparazione necessaria
da un centro assistenza clienti autorizzato per apparec-
chi elettrici WÜRTH.
Per tutte le richieste e tutte le ordinazioni di pezzi di ri-
cambio indicare sempre il codice articolo dell'apparec-
chio (vd. targhetta tipo).
Pezzi di ricambio
Possono essere utilizzati solo pezzi di ricambio originali. L’u-
so di altri pezzi può essere causa di danni all’apparecchio.
Tutela dell’ambiente
Recupero di materie prime, piuttosto che smal-
timento di riuti.
Un apparecchio non più utilizzabile, ac-
cessori ed imballaggio dovrebbero essere
avviati ad un riciclaggio ecologico nel ri-
spetto dell’ambiente.
Solo per i Paesi UE:
Non gettare gli utensili elettrici fra i comuni riuti domestici.
Conformemente alla direttiva europea 2002/96/CE sugli
apparecchi elettrici ed elettronici vecchi e la conversione
nel diritto nazionale, gli utensili elettrici non più utilizzabili
devono essere oggetto di una raccolta dierenziata ed
essere condotti ad un riciclaggio rispettoso dell'ambiente.
Garanzia
Per questo apparecchio WÜRTH forniamo una garanzia
conforme alle disposizioni di legge/speciche nazionali
a partire dalla data di acquisto (dimostrabile con fattura
o bolla di consegna).
Danni insorti all’apparecchio vengono eliminati tramite
fornitura sostitutiva o riparazione. Si esclude la presta-
zione di garanzia per danni che siano da ricondurre ad
un maneggio improprio.
Si accettano reclami sono nel caso in cui l’apparecchio
venga rimandato non smontato ad una liale WÜRTH,
al Vostro rappresentante WÜRTH responsabile di zona
o ad un centro assistenza clienti autorizzato WÜRTH
per apparecchi elettrici.

Un travail sans danger avec cet

L'appareil ne doit pas être humide et
ne pas fonctionner non plus dans un
environnement humide.
Avant toute utilisation, contrôler
l'appareil, le câble et le connecteur.
Ne faire réparer les dommages que

Porter les lunettes de protection.
Porter une protection acoustique et

Mise en service

Branchement secteur
L'appareil est équipé d'un système électronique de limi-
tation du courant de démarrage. Il sut de protéger les
prises auxquelles l'appareil est raccordé avec un dis-
joncteur de puissance de type H ou un fusible à action
rapide.
Préparer l'appareil pour le montage des
meules de séparation en diamant (ill. I)
· Arrêter l'appareil et le débrancher de l'alimenta-
tion électrique.
· Dévisser la vis à six pans creux 3 .
· Desserrer légèrement la vis à six pans creux 7 .
· Régler le capot de protection 9 et le sabot de gui-
dage 10 de façon à permettre un accès libre à
l'arbre d'entraînement de l'appareil pour la fixation
des meules de séparation en diamant (
ill. II ).
Monter deux meules de séparation en diamant
(pour coupe de rainures, ill. III)

Placer la bride d'appui 15 en position correcte sur
l'arbre d'entraînement (collerette vers l'extérieur) et
la tourner jusqu'à ce qu'elle soit bloquée.
· Monter la première meule de séparation en dia-
mant sur la bride d'appui 15 . Veiller impérative-
ment ce faisant à l'indication du sens de rota-
tion sur la meule de séparation en diamant et sur
l'appareil
!

Monter le deuxième meule de séparation en dia-
mant et les bagues d'écartement en fonction de la
largeur de rainure à exécuter sur l'écrou de ser-
rage 11 . Veiller impérativement ce faisant à l' in-
dication du sens de rotation sur la meule de
séparation en diamant et sur l'appareil
!

Monter l'écrou de serrage 11 avec la meule de
séparation en diamant et les bagues d'écartement
sur l'arbre d'entraînement de l'appareil. Ce faisant,
visser l'écrou de serrage
11 en le tournant vers la
droite.
· Enfoncer le bouton d'arrêt 12.
·
Tourner lentement la meule de séparation en dia-
mant avant jusqu'à ce que le bouton d'arrêt 12
s'encrante.
· Visser fermement l'écrou de serrage 11 avec la clé
à ergots fournie.

Monter les meules de séparation en diamant
individuelles (pour coupe individuelle, ill. IV)

Placer la bride d'appui 15 en position correcte sur
l'arbre d'entraînement (collerette vers l'extérieur) et
la tourner jusqu'à ce qu'elle soit bloquée.
· Monter la meule de séparation en diamant sur la
bride d'appui
15 . Veiller impérativement ce faisant
à l'

Monter l'écrou de serrage 11 et les rondelles
d'écartement sur l'arbre d'entraînement de l'appa-
reil. Ce faisant, visser l'écrou de serrage 11 en le
tournant vers la droite.
· Enfoncer le bouton d'arrêt 12
·
Tourner lentement la meule de séparation en dia-
mant avant jusqu'à ce que le bouton d'arrêt 12
s'encrante.
· Visser fermement l'écrou de serrage 11 avec la clé
à ergots fournie.
Ne jamais enfoncer le bouton d'arrêt 12
quand l'appareil fonctionne, même
quand il décélère !
Mettre l'appareil en service (ill. I et II)
Après le montage des meules de séparation en dia-
mant, le capot de protection 9 et le sabot de guidage
10 doivent être à nouveau xés. Pour ce faire, réunir les
deux pièces et serrer la vis à six pans creux
3 . Serrer à
nouveau fermement la vis à six pans creux
7 .
Régler la profondeur de coupe
Desserrer légèrement la vis à croisillon 4 et la déplacer
en fonction de la profondeur de coupe souhaitée (sui-
vant cadran 1 ).
Resserrer la vis à croisillon

Aspiration de la poussière
L’appareil peut être branché directement sur la prise d’un
aspirateur industriel WÜRTH avec mode de fonctionne-
ment automatique. L’aspirateur se met automatiquement
en marche dès que l’appareil est mis en fonctionnement.
Pour l'aspiration, relier la tubulure du exible d'aspiration
avec l'adaptateur et introduire celui-ci dans l'ouverture
de réception du dispositif d'aspiration
5 . Utiliser à cet
eet l'adaptateur spécial H (702 400 042, accessoire).
Ne jamais travailler avec l'appareil sans
dispositif d'aspiration ; le moteur peut
sinon s'encrasser rapidement avec la
poussière minérale et se trouver endom-
magé.
Démarrer et arrêter l'appareil
Pour démarrer l'appareil, pousser l'interrupteur coulis-
sant 13 vers l'avant jusqu'à ce qu'il s'encrante (symbole
'
I '). La disponibilité de fonctionnement est indiquée par
un bref allumage de la diode luminescente

Pour arrêter l'appareil, appuyer sur l'extrémité arrière de
l'interrupteur coulissant
13 . L'interrupteur coulissant 13
revient automatiquement dans sa position initiale (sym-
bole ' 0 ').
Remarques relatives au travail
Régler la poignée supplémentaire
Desserrer la vis à six pans creux 14 , déplacer la poi-
gnée supplémentaire 2 et l'encranter. Serrer à nouveau
fermement la vis à six pans creux

Indication de coupe
L'extrémité arrière du sabot de guidage 10 comporte un
repère triangulaire
8 . Ce repère se situe dans le prolon-
gement de la meule de séparation en diamant arrière et
sert d'indicateur de coupe lors de la coupe de rainures.
Placer l'appareil pour la coupe
Placer l'appareil (moteur démarré) avec le sabot de gui-
dage 10 sur la surface dans laquelle la rainure doit être
coupée et le déplacer lentement vers le bas jusqu'à ce
que la profondeur de coupe soit atteinte. Tirer ensuite
l'appareil dans le sens de la coupe, par ex. de haut en
bas ou vers vous, dans le cas de coupes horizontales.
L'arête qui demeure entre les deux coupes peut être
éliminée avec l'outil d'arrachage fourni.
Les rainures de plus grande profondeur dans
un matériau dur (par ex. le béton) ne peuvent
pas être coupées en une passe.
Protection contre la surcharge
Accouplement de sécurité
Le réducteur de l'appareil comporte un accouplement
de sécurité automatique.
Celui-ci protège l'opérateur contre le couple de rotation
élevé susceptible de se produire par ex. en cas de coin-
cement de la meule de séparation en diamant pendant
le travail. L'accouplement de sécurité protège et soulage
en même temps le moteur et le réducteur de l'appareil.
