F. How to Connect
Internet Through Wi-Fi?
• Make sure you fixed the external antenna into
Wi-Fi Port.
• Go to Menu – Settings – Network Setting – Device.
• Press left / right to change the setting into Wi-Fi.
• Press GREEN button to show available networks

• Wait few seconds to finish scanning for Wi-Fi Network list.
• The device support 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi Networks.
• Press OK on your network and enter the password
of the network. Through the Keyboard will pop up on
screen, Press SAVE to connect.

Wi-Fi network name. Also (CONNECT OK!) will
show on top right side of network list page.
• You can check the internet activate through system

• Make Sure your PREMIUM NANO connected to active internet service.
• Go to Menu – Settings – System Information.
• Press OK on Internet S/W Update.
• Wait few seconds to connect into FTP Update Server to check if there’s new
software version than current software version.
• Update information message will display Current Version / Latest Version
Press OK if you like to update into newer S/W version (IF Available).
• Very Important
The Electricity Power Must Not Power OFF During Update Process.

• Add the software update file to (Foematted) USB Flash Disk
• Go to Menu – Settings – Software Upgrade
• Upgrade Type <USB Upgrade>, Section <All>, File Path <Select the
upgrade file from USB Disk>.
• Start <Press OK> to start Upgrade Process
• Very Important
The Electricity Power Must Not Power OFF During Update Process.

I. How to Active Your
PREMIUM NANO Service?
• Make sure you connected into active internet service.
• Go to Menu – Settings – Account Setting – Press OK.
• Select (Start Login) then press OK to start active the service and wait
few seconds to active and register your device on our server.
• The service will work for 90 days from first active of the account.
• After service activated the (Login Successful!) will show on the top.
• To renew the service after expired please contact us by email

J. How to Renew the
Internet TV Service?
1. Press Menu Button on the Remote Control: Menu Settings Account
2. Send the USER ID content 7 Digits to us by email ([email protected])
3. Pay the Renewal Service Fee (After the Account Expired)
4. Enter you new service code content 10 Digits on USER CODE and navigate
to START LOGIN and press OK for start active the New Code
5. Once you enter correct USER ID, it will show the details, Validity Time and Period Time
Of the Service also LOGIN SUCCESSFUL! will show on the top of the account page

K. Troubleshooting

Check the main power cable and check that it is plugged into a
suitable power outlet.

Check the volume level of the TV and OTT.
Check the Mute status of the TV and OTT.
Point remote control directly towards the OTT.
Check that the OTT button lights up when you press any button.
Check and replace batteries.
See “Does not display any meessage on the front panel” below.
To match the OTT system with your TV system (PAL/NTSC),
Press TV Format "DISPLAY" Button until a picture is displayed.
Check the video output port is firmly connected to the TV or VCR.
Check that you have selected the video Input on your TV.
Check the brightness level of the TV.
Check the resolution that your TV supports, and set the proper
resolution with the remote Resolution button
to obtain a picture.
