Main Components
Introduction
XAG CM13600 Charger ("charger" for short) is a high-power charger with a wide voltage range, forced air
cooling system, and functions like undervoltage protection, overvoltage protection, overtemperature
protection, and fault isolation. It will monitor the status of the smart supercharge battery ("battery" for
short) in real time during the charging process. When the battery is fully charged, it will stop charging
and the battery will turn o󽗈.

Indicator Description
Charging
Connect the power input of the charger with a 16A power cord. When the indicator turns solid green, the
power-up is 󽗉nished. Securely connect the charger connector to the cooling tank. Put the battery into
the battery compartment of the tank with care and connect the charger connector to the battery. Turn
on the battery to start charging.

Only a 16A socket conforming to national/professional standards is allowed for the charging.
Otherwise, the charger and the battery may get damaged, and the loss arising therefrom shall be
solely assumed by the user.
This product is only compatible with XAG B13960S and B13970 Smart SuperCharge Battery without
connecting an adapter. If you want to charge other B series batteries with this charger, please contact
the local dealer or go to XAG's online shop to buy an adapter.

Precautions
・ Please keep the sockets clean and avoid metal-to-metal contact.
・ Please keep the battery connector clean and dry. Do not allow metal objects, electrolytes, corrosive
liquids, or other liquids to come in contact with the conductive contacts of the battery connector.
・ Never leave the charger exposed to sunlight, rain or moisture outdoors.
・ Never charge with AC power exceeding the rated voltage range. Please keep flammable and
explosive objects away, and never leave the battery unattended while charging.
・ While using a generator as a power supply, please allow it to start and run for a while before
connecting the charger. It is recommended to use a variable frequency generator to make sure the
harmonic distortion in the generator is less than 15%.
・ Please match the ratings of the plug, socket and line to the wattage of the charger as overloading
may lead to a 󽗉re.
・ In case of an anomaly or alarm while charging, cut o󽗈 power instantly and test to ensure everything
is working properly before proceeding.
・ For your safety, keep a minimum of 30 cm distance between the battery and the charger, and
between two batteries, lest too much heat lead to the charger or battery failure, even causing
dreadful consequences like a 󽗉re.
・ Have a regular check on components including the interface and plug. Never clean the device with
alcohol or other combustible agents.
・ In case of a damaged appearance of the charger, please stop using it and contact XAG or XAG after-
sales service outlets.
・ Never use a damaged charger. For maintenance or replacement, please contact XAG or XAG after-
sales service outlets.
・ Never convert and dismantle the charger without permission. Otherwise, user shall be held
accountable for any consequence arising therefrom.
・ Please keep away from heat, and make sure there are no 󽗊ammable and explosive objects within 2
meters when using this product for charging. Never leave it unattended while charging.

・ The warranty does NOT cover any damage to the XAG charging device, batteries or other XAG
products caused by using non-XAG batteries or charging device for charging, and user shall be
responsible for the cost of repair and replacement.
・ Unplug the charger from the battery and store them in a safe, clean and cool place.
・ Please make sure the charger has stopped and cooled before checking and repairing it.
・ In case of a damaged appearance of the charger, please stop using the battery and contact XAG or
XAG after-sales service outlets.
・ Never use the battery or charger manufactured by non-XAG manufacturers. Otherwise, user shall
assume the responsibilities for the charging incident, battery failure, 󽗊ight failure and other incidents
arising therefrom.
Warning
This is a Class A product. Feasible measures should be taken as it may cause radio interference in the
living environment.

1. Please read this User Manual carefully before using this product, as it has much to do with both
operational safety and your legitimate rights and interests. You shall be deemed to have read,
understood, agreed to and accepted all terms and conditions and information stated herein upon
activation of the product.
2. Not being a toy and with certain safety risks, this product is not suitable for those who are under
18 years old or those who have no or limited capacity for civil conduct, or those with mobility
impairments. Please keep children away from this product and be particularly cautious with

4. To the maximum extent permitted by law, under no circumstances shall XAG offer an implicit or
explicit guarantee for this product, including but not limited to implicit guarantees pertaining to
vendibility, 󽗉tness for a particular use, or non-infringement.
5. To the maximum extent permitted by law, XAG shall not be liable for all losses caused by your use
of this product outside the instructions in this User Manual. Furthermore, XAG shall not be liable
for any indirect, consequential, punitive, accidental, special or exemplary damages, including any
loss incurred as a result of your purchase, use, or inability to use the product, even if you have been
advised of the possibility of such loss.
6. Please install, use, transport, and maintain the product under the instructions in this User Manual.
Do NOT convert or disassemble this product on your own as any malfunction or damage arising
therefrom or resulting from your improper use will not be covered by the warranty, and you shall
solely assume the liability arising therefrom, both 󽗉nancially and legally.
7. You understand that in the use of any products, accidents may occur as a result of single
or combined factors, including but not limited to improper operation, surroundings and
communication networks. You understand that the aforesaid accidents are reasonable and
acceptable in the use of the product, and that XAG shall not be held accountable for such accidents.

Warning
User is required to read through the User Manual and obtain an operator certificate for the XAG
CM13600 Intelligent SuperCharger, if necessary, accredited by XAG or existing laws, regulations, and
policies. Otherwise, it may cause serious injury to user or others, or cause damage to the product and
property loss. Safety awareness is of great importance during operation. This product is not suitable
for children or those who are under 18 years old. Do NOT use any components that are not provided or
suggested by XAG. Please install and use the product by strictly following XAG's instructions.
8. To the maximum extent permitted by law, under any circumstances, the liability or compensation
amount from XAG to you for all damage, losses and litigation arising therefrom will not exceed the
amount that you paid to XAG or its authorized dealers for purchasing the product.

region where the product is used. XAG shall assume no liability arising from the violation of relevant
laws, regulations or policies by the purchaser or user.
10. As exclusion clauses may be prohibited by laws, regulations or policies in some countries, your
