1A. Insert a threaded plate into the tube, and align the holes.
B. While holding the plate in place install one set of hardware.
C. Rotate the tongue up to align the other hole and install a second set of hardware.

t The hole in the base must align to
the hole in the hitch receiver.

the adapter screw, and lock washer, then remove the 2” adapter.

hook rests on the bike tire 1” or
less from the brakes or the fork. Failure to place wheel hook in the
correct position can cause your
bicycle to eject, and cause personal
injury, property damage, or death.

IMPORTANT: For bikes with 20"
wheels, if the wheelbase is less
than 35", the rear wheel may not
contact the wheel cup. Ensure that
the wheel strap is pulled tightly,
and secured in the buckle (see
image). Also tires must be fully
inflated, and centered on the tray.
IMPORTANT: pour les vélos qui ont des roues de 51cm (20po), et si

Feed the strap through the
spokes of the wheel. Rotate the
wheel slightly, if necessary, and
avoid the valve stem. Insert the
strap end through the buckle.
Pull hard to tighten.

t Access locking cables at the end of each pivot arm.
t Wrap locking cable around bike frame.
t Insert the pin from the pivot arm into hole at the end of
the locking cable. Lock with key.
