The following shows the LED status after the W90DM/W90B connects to the
power and network:
The W90DM is shipped as a DECT Manager (DM) and the W90B is shipped
as a base station.
Base Mode Options
Accessing the Web User Interface
1. Do one of the following:
• Find the current IP address of the device on the DHCP server in the list
of registered DHCP clients.
• Find the current IP address of the device through a PC scanning tool -
Yealink Discovery Tool.
2. Open a web browser on your computer, enter the IP address into the
address bar (for example, "http://192.168.0.10" or "192.168.0.10"), and
then press the Enter.
3. Enter the user name (default: admin) and password (default: admin) in the
login page and click Login.

Registration on the Web User Interface
Registering W90B to the W90DM
Registering a Single Handset to the W90B
In the multicast network, the W90B can be automatically detected by
the W90DM. You can register the W90B to the W90DM via the web user
interface.
1. Navigate to Base Station > Base Station Registration.
2. Click next to the base station.
3. Complete the corresponding information of the base station, and click
OK.
The base station is successfully registered to the DM.
1. Navigate to Handset & Account > Handset Registration.
2. Click Add Handset.
3. Click Start Register Handset to set the DM to the registration mode.
4. On the handset, do one of the following:
• Press the Reg soft key on the handset to register quickly.
• Press OK > Register Handset and then select the desired base to reg-
ister the handset.
• Press OK > Settings > Registration > Register Handset and then
select the desired base to register the handset.
After registration, the handset prompts “Handset Subscribed”.
Note: In the non-multicast network, the W90DM can detect and connect the W90B
only when you have congured the DM's IP address via W90B web user interface or
via auto provisioning.

Registering Groups of Handsets to the W90B
The registration center allows you to register groups of handsets in one
registration process. During this time, the system will automatically register
the handsets.
1. Navigate to Handset & Account > Registration Center.
2. In the Registration Duration eld, enter the duration that the DM should
stay in registration mode.
Default: 3 minutes.
3. Click Start Now.
The DM starts registration at once.
4. On each handset, do one of the following:
• Press the Reg soft key on the handset to register quickly.
• Press OK > Register Handset and then select the desired base to reg-
ister the handset.
• Press OK > Settings > Registration > Register Handset and then
select the desired base to register the handset.
After registration, the handset prompts “Handset Subscribed”.
Conguring Your Phone
Depending on how you use the phone there are various commissioning
procedures. You can nd out how to connect the telephone to the
corresponding Telekom service under:

Environmental Requirements
• Place the product on a stable, level and non-slip surface.
• Do not place the product close to heat sources, in direct sunlight or next to any
house hold appliance with strong magnetic eld or electromagnetic eld, such as a
microwave oven or a refrigerator.
• Do not allow the product to come into contact with water, dust and chemicals.
• Protect the product from aggressive liquids and vapors.
• Do not place the product on or near any inammable or re-vulnerable object, such
as rubber-made materials.
• Do not install the product in rooms with high humidity, for example, in bathrooms,
laundry rooms and wet basements.
Safety Notes During Operation
• Use only spare parts and accessories supplied or authorized by Yealink. The
operation of non-authorized parts cannot be guaranteed.
• Do not place heavy objects on top of the handset or the base station in case of dam
age and deformation caused by the heavy load.
• Do not open the handset or the base station by yourself for repair purpose, which
could expose you to high votages. Have all repairs carried out by authorized service
personel.

• Do not let a child operate the product without guidance.
• Keep the small accessories contained in your product out of reach of small children
in case of accidental swallowing.
• Before plugging or unplugging any cable, make sure that your hands are completely
d r y.
• Do not hold the handset up to your ear when speakphone is on or when the ringer
is ringing as the volumn can be very loud, which may be harmful to your hearing.
• During a thunderstorm, stop using the product and disconnect it from the power
supply to avoid lightning strike.
• If the product is left unused for a rather long time, disconnect the base station from
the power supply and unplug the power adapter.
• When there is smoke emitted from the product, or some abnormal noise or smell,
disconnect the product from the power supply, and unplug the power adapter
immediately.
• Remove the electrical cord from an outlet by pulling gently on the power adapter,
not by pulling the cord.
Notices of Cleaning
• Before cleaning the base station, stop using it and disconnect it from the power
supply.
• Remove the battery before cleaning the handset to reduce risk of electric shock.
• Only clean your product with a piece of slightly moist and anti-static cloth.
• Keep the power plug clean and dry. Using a dirty or wet power plug may lead to
electric shock or other perils.

ENVIRONMENTAL RECYCLING
Never dispose of the device with domestic waste
Ask your Town Council about how to dispose of it in an
environmentally friendly way. The cardboard box, plastic packaging and
player components may be recycled in accordance with prevailing
recycling regulations in your country.
Always adhere to prevailing regulations
Those who fail to do so may be ned or prosecuted in accordance
with the law. The crossed out garbage can that appears on the device
means that when it has reached the end of its useful life, it should be
taken to a special waste disposal center and treated separately to
general urban waste.
Troubleshooting
The unit cannot supply power to Yealink device.
There is a bad connection with the plug.
1. Clean the plug with a dry cloth.
2. Connect it to another wall outlet.
The usage environment is out of operating temperature range.
1. Use in the operating temperature range.
The cable between the unit and the Yealink device is connected incorrectly.
1. Connect the cable correctly.
You cannot connect the cable properly.
1. You may have connected a wrong Yealink device.
2. Use the correct power supply.
Some dust, etc., may be in the port.
1. Clean the port.

Die W90DM wird als DECT Manager (DM) ausgeliefert, und die W90B wird
als Basisstation ausgeliefert.
Optionen im Basismodus
Aufrufen der Web-Benutzeroberäche
1. Befolgen Sie eine der folgenden Anweisungen:
• Die aktuelle IP-Adresse des Gerätes nden Sie im DHCP-Server in der
Liste der registrierten DHCP-Clients.
• Finden Sie die aktuelle IP-Adresse des Geräts mithilfe eines
PC-Scan-Werkzeuges - dem Yealink Discovery Tool.
2. Öffnen Sie einen Webbrowser auf Ihrem Computer, geben Sie die
IP-Adresse in die Adressleiste ein (z.B. "http://192.168.0.10" oder

3. Geben Sie den Benutzernamen (Standard: admin) und das Pass-

Registrierung auf der Web-Benutzeroberäch
Registrieren Sie ein W90B zum W90DM
Registrierung eines einzelnen Mobilteils zum W90B
Im Multicast-Netzwerk kann das W90B automatisch durch das W90DM
erkannt werden. Sie können das W90B über die Web-Benutzeroberäche
zum W90DM registrieren.
1. Rufen Sie Basisstation > Registrieren Basisstation auf.
2. Klicken Sie auf neben der Basisstation.
3. Füllen Sie die entsprechenden Daten zur Basisstationen aus und klicken
Sie auf OK.
Die Basisstation wurde erfolgreich zum DM registriert.
1. Rufen Sie Handset & Account > Registrierung Mobilteil auf.
2. Klicken Sie auf Mobilteil hinzufügen.
3. Klicken Sie auf Mobilteil registrieren starten, um den Registriermodus
am DM aufzurufen.
4. Gehen Sie am Mobilteil folgendermaßen vor:
• Drücken Sie den Softkey Reg am Mobilteil zur schnellen Registrierung.
• Drücken Sie OK > Mobilteil registrieren und wählen Sie dann die
gewünschte Basis für die Registrierung des Mobilteils.
• Drücken Sie OK > Einstellungen > Registrieren > Mobilteil registri-
eren und wählen Sie dann die gewünschte Basis für die Registrierung
des Mobilteils.
Nach der Registrierung erscheint auf dem Mobilteil “Mobilteil angemeldet”.
Hinweis: Im Netzwerk ohne Multicast kann W90DM W90B nur dann erkennen und eine
Verbindung dazu herstellen, wenn Sie die DM-IP-Adresse über die Web-Benutzeroberäche
W90B oder über die automatische Provisionierung konguriert haben.

Registrierung von Mobilteil-Gruppen zum W90B
Über das Registrierungszentrum können Sie Mobilteil-Gruppen in einem
Registriervorgang hinzufügen. Währenddessen wird das System die Mo-
bilteile automatisch registrieren.
1.R ufen Sie Handset & Account >Registrierungszentrum auf.
2.G eben Sie die Dauer, die das DM im Registriermodus bleiben soll, in das
Feld Dauer der Registrierung ein.
Standard: 3 Minuten.
3.K licken Sie auf Jetzt starten.
Das DM startet unmittelbar mit der Registrierung.
4.G ehen Sie mit jedem Mobilteil folgendermaßen vor:
• Drücken Sie den Softkey Reg am Mobilteil zur schnellen Registrierung.
• Drücken Sie OK >Mobilteil registrieren und wählen Sie dann die
gewünschte Basis für die Registrierung des Mobilteils.
• Drücken Sie OK >Einstellungen >Registrieren >Mobilteil registri-
eren und wählen Sie dann die gewünschte Basis für die Registrierung
des Mobilteils.
Nach der Registrierung erscheint auf dem Mobilteil “Mobilteil angemeldet”.

Je nachdem wie Sie das Telefon einsetzen gibt es verschiedene
Inbetriebnahme Vorgänge. Wie Sie das Telefon mit dem entsprechenden
Dienst der Telekom verbinden erfahren Sie unter:

• Legen Sie keine schweren Objekte auf das Mobilteil oder die Basisstation, da die
Geräte hierdurch beschädigt werden können.
• Öffnen Sie nicht selbst das Mobilteil oder die Basisstation, um sie zu reparieren, da
Sie sich hierbei hohen Spannungen aussetzen können. Lassen Sie alle Repara-
turen von autorisiertem Wartungspersonal durchführen.
• Lassen Sie Kinder das Produkt nicht ohne Anleitung bedienen.
• Achten Sie darauf, dass sich kleine Zubehörteile Ihres Produkts nicht in Reichweite
kleiner Kinder benden, da diese sie versehentlich verschlucken können.
• Achten Sie vor dem Anschließen oder Abziehen des Kabels darauf, dass Ihre
Hände vollständig trocken sind.
• Halten Sie das Mobilteil nicht an Ihr Ohr, wenn die Freisprechfunktion aktiv ist oder
das Telefon klingelt, da die Lautstärke sehr hoch sein und Ihr Gehör schädigen
kann.
• Stellen Sie bei einem Gewitter die Nutzung des Produkts ein und trennen Sie es
vom Stromnetz, um die Gefahr eines Blitzschlags zu verhüten.
• Wenn sie das Produkt längere Zeit nicht verwenden, trennen Sie die Basisstation
von der Stromversorgung und trennen Sie das Netzteil vom Stromnetz.
• Wenn Rauch vom Gerät ausgeht oder es unnormale Geräusche abgibt oder auffällig
riecht, trennen Sie das Gerät unverzüglich von der Stromversorgung und trennen
Sie das Netzteil vom Stromnetz.
• Ziehen Sie das Netzkabel aus der Steckdose, indem Sie vorsichtig am Netzteil,
nicht am Kabel ziehen.
Reinigungshinweise
• Vor dem Reinigen der Basisstation stellen Sie deren Verwendung ein und trennen
Sie sie von der Stromversorgung.
• Nehmen Sie vor dem Reinigen des Mobilteils den Akku heraus, um die Gefahr eines
Stromschlags zu mindern.
• Reinigen Sie Ihr Produkt lediglich mit einem leicht angefeuchteten antistatischen
Tuch.
• Halten Sie das Netzkabel sauber und trocken. Über einen schmutzigen oder nassen
Netzstecker kann es zu einem elektrischen Schlag oder anderen Gefahren kommen.

UMWELTFREUNDLICHE VERWERTUNG
Entsorgen Sie das Gerät nicht mit dem Hausmüll.
Erkundigen Sie sich bei Ihrer Stadtverwaltung, wie Sie das Gerät
umweltfreundlich entsorgen können. Pappkarton,
Kunststoffverpackung und Bauteile des Gerätes können im
Einklang mit den geltenden Vorschriften in Ihrem Land verwertet werden.
Halten Sie stets die geltenden Vorschriften ein.
Deren Nichtbeachtung kann eine Buße oder Verfolgung gemäß dem
geltenden Recht nach sich ziehen.
Die durchgestrichene Mülltonne auf dem Gerät bedeutet, dass das
Gerät am Ende seiner Nutzungsdauer zu einer speziellen
Elektroschrottsammelstelle gebracht und vom Hausmüll gesondert
verarbeitet werden muss.
Fehlerbehebung
Die Einheit kann das Yealink Gerät nicht mit Strom versorgen.
Es gibt Probleme mit dem Steckeranschluss.
1. Reinigen Sie den Stecker mit einem trockenen Tuch.
2. Schließen Sie ihn an einer anderen Steckdose an.
Die Umgebungstemperatur liegt oberhalb des Betriebstemperaturbereichs.
