Do not overload beyond bike rack’s weight capacity of 200 lbs (120lbs when used in a RV).
Do not carry more than 2 bikes on the carrier.
The bike rack is not intended for transporting humans or animals.
If you are planning to load only one bike, it is recommended to place it in the position closest to the
vehicle.
All bikes must be secured properly before operating the vehicle.
Make sure the front of the bike(s), when mounted, are at or above the bottom of the bumper to
avoid damage to the bike(s).
Do not carry flammable items on the bike rack.
If using the bike rack to transport electric bicycles, please remove the batteries from the bicycles
prior to transporting. This will help reduce the weight supported by the carrier.
During long trips, frequently check the straps and bike position, especially if traveling on rough
terrain.
Please do not make alterations to the product, as it can pose potential hazards to your safety.
Failure to heed these warnings may result in personal injury and/or property damage.
To prevent serious injury or death, inspect the bike rack for any signs of wear, corrosion and fatigue
before each use. Do not use the bicycle rack if parts are bent, broken, deformed or missing. If parts
are bent, broken, damaged or missing, remove the rack from your vehicle before operating the
vehicle.

Assembly Instructions
Step 1: Align the holes on the supporting tube (2) and folding connector (1), then connect the two parts
by inserting the M16*80 hexagon bolt (3) through the holes. Secure the bolt in place by screwing on the
M16 lock nut (4). CAUTION: To ensure the rack will fold smoothly, do not overtighten the lock nut. (We
recommend tightening to 80% tightness.)

Step 2: Install a crossbeam (5) on the supporting tube (2) closest to the folding connector, making sure
the crossbeam is centered on the supporting tube. Locate the M8*20 carriage bolts in the crossbeam
and align each of them with a slot in the supporting tube. Place φ8 Flat Washers (6) below the
supporting tube and secure the bolt and washer in place with M8 lock nuts (7). Be sure to fully tighten
the lock nut.
Two M8*20 carriage bolts are
pre-installed in the crossbeam.

Step 3: Install the other crossbeam (5) on the supporting tube (2), farthest from the folding connector.
Follow the steps outlined in Step 2.

Step 4: Slide the blocks (15) on the U-Shaped Tube (8), ensuring the straps are facing outward.
Step 5: Align the holes on the U-Shaped Tube (8) with the holes from supporting tube (2), then connect
the two parts. To do this, insert a M8*40 hexagon bolt (9) through a φ8 Nylon Washer (14), the holes on
the U-Shaped Tube, another φ8 Nylon Washer (14) and the hole on the supporting tube. Secure the bolt
in place by screwing an M8 lock nut (7) onto it. Once one side of the U-Shaped Tube has been secured,
repeat this process on the other side. CAUTION: TO ensure the U-Shaped Tube can be adjusted smoothly,
do not overtighten the lock nut. (We recommend tightening to 90% tightness.)

Step 6: Align the holes of the folding tube with the holes on the vehicle’s 2’’ hitch receiver, then connect
the two parts as shown below. Place an M16 shockproof bolt (10), through the φ16 Spring Washer (11),
φ16 Flat Washer (12) and the aligned holes. Secure the bolt in place with the 3.8 pin (13), making sure to
place the pin through the holes on the bolt.

Bike Installation Instructions
STEP 1: If you are planning to load only one bike, we recommended to placing it on the crossbeam
closest to the vehicle. Press the buckle on each wheel cradle to release the straps, as shown below. Note:
The bicycle’s front tire should be on the driver’s side of the vehicle.
STEP 2: Adjust the wheel cradles based on the distance of the bicycle’s wheel base, ensuring the cradles
are wide enough apart to support the bicycle tires. To move the cradles, open the cam gear (Step 2B)
and slide them along the crossbeam. Close the cam gear (Step 2A) to lock the cradle in place.
Press this buckle to release the straps.
When the bike’s tire is against the
wheel cradle, press down the button
on the wheel cradle to secure it firmly.

STEP 3: Secure the bicycle in the wheel cradles. Insert a strap through each rim, then reinsert the strap
into the buckle on the wheel cradle. Pull the straps as tight as possible to ensure they secure the wheels.
Then, secure the bike to the U-Shaped tube. Adjust the U-Shaped tube and block (shown below) based
on the design of the bicycle frame, so that the block will rest comfortably against the bicycle. Then, press
the buckle to release the strap from the block. Wrap the strap around the frame of the bicycle, then
re-insert it into the block. Pull the strap as tight as possible to ensure a proper fit against the bicycle
frame.

Step 4: If desired, place a second bike on the crossbeam farthest from the vehicle. Follow the process
outlined in Steps 1-3, but ensure the bicycle’s front tire is on the passenger’s side of the vehicle and do
not move the U-Shaped Tube. Instead, adjust the second block to ensure it will rest comfortably against
the second bicycle. Then, press the buckle to release the strap from the block. Wrap the strap around
the frame of the bicycle, then re-insert it into the block. Pull the strap as tight as possible to ensure a
proper fit against the bicycle frame.
Folding Status 1
NOTE: In rare cases, the way the U-Shaped Tube was positioned in Step 3 may make it impossible for the
second block to fit properly against the second bicycle. If this happens, release the strap around the first
bicycle, tilt the U-Shaped Tube and adjust both blocks so that both blocks can rest comfortably against a
bicycle frame. Then, re-wrap the strap around the frame of the first bicycle and re-insert the strap into
the innermost block. Pull the strap as tight as possible to ensure a proper fit against the bicycle frame.
Finally, press the buckle to release the strap from the outermost block. Wrap the strap around the frame
of the second bicycle, then re-insert the strap into the outermost block. Pull the strap as tight as possible
to ensure a proper fit against the bicycle frame.
⚠WARNING: If you still cannot position the U-Shaped Tube and blocks in a way that will properly secure
both bicycles, do not attempt to transport more than one bike on the carrier.
Press the buckle to release the strap
from the block. Wrap the strap
around the frame of the bicycle, then
re-insert it into the block. Pull the
strap as tight as possible to ensure a
proper fit against the bicycle frame.
The second block on the U-Shaped Tube can be
adjusted based on the design of the bicycle’s frame.

Carrier Folding Instructions
Folding Status 1
Press the U-Shaped Tube in the area shown at right. Then, while
continuing to press, lower the U-Shaped Tube so that it sits level with the
crossbeams as shown below. Ensure that each block faces the inside of
the U-Shaped Tube. Then, pull up on the buckle to release the strap,
tightly loop it around the closest crossbeam, and re-insert the strap into
the buckle. Press down on the buckle to secure. Repeat the process with
the other block, strap and crossbeam. Ensure all straps are tight.
Ensure that each block faces the inside of
the U-Shaped Tube.
Need to tighten the straps.

Folding Status 2
Pull the handle in the direction the arrow shows to fold the bike rack vertically, or to unfold it so it sits
