NOTWENDIGES WERKZEUG:
Innensechskant Schlüssel SW4/ 5 (beiliegend)
Kreuzschlitzschraubendreher Gr.2
12 x XS Bolzen
12 x Verbinder Gehäuse
12 x Madenschrauben
25 x Confirmat Schrauben 5 x 70
2 x Schrauben (5 x 80)
2 x Schrauben (5 x 60)
Vor der Montage Kopfteile, Querbalken und Fussteil mit Gehäusen bestücken,
XS Bolzen entsprechend in die Seitenteile eindrehen. Dabei Bolzenloch passend
zum Längsschlitz des Gehäuses ausrichten. Die XS Bolzen nicht bis zum Anschlag
eindrehen.
ZUSAMMENBAU DES BETTRAHMENS
1. Kopfteil mit der ersten Bettseite verbinden und fixieren.
2. Montage der Querbalken mit den Füßen.
3. Die Querbalken mit der ersten Bettseite verbinden und fixieren.
4. Fußteil mit der ersten Bettseite verbinden und fixieren.
5. Zweite Bettseite mit Kopf-, Fußteil und Querbalken verbinden.
6. Rückwandplatte von hinten montieren.
7. Polsterkopfteil von oben einstecken.
Lässt sich die Madenschraube nicht komplett eindrehen, den XS Bolzen ein Stück
heraus drehen und die Madenschraube erneut eindrehen. Fertig montiertes Bett
rechtwinklig ausrichten und alle Verbindungen nochmals fest nachziehen.
AUFLAGELEISTEN FÜR LATTENROST
3-fache Höhenverstellbarkeit beachten: Mit beiliegenden Confirmat Schrauben die
Seitenauflageleisten an Bettseiten anbringen. Wir empfehlen einen Matratzen-
überstand von 5cm. Ab einer Matratzenbreite von 140 cm die Mittelauflageleiste
montieren. Je nach gewünschter Auflagehöhe Distanzstück zwischen Mittelausfla-
geleiste und Mittelsteg beilegen (siehe Zeichnung). Distanzstück für Position 2 flach
mit Schrauben 5x60 sichern, für Position 3 Distanzstück drehen und stehend mit
Schrauben 5x80 sichern. Anschließend höhenverstellbaren Mittelfuß anbringen. Den
Mittelfuß ca. 1-2 cm niedriger als die übrigen Füße einstellen.

TOOLS REQUIRED:
Allen screw SW 4/ 5 (enclosed)
Screwdriver size 2
12 XS bolts
12 x box
12 x grub screw
25 x Confirmat screws 5 x 70
2 x Screws (5 x 60)
2 x Screws (5 x 80)
Prior to assembly insert the boxes into headboard parts and foot-end, with longitudi-
nal slot in the direction of the XS bolts. Insert and turn bolts accordingly into sides,
align suitable. The XS bolt must not be tightened to the limit.
ASSEMBLY OF THE BEDFRAME:
1. Fit the first side of the bed to the head-piece and tighten the joiners.Make sure
that all the dowels are fitted, and that the pieces are drawn together parallel to
ensure a perfect fit.
2. Mount the transverse supports to the feet.
3. Fit the transverse supports to the first bed side.
4. Connect the foot-piece to the first bed side.
5. Fit the second side to the head, foot, and transverse pieces.
6. Mount the back board.
7. Slot the cushions in from above.
If you cannot screw in the grub screw flushly, loosen connection and unscrew the XS
bolt slightly. Then connect again.Fix right angles of completely assembled bed and
make sure to tighten all connections once more.
SUPPORTS FOR SLATTED BASE
Please note that the supports can be fixed at three different heights. Use the screws
supplied to fix the supports to the side elements. We recommend that the mattress
stands about 2 inches above the bed sides.
With mattresses of more than 140cm in width the middle support must be used. If
necessary use the distance piece for the right height. For Position 2 use the distance
piece in flat direction, for Position 3 rotate the distance piece upright. Afterwards fit
the height-adjustable foot.Please set the hight of the adjustable foot 1-2 cm lower
than the other feet.
