Limitations:
• OE voice command systems are not supported.
• Depending on vehicle conguration the screen dim function might not be supported.
• The „velocity controlled volume“ function as found on the OE radios /navigation units is not supported..
• It is not possible to replace the FORD DVD Navigation System featuring a 17,8 cm/ 7“ touchscreen with
the ZE-NC3810.
• The optional driver display FORD Convers+ and the FORD HMI are not supported by the ZE-NC3810.
• The physical dimensions of the OE radios have to be compatible with the dimensions
of the ZE-NC3810.
• The OE rear view cameras are not supported.

Time settings
Make sure the original radio is set to „automatic“ instead of „manual“ in the time settings menu. If it is still set
to „automatic“ you will not be able to set the time of the boardcomputer anymore, as it is relying on the trans-
mission of time data through the original radio. The ZE-NC3810 does not support that function. Depending on
vehicle conguration it might not be possible to change from „automatic“ to „manual“ after radio swapping.
You will most likely be forced to reinstall the original radio, for the sole purpose of setting the time,
if you omit this step.

Optionally available equipment:
Digital TV receiver (DVB-T)
The following tuners are compatible:
• ZENEC ZE-DVBT25*: 2-channel diversity DVB-T tuner.
• ZENEC ZE-DVBT50*: 2-channel diversity DVB-T tuner
* Optional units are controlled via touchscreen of the ZE-NC3810.
Reverse vehicle cameras
• ZENEC offers vehicle specic as well as generic RVC´s for a wide range of purposes.

Supplemental functions:
• Status of the air-condition displayed on the ZE-NC3810
To be able to use that feature, your car has to be equipped with the OE Dual-zone Electronic Automatic
Temperature Control (DEATC). The display of the seat heating status is not supported, since relevant
data is not present on the CAN bus.
• Making a call via the steering arm controls
Note: You will have to record a suitable voice tag.
You can nd detailed information regarding the steering arm, and its remote control functions respec-
tively, on www.zenec.com > „support“.
• Automatic toggling into camera mode
If you have connected an RVC and it has been activated via setup, it will automatically enter camera
mode if reverse is engaged.
