Installation Guide

The Zernet Temperature and Humidity Sensor works exclusively with a
Zernet Controller.

Hold the wall mount bracket flat against the wall
where it is going to be installed. Ensure that the
bracket position is level (horizontal) using a level
ruler.
Step 1
Mark the mounting screw holes positions on the
wall using a pencil.
Use a drill to drill holes on the wall at the positions
marked.

Installation Steps (For wired DC power application)

Insert the PVC wall plugs into the holes on the
wall.
Step 4
Carefully route the DC wires at the back of the
wall mount bracket.
Align the screw holes of the wall bracket to the
holes on the wall. Use the screws provided to
attach the wall mount bracket to the wall.

Note: Red LED will light up if the DC wires are not
wired to the correct terminals.
Carefully slot in the Temperature and Humidity
Sensor into the wall mount bracket.
Step 8
Unfasten the terminal screws at the bottom of the
Temperature and Humidity Sensor, then insert the
DC wires into the correct wire terminals.
Fasten the screws and pull gently to ensure the
wires are properly connected.

Carefully slot in the Temperature and Humidity
Sensor into the wall mount bracket.

Refer to the Zernet User Manual to pair the installed Temperature and Humidity Sensor to your Zernet Controller.

Installation Steps
Remove the battery cover and insert the CR123A
battery provided into the Temperature and
Humidity Sensor according to the correct
terminals.
Note: Blue LED will be blinking when the sensor
is initialising. Insert the battery cover when the
LED stops blinking.
