Requires 2 person assembly
Tools required: 13mm & 19mm Sockets & Ratchet, Cordless Drill & Pozi-drive Bit/ Pozi-
drive Screwdriver, Hammer.
1. Position Front Leg (A1) and Back Leg (A2) to either side of Beam (B) (Fig 1), align bolt holes and insert
1no. 140mm Bolt. Attach washer & nut but do not fully tighten at this stage.
Repeat procedure for the remaining Front Leg (A4) and Back Leg (A3) at the other end of Beam (B).
2. Position Horizontal Short Brace (C) on to Legs A1 and A2, ensuring offset hole (circled in Fig 2) is closer
to Leg (A2). Align bolt holes & insert 4no. 100mm bolts (2no. bolts per leg).
Repeat procedure for remaining Short Brace (C) and Legs A3 and A4, ensuring offset hole in Horizontal
Bracing (C) is positioned closer to Leg (A3).
3. Position Horizontal Long Brace (D) on to Legs A1 and A2 as shown in Fig 3a, align bolt holes and insert
4no 100mm Bolts – 2no. bolts per leg.
Repeat procedure for remaining Front Leg (A4) and Back Leg (A3). (See Fig 3b).
4. Raise Beam (B) and leg assembly A1/A2 as shown in Fig 4a to form a right-angle.
Attach Diagonal Brace (E) to Beam (B), using 2no 90mm bolts, washers & nuts and to Horizontal Short
Brace (C), using 1no 80mm bolt and fully tighten. (See Figs 4b & 4c).
5. Raise leg assembly A3/A4 and Beam (B) until Beam (B) is horizontal. Attach Diagonal Bracing (E) to
Beam (B) using 2no. 90mm bolts, washers & nuts and to Horizontal Short Brace (C), using 1no. 80mm
bolt, washer & nut. (see Figs 5a, 5b & 5c). Fully tighten all nuts.
Attach nuts and washers to ALL bolts in leg assemblies and fully tighten at this stage.
6. Attach 2no. washers to 2no. 150mm Eye Bolts (1no. washer per eye bolt) and insert Eye Bolts into each
end of Beam B (Fig 3c) and attach using washers and nuts (see Figs 6a & 6b). Fully tighten all nuts.
7. Interlock half lap joints of Seat Back (F) into half lap joints of Seat (G) (see Fig 7a) and fix using 6no.
45mm bolts, washers & nuts – 2no. bolts per joint (see Fig 7b) and fully tighten.
8. Insert dowels in 1no. Armrest Support (H) into corresponding holes in Armrest (J1) (see Fig 8a) and fix
using 1no 60mm Screw (see Fig 8b).
Repeat procedure for the remaining Armrest Support (H) and Armrest (J2).
Attach Armrest Assembly to Seat Assembly using 2no 115mm Eye Bolts as shown in Figs 8c & 8d.
Repeat procedure for the remaining Arm Assembly.
9. Hook 1no Short Chain & 1no Long Chain onto Large Karabiner ensuring Short Chain is at the back (Fig
9a). Repeat procedure for remaining chains and Large Karabiner. Attach 1no. Short Chain to the back of
the Seat Assembly (Fig 9b) and 1no. Long Chain to the front of the Seat Assembly (see Fig 9c) using
2no. Small Karabiners.
Repeat procedure for remaining Chains.
