Application
The operation is a itt e bit easy, and the heating time is somewhat short too, so
when using the we ding machine , probab y you won’t be so carefu . But here we
have to warn you serious y. In order to guarantee the user’s safety and prevent the
we ding machine from being damaged, p ease obey the safety hints and the
warning signs in this operation instructions, and obey the re ating regu ations.
Safety regulations

Tin the new so dering mouth when using the machine at first time. To do this,
switch on the we ding machine, then thaw a itt e so dering tin into a thin fi m
which can be affixed on the we ding mouth when temperature reaches about
2000C.
The key to ensure the qua ity of we ding point is the proper we ding
temperature. The we ding temperature of e ectric components is from 3000C to
3800C. Too ow temperature wi ead to co d we ding point whi e too high
temperature wi resu t in drop of the we ding preparation and rupture of the
jointing s ot. Moreover too high temperature wi a so possib y ead to damage of
circuitry (the p ating ayer of the ead) and components. Before we ding, c ean the
so dering mouth direct y with the sponge so as to c ean away the we ding
preparation hangover which has not comp ete y boi ed away, the oxides and other
impurities and this can prevent them from dropping to the we ding point. After
we ding, the we ding mouth has to be c eaned again and has to be fi med a itt e tin
before the e ectric iron is put again on the frame. It is very important to fi m the
we ding mouth with so der, otherwise the we ding mouth wi be passivated after a
period of time and cannot absorb the we ding preparation any more.
1. Heat to working temperature (the we ding temperature regu ated on the we d
machine), then put the we ding mouth which is c eaned and equab y fi med with
tin and the we ding rod together on the we ding point. The we ding preparation
wi me t first to c ean the surface of the meta which needs we ding. Then the
we ding tin me ts so as to create re ating conductive connections. The we ding of
e ectric components costs not more than 2 minutes.
The we -we ded jointing point ooks s ick and ustrous after coo ing. Whi e
the we ding point with bad qua ity and many mistakes ooks uster ess, uneven and
easy to crack. The causes eading to such resu t are as fo owing: the improper
so der is used or the we ding temperature is regu ated too high. Another fami iar
used ast time and the higher ine wi disp ay current temperature of the e ectric

2. The we ding temperature can be regu ated from 1500C to 4500C in steps by
means of two regu ating switches ( +/ -). The temperature wi increase ( +△ ▽ △
switch) or decrease ( - switch) by 1▽0C every time you press the switch moment y.
If you press the switch without move, regu ating wi go on by100C every grade ti
the demanded temperature is disp ayed.
3 When the we ding temperature is regu ated to a wanted number, the factua
working temperature wi approach the set temperature gradua y.
Instructions:
. When the we d machine is turned off, the regu ated temperature wi be kept
automatica y. And when you turn on the machine next time, this set
temperature wi be disp ayed automatica y.
. Once any ma function happens for examp e the temperature sensor is
damaged, or the connecting ead between the e ectric iron and the we d
machine is disconnected, the disp ay wi show ma function. Further, the
piezoe ectricity sensor inside wi give out sound of a arm. In that situation,
shut down the machine immediate y, switch off the power supp y and ook up
possib e cause resu ting in ma function.
Operation:
To make we ding work perfect, you have to use the proper we ding rod and
operate the we d machine accurate y. E ectric we ding rod with co ophony is
advised to use. Any we ding preparation with ha ogen is forbidden. The we ding
preparation on the rod can c ear away the impurities and oxides on the we ding
point that wi do harm to we ding and prevent new oxides from being created in
the course of we ding. In practice, a oy so der L-SN60PbCu2 (German Industry
Standard 8516 )with 60% tin (60/40 so der ) is most y used. This so der has
many we ding rod standards and 1mm we ding rod is advised to use in e ectric

must be cut off, in case that some one who don’t know that wi use it. If it needs
maintenance and repair, on y the professiona s with strict training can open the
we d machine to maintain and repair it. Se f-disassemb y may resu t in the danger
of e ectric shake, and in the risk of osing the right of the counterc aim based on
the qua ity guarantee.

machine.

•the we d machine can not operate or be put aside within the reach of the chi dren.

temperature of the we d machine is the same with that in the room.

•the e ectric so dering irons and the we d machine can not carry too much man’s
weight.
•the we d machine wi become very hot, so it can on y be insta ed on the
steady ;Fastened and no easi y burned she f. The groove for b owing wind on the
we d machine’s crust mustn’t be covered.
•when we ding the ead and touching points, p ease pay attention: Take appropriate
measures to protect and cover up the meta s, in case that they wi touch each
other.
•If it needs maintenance, we must get through the power or turn on the crust; Now
the e ectrified meta , touching points and the capacitors are uncovered, in such
cases, on y the professiona s are a owed to we d in case of the danger of ife oss.
•when maintaining , p ease choose the producer’s recommend product, such as
so der, so dering f uid est.
•p ease c ean up the outer components of the crust after turning off the we d
machine and cut off the power, but you have to use the ash hair brush and the
softened and wet brush(disa ow the strong c eaning usage, spray or me ting
agent )`. Notice: when c eaning, the f uid can not be f owed a ong aside into the
we d machine from the opening point of the crust.
•the fuse may burn out due to over carry, so p ease use the same mode number for
preparation(T500mA\250fu, 5*20 mi imeter). It is prohibited to connect the
damaged fuse or use some other characterized fuse. When substitute the fuse, you
must turn off the we d machine and cut off the power. And then app y the screw to
open the fuse on the back of the we d machine; disassemb y the burned fuse; and
substitute the good fuse and then cover the fuse box.
Preparation
P ease conserve the we d machine’s packing box. In case that we use it for future
transportation or put the we d machine into it when we don’t need it ,so as to avoid
po ution of ash and the eroding of the wet.
1. put the meta he ix of screw frame into the corresponding open crust of the
e ectric so dering irons frame. And use the screw to fasten it and so does the
bottom of the frame.
2. P ease et the sponge for tidying up g ue absorb enough c ean water and drop to
dry, and then put it on the sa ver.
3. Fix the frame on the right side of the we d machine (connecting in gap)
Instruction: Don’t use the e ectric so dering iron without so dering mouth
because it wi damage the heating component and temperature sensor.
Electric connect
1. P ease connect the e ectric so dering iron with the we d machine by means of
insetting the p ug of the e ectric iron ead (a diode p ug with 5 conjunctions and
180 degrees ead trough) into the e ectrica out et on the face of the we d machine.
2. Turn off the switch of the power supp y (0 ocation), and inset the power supp y
p ug of the we d machine ead into the e ectrica jack whose vo tage conforms with
what is marked on the data p ate. At that time, the we d machine is ready for work.
Temperature regulating
1. Put the power supp y switch to ocation 1 and the we d machine is being
connected. At that time the ower ine on the screen wi disp ay a set temperature
